I recently purchased new flooring from Moda Floors and had a top notch experience from beginning to end. During the selection process the appropriate amount of support and guidance was provided without being overwhelming. Once I decided on a product they worked closely with me to finalize all the details and get the product ordered. There were some manufacturing delays which were communicated to me in a timely fashion and the team was very proactive in helping to troubleshoot and get another comparable product ordered for my project in a timely fashion.The experience with the install team was also extremely positive. They were timely and professional and worked to complete the job in the time promised. Even though my floor layout was challenging the team remained on site until every last detail was taken care of.Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go to Moda with future projects.

Great experience from the first call, meeting with the Sales Rep(Jonathan), placing an order and installation of my carpet. we planned on carpeting 5 room, stairs and hallway. Jonathan came to my house, listened to what i was looking for and worked with me finding several options that would work. Ordered me samples which were delivered quickly. The price was very reasonable, delivery was not terribly long and the guys that installed it were awesome. They worked hard, were very professional and very careful moving furniture. Moe was awesome with communicating with me. They installed all of it in one day!!!! I can not think of one thing i was dissatisfied with. i definitely recommend working with them.

When I reached out asking for a couple of other sample ideas she had them set out and ready to review with pricing upon visiting the store - she made it SO easy!The installers showed up on time and were very friendly. Brooke, Kelvin and Antonio were the high points of my kitchen renovation! The each did their jobs well, were efficient and kept me informed. COVID has not made anything easy, but they did! Antonia had great attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect and I was happy. I was sorting tile and one fell on my foot, ouch, he jumped into action to make sure I was ok. He was kind as well as a great tile guy! I would recommend he and Lino. They were actually enjoyable to have in the house.

The two gentlemen who actually installed the flooring did such a wonderful job. Every day they let me know what they would do that day and then what they would do the following day. I had the BEST experience with Moda Floors & Interiors! Casey came out to my home and we went through samples and she used her experience to guide me in my choices.I had been told from 3 other flooring companies, including the Shaw Flooring main office, that my existing wood floor could not be matched. Shortly after Casey coming to my home I receive a small box in the mail with a note Does this match? She FOUND it! The exisiting floor name was changed by Shaw, and after searching, she came up with the exact match, but it was under a different name. What service!After months of changing my mind, and asking for new quotes for wood, then wood and carpet, then carpet, then changing which rooms would use what flooring, I was sure she thought I was nuts! But she was patient and I finally decided on wood in all rooms that previously had carpet.The flooring was delivered, and a few days later the process started and we were so lucky to have the two most wonderful installers EVER! What a pleasure Frankie and Palo were. So professional and pleasant. Never a complaint, and they worked SO hard! Frankie and Palo moved furniture, kept everything clean and did an outstanding job. My new wood floors were laid so well - what a difference in the new ones versus the builder installed flooring.They are the two best contractors we have ever experienced. We were very pleased with the installation of our new carpet. The Moda installers arrived at 7:30 as scheduled and went to work immediately. They were pleasant and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up when they finished and we had a little time to chat with the installer. Wish we had had more time to talk as he was an interesting person. I would highly recommend Moda. This is the 3rd time we have used this company.

Just had carpet for our entire house replaced by Moda. They were totally professional from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Theresa, was infinitely patient explaining the product options, giving us the space to make our decision, and waited a long time, but was ready with all the details when we decided to pull the trigger. Our scheduler, Kelvin, was a great communicator and made sure we would know what to expect on installation day. The installation crew, led by Crescent, was courteous, focused, and extremely skilled. They started early (7:30!) and they were completely done, with our furniture back in place and our old carpet hauled away, by 3:30. The purchase contract and prep instructions were very detailed and thorough so were were very clear about what we were buying. Moda followed up the next day to be sure we were happy with our new carpet and our installation experience. We really couldnt ask for more and in the future will certainly make Moda our first call for flooring!

Had a great experience with Moda. These guys really know their business. Was introduced to them through a Costco Flooring opportunity using SHAW LVP (LVT) products. From the time we got the first call, all engagements with the sales, service, and installation teams were prompt and professional.Our house was not built correctly to begin with, and we had several vendors come in and say that they would do it as it sits. However, Stillian (lead installer) came in and advised the proper supported way to install the product and before we would do the install, we would have to do major corrective subfloor work.It took them 5 days to perform the corrective subfloor work, and over these 5 days, the install team (Omar, Rodrigo, Florian) were here every day at 9, worked through to the end of the day at 5:30, kept the interruptions to a minimum, and kept the place clean. Interacting with the install team was a pleasure. Correcting the floor to meet install standards was a surprise that we werent planning for, but were happy we did follow the advice. REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE in the stability and uniformity of the floor install.Once the floor was properly in plane, getting the team out to do the actual laying of the LVP took a day (with some extra helping hands). Product we ordered went in smoothly and even thought the layout of the main floor (1200+ SQFT) had many doors / hallways / closets / linear splits, the team managed to maintain a clean install line throughout the house. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the area extremely well, leaving us with a stunning new floor.We did choose a higher end Shaw product and we love how the floor looks, its much easier to clean (we have 3 large dogs, and a large family for the use of the main floor), and its actually much quieter than what we had installed prior.Job came out perfect, product installed is awesome. Ive had three separate flooring installations performed at two homes. The measuring and selection process is easy and friendly. The installations were done well and professionally. It did take a bit of time to receive samples for the most recent orders (during Covid), so they took a bit of time to get scheduled. I also felt like the flooring selection could be a bit broader, but otherwise, good work and good company.

We recently purchased a home and wanted to have the floors sanded and refinished before moving furniture in. As with all projects there were some hiccups along the way that could have delayed the job and postponed our move date, however the Moda rep, Shawn Reuter, was very helpful to make sure everything was completed by the deadline and get us moved in as planned, just before Christmas. It would have been easy for any other company to push this out past the holidays but Moda and Shawn made sure they did everything possible to get us in the home and for that we are very grateful. Also the quality of the work is very good and we are happy with the results. I would recommend Moda and Shawn to anyone.

Moda had a 15% off summer sale on flooring. The superior quality of the Coretec LVP I got ended up being equal in $ to the high end offerings of Floor and Decor, Lowes and Home Depot-- with far better specs than the Big Box Store offerings. Casey and Jonathan are great staffers. No pressure and they let me keep a huge showroom sample board for a week until I could get my contractor to approve it.

Moda Floors recently replaced our carpet with hardwood floors in our 4 upstairs bedrooms. We had worked with Modas Team about 4 years ago when we had water damage on our main floor which required redoing all rooms on the main floor. They did such a great job the first time we used them that we did not even get a second quote on the upstairs. The Moda Team did not let us down!! All time frames were met exactly-wood was delivered on day promised, carpet and sub-floor removal was done on day promised, hardwood installed on day promised, sanding, staining and finishing was all done on the days promised. And the floors are beautiful! Casey, Julia and Stelian and his teams lead by Edwin and Jose were AWESOME. We are so happy with our new floors, thank you Moda Team!!!!

We drove up from Columbus Saturday after the snow storm, only to find the Daltile supply site closed during their normal business hours. I called over to Moda Floors, and a really helpful man named Dean Howell told us they were closed as well, but he was there catching up on work and would let us in to look at the samples. After letting us in, he explained how to find what we needed and left us to it, checking back every so often to see if we had questions. If not for his great customer service, it would have been a wasted trip. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend Moda based on our experience with them!

Just felt they didnt think too much about what I was trying to achieve. I didnt like the floor after spending a decent amount of time shopping around. Employees and service was excellent but Im not really liking the color or quality compared to what I had previously. The job felt rushed towards the end and I thought someone should have been here to thoroughly check every corner of the job. I am sorry for the review, but I am speaking the truth.I feel bad to be dissatisfied still after one year, but the truth is the layoutof the floors still irritate me. The floors look dull and grimmy all the time even after mopping them. I really regret accepting the recommendation bc it makes me annoyed that i went from floors that i loved to ones that i cant bare looking at.

Good selection and friendly people. Had concerns with the initial carpet installation, but MODA inspected and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

Simply put MODA is a great company with great products, work, craftspeople, owners and communication.And were picky.We have had now 3 jobs done by them. All tile. All done with great results. First a tough shower floor that was sunken cracked and damaged. Not only were the tile replacement choices spot on and great quality, but the craftsmen who visited went above and beyond to correct the sub floor and match the tile, grout lines etc. Needless to say if we used them again it came out flawless. You would never know the floor was replaced.Since that time we recently had some tile in the kitchen and entry to our home replaced. Everything is really stunning work. When we asked ot have things done so they were to our (beyond finicky) standards, the company responded simply with Yes, we will take care of it and they did what they said.To sum it up.... if we need more flooring, or tile. MODA will get our call and business.
