The products they sell are alright and the customer service is decent. The reason I am giving one star is because the way they treat their employees. I was talking to a young lady in the showroom who told me she has worked for 2 weeks without a day off and they dont even have scheduled lunch breaks. I could see she was exhausted and I dont understand how that is even legal? Then the other employees were telling me how their boss charges them for being late? And they also work long hours like 10 - 16 hours while they are in the showroom...I dont see how they still can produce good customer service. Im surprised their hasnt been a lawsuit on this company because their turn over rate is just crazy..it seems to me they need better management that treats their employees better because the employees are the heart of the company. But I do like the rugs my company bought through them!
