Been waiting outside way past opening time today on Wednesday, December 23rd.. never thought I’d go through this with a company as such..I’ve also been calling for long as well. Such an inconvenience to a loyal customer needing to get things done. I will now have to go out my way to another location.. terrible.

This location is amazing. The team is willing to do anything they can to help you with a friendly personality. The network is fantastic, I get service is places I never got with Verizon like in the kitchen of my home. I was with Verizon for 7 years, and have now been with t mobile for 2 months and very happy that I switched. The best part is they took care of most of the trouble through switching making it very simple. Im saving a lot more money now.

Phenomenal customer service. Mike and Amanda were so helpful and friendly from the second we walked into this location. We even kept them at least 15-20 minutes past closing dealing with our account. We offered to come back tomorrow so we didnt hold them up any further, but they insisted that they didnt mind. We switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and it has been such a flawless and easy transition. So happy with our decision to switch!

Before coming into the store, I was unsure and unsteady about the whole process. However, as I was interacting with Thomas Williams, he put me at ease and made everything easy! He made everything easy to understand, he listened to me and he made me feel heard. The BEST customer- employee experience I have ever had in my life with ANY company! This guy should be a manager or trainer of all T-Mobile employees across the country, teaching them how to give customers the best experience possible. I cannot imagine what my experience would be like if I had to work with anyone other than Thomas Williams.If I ever have to come back to the store, I will email time as before tan. I refuse to work with anyone else besides him. He was that good!

Was told to wait outside because Was told only 5 people in the store at a time but yet there was 7 people with like 5 employees standing around. Thats A waste of time and money for dead weight to stand around and not attend to the customer who support there salary. If your so worried about being infected stay home or close and dont just sit around staring at the customer while being on the clock. Thats Unprofessional.

The phone number listed is wrong. Despite that, this is the best T-Mobile around, staffed with Ga-Tech style gurus that love technology, and really know what they are doing. Dont go anywhere else! Now, if I could only find a phone number for this store.....

Wasted about an hour visiting this store that I wont get back. Staff seemed confused on how to address the problems I had, misleading me about certain things that I later found out on my own not to be the case after speaking with the call center.On top of that, the staff was rude as hell and it seemed like they just didnt want to be there. While at the store and speaking with a representative over the phone trying to assist the situation, I tried putting him in contact with the gentleman at the store assisting me, to which the gentleman immediately got defensive and said I dont need to talk to them. I can call them on my own if I wanted to speak with them, as if I was challenging his authority or something. Who does that?!

I couldnt find a parking spot so I parked in the visitor parking behind the building. Tmobile gave me a waiver for my parking ticket so I didnt have to pay so thats nice of them. Service was quick and polite.

DO NOT COME HERE TO SET UP SERVICEMy experience with this store was borderline horrendous. Came here to switch my service provider to tmobile and ended up getting my familys numbers ported over 1 month later due to negligence on the reps part. So we ended up paying both my previous service provider as well as tmobile at the same time.The manager Michael Mosea had no response to the issue and blamed us for not porting our numbers on time, as if it was our responsibility to handle porting numbers?! The only response he gave me was that I was being too confrontational. Why wouldnt i be upset when my entire family was screwer over by one manager and his new employee?? He ended up dismissing us and saying that there was nothing he could do so we had to elevate the situation.Thank God the District Manager stepped in after our request and was able to step in to credit us for the numbers that werent ported but we were still charged for. An extremely simple fix that any experienced manager would have been able to figure out.To top it all off, the associate who helped (screwed) us, Niomi, set us up with a promotion package that does not exist. (BoGo + Carrier Freedom). Now we are stuck trying to figure out how to get out of the mess.Do not come here expecting this store to care about providing good customer service. There are plenty other locations in this area. However I’m now left reconsidering Tmobile as a company if this is how they train their associates.

I changed phones and needed a different-sized SIM card for the new phone. The employees at this store helpfully hooked me up with an adapter and sent me on my way. I doubt it even took me a minute, and best of all they just made sure I was a happy customer and didnt try to up-sell me to a different plan or anything like that. I had the same experience over at the Peachtree store a year or two ago, too (I went from big SIM card to tiny one to a big one again).I tend to buy GSM phones and go with whatever carrier has the best pay-as-you-go plan at any given time. Anyway, Ive been with T-Mobile for the past couple of years, and Ive only ever dropped into the stores for customer support. I keep thinking of giving Google Fi to give a try, but the service I get at these stores is a big part of the reason Ive stayed with T-mobile so far.

Didnt assist in what we asked them to do on saturday. We had to go to another T-mobil store and they did the same by not providing proof of printout this delayed our appointments to the bank as we need proof of adress. Also changed the settings on the phone so the phone stopped working and we had to phone customer service.

Stood in line for help for 23 min... No acknowledgement. Saw a total of 5 employees but only 2 were working with people. Then 35 min later the so-called manager had the nerve to chastise an employee outside about getting upset because a co-worker stayed in the back... Smh..... Awful
