This store pulled a bait and switch so be careful!! What I thought was such a quickly & easy trade in turned out to cost me an extra $220. I was told I would be given $420 for my iPhone and just to mail it in. Turns out once it’s sent to Verizon they can change the amount after their assessment. They decided to give me $200 for it. Now I’m locked into this contract and paying out the extra $220. They are not transparent whatsoever and do not warn the consumer about the ability to change pricing prior to purchase.
William was very patient and helpful. Very pleasant experience to replace m iPhone.
The team was trying to sell me a more expensive plan while not listening to what I wanted. Ended up leaving
Looking up the nearest Verizon I come across the one on ponce and I seen a comment about how Lydia is the one to see. Thankfully she was there and she was delightful and knowledgeable. Her patients was amazing. The other staff was friendly. Will definitely be coming back.
Pathetic customer service. Corporate asked me to fax back some information. Since I didnt have a fax machine they suggested this local store. Well the store manager was hiding in the back. The security officer attempted to help however its not easy when the employees are all too busy and the manager is as well. I waited 20 minutes only to find out via the security officer that the communications company doesnt have a fax and I should pay Staples to send Verizon a document they requested. Perhaps one day customer service will return to a company owned store. I am glad the security officer attempted to assist - its insane to think a vendor could be of more assistance than the employees. The good news is they gave me the #800 number to call Verizon directly - ah yeah why do you think I am at your store! Thanks for sending me down a rabbit hole of horrible customer service.
Ms Lydia is sweet patient understanding and knowledgeable as can be. She handled everything I needed and went above and beyond. If anyone ever feels like going to Verizon can be overwhelming go see Ms Lydia, she made everything so painless. Thank you
Came in for new service and Lydia was ready to help .she walked me through everything I couldnt ask for More. The best
It was bad. Carlos was a horrible customer service rep. Do not shop here.
I forgot to get the ladys name, but she went above and beyond to help me get a notoriously hard to find case for a OnePlus 8. (If you have a standard 1+8 you know what I mean) She brought out all 5 of the cases they had in the back and let me open each box to see if it fits. The very last one finally fit and Im a happy camper. One odd thing though, how in the world do you work at Verizon and not know that Visible is Verizons MVNO?? I dont hold that against them in a world of corporate and franchise stores, but still, kinda weird.Either way, its a good store, as I was sitting watching all the employees seemed very attentive and knew what they were doing. Everyone seemed to leave satisfied as I did.Good Job Verizon 👍
I wish I could give negative stars. The staff and customer service at this place is the worst I have ever seen. We were told several lies about the bill and then received a call the next day that they needed more money, the monthly bill was going to be much more than what they quoted. We went to the store bc Best Buy AND the Verizon stores we had visited previously told us there was a buy one get one free (which is why we were there in the first place). Now they are telling us that it is buy one get one half off which we discussed with the salesperson. My wife and I both assured her of what we were told. We were then advised by the manager, Escherika, essentially, too bad. They messed up our phone plan, did not charge what they quoted us. They essentially sold us the phones, lied to us about our plan and the charges, AND the price of the phones. (2 iPhone Pro Max, 256 phones.) My wife and I have both been with Verizon for years. but after this experience, we will be changing carriers and leaving Verizon. Verizon used to be a good company but they have gone the way of Comcast. They dont care about honesty or your business.
HORRIBLE experience! AVOID this location! The security guard and Kristen are not worthy of working for Verizon. On the day of the S21 Ultra release my wife and I and our dog arrived in rainy cold weather. Arriving close to the entrance the Verizon security guard put his hand up in our face like he was stopping traffic. No polite hello or good morning...just the palm in my wifes face. We have a 16 year old service dog. As we were waiting while only 1 client was inside a man exited and said in passing terrible service. The security guard pokes his head out of the door and barked at us we are not allowing any dogs or service dogs inside today. I told him that what he said is in violation of the Americans with disabilities act, a federal law. He said you can speak with the manager. I waited 10 minutes until the manager meandered over and asked what our issue was.I said we want buy 2 new phones but the security guard stated we could not come in because of our service dog. The guard was sitting down a couple of feet from us and remained silent. I stated again that he said we cannot come in. I told Kristen that this is not legal. The officer then spoke and said I never said that to you. Hes said we are not going to go back and forth on this. My wife was amazed that he flat out lied.Im not sure what possible motive we would have to point this out to the manager,Kristen, if he had not said this. He was clearly lying. Kristen, the manager, offered NO solution and was not interested in selling us phones. She just stood there. I asked for her last name and she wouldnt give it to me. I asked for the general managers name and they both refused. Hopefully this fiasco was caught on camera and they can make some changes at this location. I have purchased phones in the past here without an issue. We went to another location to spend our $2,800 on 2 Samsung s20 Note Ultras. Brandon, our salesperson, at the Edgewood location, pleasant, friendly and was amazing, a great help. He didnt have a problem taking our $2,800 and infact upsold us on our 5G monthly plan.I cant stand people who are ignorant and act from a place of power, like Kristen and the security guard. The security guard and manager, Kristen are bad actors for sure and are costing Verizon money and their reputation for good service.I will be reposting this review on other sites.
I purchase a device from this store and the device was defective. I came back to return the device on day 15th and they did not allowed a device change. Instead, they sent me a refurbish device in exchange for mine. This device happened to have the same issues as the one before. I have come back 3 more times and my issue still the same. they keep sending me the refurbished phone instead of giving me a new phone. The craziest part is that I have been the entire month switching up every Samsung Note 10 that this office has sent me since the day i started my services with Verizon. Definitely a bad choice to do business with them.
Terrible experience. Purchased a device online on 11/23 and never received the info to select in store pick up. I arrived to this store about seven minutes after purchase since I live so close. Kristin greeted me and listened to my issue. She immediately said I would need to call Verizon. I stepped back out of the store and called. She then came out and asked what device I purchased. She checked and said there was only one left in the store and that was the reason I was not prompted online to select in store pickup. I called Verizon and spoke to Gene, and he shared that Kristin would have to let him know if he should cancel and have them help me at the store or for him to select in store pick up. I told him to just select in store pick up. He shared that I had to wait for Kristin to tell him what to do??? However, Kristin went to the back of the store and NEVER returned. There were three employees, two customers, and one security guard in the store at this time. One employee was watching television on an ipad, Kristin hid in the back, and the third employee (the only male) was assisting the other customer. Gene and I waited for about 15 minutes for Kristin to return. Gene was in as much shock as I was. Kristin never returned. When I bothered the employee watching television for a mangers card, she shared that she would go ask if Kristin had one. I laughed as I asked, Shes the manger?. I walked out. I decided to stick with the mailing of the phone even though I needed this for my Thanksgiving trip. Gene couldnt tell me when the phone would be delivered but that the order went through. He put me on hold to see if he could find that information out for me and he also never returned to my call. At this point, this was comical. In my opinion, its not so much a Verizon issue as it is this Verizon store location issue. This store is awful. And to be honest. I know this wont change. These reviews dont encourage companies to improve because this always falls on personnel who are trained according to company policy and still dont do the right thing (great flick). Again, in my opinion, these reviews instead assist in consumers to make informed decisions on where to spend their money. I will never return to this store and everyone else can make their choice.
After missing the chance to complete service from another Verizon Store Lidia and Mr. B.Y (LOL) Gave me 100 % Top Tier Service they were able to pick the ball right back up so that I can continue my New Phone service with Verizon. Love it Guys! Thanks go by there asap! #Iphone
Today was a tumultuous day after having had my phone stolen. I am in nursing school so having a baby computer in my pocket at all times is a necessity. Leland was assisting me and made my day much brighter. Turned out I was due for an upgrade. He explained everything clearly to me and helped me step by step to activate my new 11S, recover my data from my stolen phone, and wipe the data off of it. He took his time to make sure I had everything I needed from a beautiful lavender iphone to a case to match with tempered glass as protection. Give this man a raise, he is phenomenal. Coming back to you guys for all my phone needs.
Frank was great and super informative. He was super patient and friendly. I definitely appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness.
Lydia did a great job of helping us pick the plan that made most sense for us switching over to Verizon from another carrier. Had a great experience here all around.
I bought a set of headphones, but when moving around I hear ruffling and lots of static, I took the headphones back less than 48 hours later and was greeted with a insult “it took you 2 days to figure out they didn’t work” I explained that at first I thought I’d done something wrong but soon realize they were defective. He tells me “it says on the Reciept it gives you direction for problems,” you tell him the young lady didn’t give me a Reciept, and if that’s where your return policy is then I never saw it. He still refused to give me a refund.I came back a couple days later to pickup the iPhone I’d preordered only to Chechen and watch 4 people walk up and be let right in without checking in after waiting 47 mins I just left
Jazz or Jas is AMAZING! I came in with my Iphone screen frozen, I was panicking! But she remained calm and collected and was very attentive. I appreciate her kindness. She holds that store down!
Decent service but they add stuff like the warranty to your plan without asking you or notifying you. This is pretty sketchy, so beware.
We had a great customer service experience with Nadir. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about services and products. Helped us get what we needed without being pushy or trying to up sell us. We will absolutely be back.
Knowledge and friendly staff
Customer service is nonexistent. Previously poor experiences with AT&T had me switch to Verizon, but this store alone has me considering switching back.
This stores phone line is actually an automated number. It is impossible to speak to someone at the store without actually going to the store.
Inconvenient location upstairs. Had a fairly long wait for service when very few customers in the store. Worst part is I got the sorry it cant be done answer to my question but went home and Google walked me though what to do. Employees definitely need more training and need to be able to think outside of the box.
Leland is the man. Have had nothing but cellular issues with a new iPad since December and he is the FIRST person Ive encountered in a month to make things happen and solve the issues. Thank you, Leland! Give that man a raise, promotion, and plaque because he is one of your best.
This is the best verizon crew Ive come across. Carlos and Antonio worked diligently to make sure I had the most cost effective plan for my business. The coolest part is I didnt even know the savings were available. Carlos noticed I was on an old plan and immediately went to work to save me money. Thanks Guys!
I really have no complaints. Staff was knowledgeable and there were adequate numbers to assist customers. Nice, clean place too.The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is there is no directions on what to do once you come in. (after a few minutes a really nice guy came up to me with a Pad and took my name. Told me how many people were ahead of me (only 1).I would just suggest having a sign where you enter informing the customer someone will be with them shortly to assess their needs.
We went in to take care of a few requests, including transfer of service, resetting a phone, and adding a couple family lines. These things took time of course, but we were able to successfully take care of these things all within the store. Our service rep, Lydia, was kind, patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. I would return to this store!
Beware of Free items for being a loyal customer. I went in to this location to trade-in and upgrade my device. My device was valued at $145. I declined to purchase the case because I knew that I could find much cheaper options online and wanted the credit on my account. I was told by the associate that since I was such a loyal customer, they were giving me a free $40 screen protector for my new device (mind you, it was already applied to my phone). Great, right? WRONG. After being assured that it was truly a free screen protector, I expected my bill credit to be $72 ($145 minus the taxes for the new device). What was actually applied to my account was $32 ($145 minus the taxes MINUS the free $40 screen protector). No receipt was provided to me at the time of the transaction, and the only way I was able to see the charge was the receipt added to my MyVerizon Account. Skip out on this location as they are dishonest and will up-sell without your consent.
I am a cricket user, went for support for a recent purchased unlocked phone from verizon. He helped me regardess not being a verizon customer and solved my problem.Outstanding customer service.
Was left unhelped for over an hour just to buy a new phone. Manager remained seated and occasionally answered phone calls without helping waiting patrons. Left for Verizon on 17th Street and had a much better experience
The store itself and its employees are just fine. The phone service is downright terrible unless you have a two year commitment.I started with the prepaid, and its the worst Ive ever used. Deadly slow internet that didnt work on the train at all. People couldnt even hear me on calls. Metro PCS is far better.I figured a line on an existing account would be better. It is, the first couple of days, now its absolute garbage. Three minute page loads! My only hope is that T-Mobile, a much better company with across the board service quality, will be able to work with this phone I bought at the disreputable Verizon store.Ill buy a new T-Mobile phone if I have to; Verizon is dead to me and Im going to avoid it like chinese products and services.
Charles helped us create a new Verizon account and transfer over lines from Verizon and Sprint. Our situation was a little complicated but he was very helpful and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he did a great job getting the info I needed.
I went in an hour before closing on Thursday because my phone had kicked the dust. I usually dread going in because you truly never know if its a 20-minute visit or a 2-hour visit. Alma was the specialist that helped me out this day. She ended up helping me fix my phone, but I was on the fence about whether or not I should just go ahead and upgrade. She [very patiently] worked with me and we covered all options. I decided I was going to upgrade, but backing up all of my information on icloud was going to take hours. I decided to come back the next day to complete all of it. THANKFULLY, she was working the next day, so I made sure to come in when she was available. We got it taken care of in about 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 (they were pretty busy). Alma was patient, knowledgeable, kind, extremely personable, and the most helpful employee Ive ever been helped by. I usually feel stressed and aggravated when Im having issues like this, but I didnt feel that way this time. She truly made this experience as pain-free as it could be!
Kevin and staff were the best! Professional, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend this location and associates.
Nicole and Escherika were very helpful. My experience at this store was great. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nicole. Her and her manager Escherika were very knowledgeable and able to resolve my phone issue quickly. In the past I called Verizon customer service a few times and they were not able to resolve my issue. I also visited another Verizon store in Smyrna and they also were not able to resolve my technical issues. As soon as I walked in this location Nicole and her manager were able to resolve my issue within 2 minutes. I highly recommend this location.
Kristen Sallee is the best, Im traveling to California with a layover in atlanta my phone was acting up, and she solved the problem, with her professionalism and knowledge of the Verizon products I was able enjoy my layover in Atlanta thanks again Kristen
Ive been waiting 40 minutes and the manager is inventorying at the cashier desk. There are two sales reps on the floor. When I inquired about wait time the managers response was that I have all my staff here. I stay with Verizon because of the strong network but I would switch otherwise.
Female friend of mine harassed by employees here. Wouldn’t recommend.
I needed help with a new phone down loading stuff from old phone to new phone & the young woman that helped me was so patient and very helpful I give her a score of 10 thank u so very much
Ive been with Verizon for several years. I almost switched to T-Mobile because I thought it would be cheaper, but I was mistaken. Plus the customer service at the Ponce location has improved so much that I would call it stellar at this point. Im pretty high maintenance, and they will do anything for you, and with a pretty great attitude pretty much across the board. Hats off to the manager & staff, and many thanks for your patience & assistance.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff! Cuties too!
Wil Edwards was our Solutions Specialist. He told us that we could buy a Apple Watch and switch our phone service over to the watch because we had an extra line. 5 days later we come with our newly bought watch and come to do the transfer. He acted like he didnt remember having a 2 hour conversation with us 5 days prior and had us pay $10/mo for insurance even though we did not need it. It really felt like being conned and lied to. I do not appreciate it. We will be canceling our Verizon service as soon as our phone is paid off.
PERFECT kind Couteous & Always a Treat to be in the company of these Professional Staff, Family like environment.
Lydia took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend this store to others!
I went in to ask about setting up my new iPhone after the glass shattered on the old. They were less than helpful and told me to contact Apple. Instead, a knowledgeable friend help me set it up that night on iTunes; it was very easy. Why didnt they tell me? This isnt the first time they have been rude and unhelpful. The other Verizon in East Ellijay is super helpful and Ill write a review of them in a minute.
Great customer service and great variety of equipment. Love the location too. The only draw back is the parking lot area that is alway full. But totally worth going.
Sales associate needs to take his AirPods out. Literally can’t hear what I’m saying because he’s listening to music.
Excellent job
Worst customer service experience of my life, and Ive had bad ones! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I did and it took over 2 hours JUST TO SET UP A LINE! The rep helping us disappeared for 45 minutes and when I asked the manager what was going on he was very rude, told me to calm down, OFFERED NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG, didnt even find the rep to ask him anything, just defaulted to defensive and walked away mad at me! I dont snub easily, but this was definitely a serious SNUB. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, and thats not all...although the rep said the phone I chose was free Ive been paying for it and every month have to fight with VZW billing to have my $ refunded, that is, they messed up the promotion and my billing and even after 10 months of service billing still cant get it right. The online chat reps are also rude, blame everything on me, say I shouldve confirmed the verbal offer in writing before accepting, and so many more bad service examples I cant even.
Wonderful caring patient kind staff. Consistantly helpful and efficient (really proffecient). Left Verizon store feeling relaxed and everything was taken care of. Going home happy.
An associate at this store committed fraud on my account. They entered into the system that i came into the store, deleted features and then added them back at a higher price. Then they added a loyalty credit that made the price the same as it was before. The contract end date was pushed out a year. Ive never been in or called this store or any verizon store. I was not in the state when these changes took place. I called customer service and they fixed the issue and identified this store as the store where the fraud took place. Verizon corporate however doesnt seem to care about it. Avoid.
I went into the store over the weekend because I was having trouble using my phone. The associate Adrianna and manager Escherika were both patient and understanding when helping me resolve my issue. I will definitely return to this store again!!!
Always one of my favorite places but this particular time they didnt have a phone advertised and the attendants seemed lost to why.... Hmmm
I was traveling through the area when my phone was stolen. I went to the store to get assistance. The staff member, Tre was more than helpful!
Apparently was lied to about a BOGO Mother’s Day deal for the iPhone X by a salesman. This is now costing me $1,500 and they could care less. The did, however, offer me a $0 apology
Friendly service
Moved over to Verizon after 10 long years with Sprint. I hope the Mr. and I have a better ride with them!!
Great customer service! I asked the sales guy a ton of questions. He knew the answer to 90%, and looked up the answers for the last 10%.
People were very helpful, and were willing to answer all my questions.
Arrived at the branch to find people loitering outside of the store. My Red Carpet service was enabled on the open Verizon app and I received terrible service when I was simply there to pick up a PAID for phone that wasnt ready as promised.#GaveThemManyChancesToDoTheRightThing#NeverReturningToThisLocation #ShoppingForAnewCarrier#EpicFail #Chat #CustomerService #RetailBranch
These guys refused to give me the phone I ordered online when I chose store pick up for delivery. They only had one left and could make more money by selling it in store than by allowing the online price. I even called Verizon corporate and had them call the store and tell them to honor the deal and the store still refused. Verizon corporate does not have much control over their stores. And this store is run by swindlers.
The most rude greeter Ive ever met. I normally dont leave bad reviews but she was the absolute worst. Interrupting me and just a bad attitude. Would not recommend this store unless you know a salesperson.
Horrible store. Go elsewhere.
Super helpful staff at this location! The wait is usually not too bad either - plus there are plenty of places to wonder around if you have to wait. :)
Nice staff
Terrible customer service. The staff isn’t helpful and doesn’t work with you on solutions. They will route you to call customer service. There is no point of coming in this store.
We were in and out within 20 minutes. My consultant was, Sierra, She was very helpful and when I told her what I was looking for she wasted no time getting everything together for me. I upgraded my plan and phone and came out with the same monthly cost. A few bad reviews had me skeptical, but Im glad they didnt keep me from going in the store, because I am glad I did. Thanks again Sierra!!!
Bought iPhone 6 online. They were supposed to send me shipping materials so I could mail my old phone back for trade-in value. Shipping materials never came. Went to store and they gave me trade in credit immediately. THATs customer service.
Terrible customer service. Every promise on the rare plan was broken.
When I first walked in i was helped within minutes. The gentleman who helped me seemed to be new and told me that my account didnt have a contract that was up so I left. I called customer service on the phone I found out I did so I went back a little frustrated. After waiting for only about 5 minutes Bobby helped me, he made my experience much better, I was a little mad at first because of what the first gentlemen told me but Bobby fixed all my problems.I will definitely be back once my contract is up or if I need anything else. I walked out happy with a new Samsung 5s, Tablet, and new lifejacket speakers.
They were very helpful this time, but I never liked the weight.
Dishonest and disrespectful associates!!!I went in on Saturday, Aug 9th, to upgrade my device and was lied to by the salesperson. I asked about the advertised prices of $49.99 for the Galaxy S4 and $99.99 for the S5, and was told that those were just for brand new customers - a way to get people to switch to Verizon - and my pricing would be $149.99 on the S4 and $249.99 on the S5 with a $50 mail-in rebate on either. Because of the price difference, I decided on the S4.During checkout, the salesperson tried to sell me a battery pack charger saying it was part of a special deal they were running and it would be the same price as getting just the phone. When he said my total was around $230 I questioned it and he said it was $150 for the phone, $30 for the activation, and $16 for tax. Since that didnt add to the total I was given, I asked to see the screen of his tablet and saw a $79.99 line item for the battery pack. I told him that I didn’t want the battery pack and then my total was about $30 less. After I purchased, I went home and got on the Verizon website where I saw the S5 advertised for the $99.99. I called the store and asked if I would still have an upgrade available if I took my phone back to the store. The associate didnt know so I called Verizon customer support. They assured me I would be able to take the phone back, pay a $35 restocking fee, and order the S5 online. I was ok with this because I thought I had made the mistake of not checking online before I went to the store. When I went back to the store yesterday, Aug 11th, to return the phone, I was told that I should have only been charged $49.99 at the time of purchase. Another sales associate said they weren’t even sure how someone was able to ring it in at that price because the discount automatically comes off. At that point, I was still interested in upgrading to the S5, but I didn’t want to pay the restocking fee, because it was clear that I had been ripped off on my original purchase. When I explained to her that I would have gotten the S5 instead of the S4 had I known the discount applied, she accused me of lying, saying that there was no way of knowing if I would have done that and I should have asked for a manager that day if I questioned the pricing I was given by my sales associate. Then, I just wanted to have my price adjusted to the correct amount and get out of there, but a third sales associated, who was actually respectful and knowledgeable, convinced me to go for the S5. Since I forgot the box for the phone this meant I had to return to the store again. After thinking about the whole situation, it became clear to me that the 1st associate lied. He originally charged me $99.99 for the phone, plus the $79.99 for the charging battery pack, $30 for the activation fee, and tax. When I told him to take the battery pack off, he changed the phone to the full $149.99, to cover his dishonesty, but the price was still about $30 lower than the first one he quoted. So at the end of the day, I was penalized for trusting that their salespeople were honest and trained correctly. AND I have to go back to the store for a THIRD time to get my price adjusted. What a waste of my time and money. Now I know to only order online.
Best wireless company on planet earth and its walking distance from my house.
Dont go uninformed. The process was quite lengthy and multiple deals where thrown my way to lesson my monthly bill. Of course I know they have incentive to push their highly marked up accessories, but I was given this pitch if you buy the lifeproof case for 99.00 my manager has just approved me to waive the 40.00 activation fee. Well that actually sounded like a fair deal and i even told the salesman on amazon the case sells for 76.00, so im saving 16 bucks. Sort of a no brainer. Then the salesman really pushed hard for other accessories and offered several deals by reducing my monthly bill by 4 dollars a month. I declined the offers, and remarked kindly of his diligence. Well to shorten my story 3 days later when reading more about the Verizon Edge program i realized it stated NO ACTIVATION FEE. i THEN REALIZED I WAS LIED TO JUST FOR THE SALESMAN TO SELL ME AN OVERPRICED ACCESSORY. Over the phone Verizon customer service was very nice and made the situation right, but be very cautious if going into the store.
Ask for Will...Lifesaver just like my favorite candy lol🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great staff assisted me with a phone repair issue!
I had decided to transition from an Iphone to a Samsung Galaxy S5. Scott at the Verizon store also has a Galaxy and patiently helped me leave the Apple World behind and transition to Droid World! He was with me for well over and hour and helped me transfer my contacts, calendar etc; then showed me a lot of the ins and outs of the phone. I was intimidated about making the switch--its only been a day and I already love my new phone so much more than my Iphone. he also switched me to a more inexpensive phone plan. Thanks, Scott!
The experiences here seem very hit and miss, so Im not sure if I got lucky, or if this store has hired better staff. In any case, my experience was excellent. From the moment I walked in the store on Ponce in Atlanta, all of my highest expectations were met, if not exceeded. Remarkably, I entered the store at 5:50 P.M. on a Sunday (10 minutes before closing), and I was immediately greeted and told that someone would be with me shortly. One associate went to tell another that a customer had just walked in and needed assistance. Within two to three minutes I was speaking with a personable associate, Vershawn, who asked me how he may help me that day. I explained that I was near the end of my plan with AT&T and that I wanted to start new service with Verizon. I also explained that I wanted to get a new phone in the process. He said something to that effect of, We will take care of all of that for you today. I even inquired if it was alright that I came in so close to closing time. Vershawn assured me that it was ok and that my service would not be dictated by the clock. I knew I wanted a 10GB plan, with a new phone and that, as a result, I would get $25 off the smartphone fee, and pay for my phone over 24 months. However, I wavered on which phone I really wanted. I thought I wanted the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but upon testing both the Edge and regular S6, I actually preferred the regular version, which was luckily available in the Platinum Gold color I wanted. Vershawn was happy to help me with whatever I decided, and he did not try to push one phone over the other. He was knowledgeable of the features and nuances of handling each phone. Once I saw the gold flat version, I was sold! Also, the screen does look larger. Finally, Vershawn suggestively and successfully sold me on a screen cover, that had obviously saved his phone, and a wireless charger made by Verizon, instead of the Samsung version. He was right that the upright charger stand is much nicer than having it lay flat on my nightstand. I was very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.
The service was a little slow but workers were very nice
Believe they are paid by commission because the quality of customer service is poor but great when it comes to selling anything. Beware of the upsell......
Still the best carrier and staff is very knowlegable
Everytime I go to that location, find friendly stuff, knowledgeable, and very courteous
Great phone place and awesome coverage.
I got what I wanted, but their machine was having issues ringing me up.. Overall an OK experience
Good customer service but understaffed. Expect consistently long waits here.
Always so nice at this store
Bad experience, very long wait, rude reps, treated us like we weren’t a priority . 🙄🤨
Friendly staff, but be prepared to wait a long time...
Excellent customer service. Excellent.
The guys here helped us out with a new unlocked phone that another store couldnt help with.
Possibly the slowest inattentive Verizon store I’ve ever been too. They’ve messed up two separate online orders I’ve placed causing them to be canceled. I can stand in the store for an hour and no one would come to help despite having employees available. In short, take the drive and go to another store.
Quick, courteous, efficient and gave me a discount on my service just because.
Busy but staff is always nice
Best coverage worse prices
ARRIVED TO CHANGE PHONE UNDER WARRANTY MANAGER TOLD ME TO GET OUT OR HE WAS CALLING POLICE
MJ was very sweet .
Went in no help at all not even a hello. Consistently bad service here over the years.
Bad Customer Service. I lost my phone and went to activate my number on my old phone. They dont know how to do it and asked me to buy a new phone for the time being and were also asking me pay for the Activation Fee. I declined that and tried online they activated my old phone within minutes. Very poor staff and service
