My builder insisted on using this company to do all the floors in my new home. A year later every carpet in the house has buckled to some degree. Ive had little success with this company responding to make amends to have the carpets stretched again. My initial contact was resulted in a Sales Consultant to come to my home last June. Since then they havent returned, phone calls or texts. I even went into the store and was promised (twice) someone would get back to me. Not! Im frustrated. This wasnt a big deal initially but being ignored is the worse thing you can do to a customer!! Is anyone in management willing to contact me?
