She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident! I think I loved every dress she pulled for me lol and needless to say, she helped me find my dream wedding dress!! I loved everything about my experience and meeting Mrs. Lori was definitely the icing on the cake!! I said YES to the dress!!!!!!

Flo, was super amazing, very personable, professional and we had an amazing experience. She knows her job very well. I went with one style in mind, but after I told her what I was looking for she went shopping. I said Yes to the dress after 7 styles. I was so glad that I had her as my consultant. This was an INCREDIBLE experience! I came here with my mom, mother-in-love, sister and aunt. We were assisted by the lovely Florie! She was so vibrant and welcoming. It felt like another big sister was helping me try on dresses. If you are unsure of what you want she can surely help you figure it out without waisting your time. She took her time and paid attention to my vision. I wasn’t pressured to steer off from my vision. The entire staff was very kind everyone was sure to smile and show their excitement for me. I will start by saying I LOVE Bridals by Lori. I am a 2023 bride to be and of course did not expect to find my dream dress so soon and on the first visit. My consultant Megan was great! She made me feel so comfortable and made sure to give her honest opinion on dress choices. Needless to say I found the perfect one and I can’t wait to wear it on my special day!

I totally enjoyed my experience with “Bridals by Lori” I had the pleasure of working with Flo. She was wonderful. I never once felt pressured nor rushed. My experience with Bridals by Lori was unfortunately very negative. The initial appointment trying on the dresses was great, but every encounter after that was a disappointment. My dress, along with my bridesmaids dresses were all ordered too small. It not only was more of a hassle to let out the gowns, but also left my bridesmaids feeling insecure.My dress was a disaster. The one I tried on in the store was wonderful and it was just to be ordered in a Tall to make it perfect for my height. Unfortunately, it came in skin tight to where it could barely be zipped, fit completely differently, and was shorter than the sample gown. We showed them pictures to prove that it looked completely different due to how tight it was and proved that my measurements were the same and they did nothing to help. They made it seem like we were crazy and just kept saying It looks beautiful. While that is a lovely sentiment, it does not help that the dress I got looks nothing like the one I ordered. They also said Alterations will fix it. The problem is that I ordered a dress that did not need to be let out. It is the responsibility of their experts to measure the customers and order a dress with measurements that make sense. We then had to pay for very expensive extra lace and the intricate alterations. Even after all of that, it still did not look like what I had tried on.We even had issues with the Groomsmen. I explicitly told the them that our groomsmen were all very big and muscular men and could not have slim-fit tuxes. I found out odd that they asked me several times and I had to keep telling them no. Then they ended up ordering them all slim-fit tuxes anyway. My groomsmen all wore very expensive rentals that looked ridiculous. The pants were all the wrong length and had incredibly wide legs because they had to be tailored to fit their sizes.It was all very disappointing and honestly the biggest stressor of my wedding. I would recommend shopping around before making a final decision.

Sandy was amazing! She knew exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t come in expecting to find my dream dress so quickly, but she worked magic! Couldn’t recommend coming here enough!

I had the absolute best experience at Bridals by Lori. I mentioned that my previous shopping experience at another shop had not been enjoyable. Flo was my consultant and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She’s amazing at her job. Then, the attention that I received from Flo and Lori was everything I had hoped for. I felt so special and I’m so excited for my wedding day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. My mom and I came in at the last minute on a Saturday, 1 hour before closing. Marta assisted us and she picked the perfect dress for me. Aside from some photos on Pinterest, I had no idea what I wanted. All of the ladies were kind and I got to meet Lori! I highly recommend this bridal shop for not only the collection of gowns but the shopping experience as a whole.

Going to Bridals by Lori for my wedding dress appointment was just as magical as one could imagine. We went during a trunk show that was super busy, however my consultant Meghan and the rest of the staff, as well as the designer made us feel like we were the only guests there. They were able to reassure me throughout the process that my dress would be there and perfect for my day (I was nervous due to the Covid delays). The alterations department was just as easy and pleasant to work with. Overall I am so glad that I was able to find my dress here!

I have watched say yes to the dress forever and always imagined getting my dress here. When you walk in, it doesn’t feel inviting it feels sterile. We were left to shop by ourselves and they didn’t even know who our consultant would be though the appointment was scheduled in enough time. They forgot to list the dress I asked to see over the phone, though they said they would. My mom and I were very clear that our budget was $4,000 but we DEFINITELY wouldn’t go over $5,000. We pulled every dress that was in budget and had what I liked. The consultant did not seem genuine, and it didn’t feel like she really listened to what I wanted, instead kept pulling other dresses that either didn’t have lace, or were over $5,000. When I came in I told them I had already fallen in love with a dress at a different salon. So when I found a dress there that tied with it, the consultant didn’t respect my need to think on it, she just kept pushing for us to make the decision now. We also made it clear before hand we would purchase whatever dress I chose in 2 weeks when my mom got her bonus from Nike. Yet, the consultant kept pushing for us to put 60% down that day even though I was undecided. To top it all of you cannot take a single picture of the dress you try on so there’s no way to have a valid comparison. It was really heartbreaking for me because I had built this up in my head only to feel awful. Right away she told me “so you know none of these are gonna fire you, right?” Which made me feel horrible because I just had a baby and I’m breastfeeding. And I listed that I have body image issues. Overall it was a heartbreaking experience.

This is a wonderful shop. The staff is beyond imagination wonderful. You do not feel rushed during your visit. You are not pushed to try on anything outside your budget. They make you feel like family and a princess. Best place ever for your special dress experience.

I had a great fitting and Megan was excellent. The dress variety available was very good with multiple styles. Megan really seemed focused on helping me find the dress that made me feel the happiest and most bridal. Can’t wait for it to come in!!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my bridal gown from Bridals by Lori! I called and set up an appointment for a Monday evening and arrived with my mom and sister; it turns out I was the only appointment at that time and had the store to ourselves. Megan was helping us and asked what kind of dress I was looking for, after explaining the look I wanted and showing her a variety of pictures she said we could start exploring the various rooms and pick dresses we liked and she would do the same.My mom, sister, and I had a phenomenal time picking dresses to try. After trying a few dresses, I put on a stunning gown that was nearly identical to the dress my grandma wore for her wedding nearly 60 years earlier. It was my dream dress and I couldnt believe we had found it! Megan was a huge help, and Robin came and sat with my mom and sister listening to our stories and helping throughout. They gave me plenty of time to walk around in the dress, to sit, and to make sure it was comfortable.The fittings went smoothly, and the dress fit nearly perfectly right off the hanger! The seamstresses are magicians because they tucked and pulled and fit the dress precisely to me. The alterations were done quickly and easily, and I was given care instructions for how to make my dress look perfect on the day of my wedding.I have received countless compliments about my dress and the timeless look of it, and I could not be happier! Megan was terrific throughout the processes and we enjoyed every moment of it!

My consultant was Marta and she was awesome! Flo and rest of the staff was also very helpful and Lori is the sweetest thing! They made my search so easy and fun. The experience was everything I couldve dreamed of and more!

I had the best experience at Bridals by Lori. My bridal consultant Megan was very helpful and sweet. I really appreciated her input and she helped me pick the perfect dress. I also met Lori from Say Yes to the Dress and she was very involved and also very friendly. The collection of dresses are gorgeous and I felt so comfortable trying them on. I had the best experience at Bridals by Lori!! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and it couldn’t have gone better! My consultant Abbey was so wonderful; she worked so hard to make my vision come to life. I was so nervous going in but she made it so easy and comfortable! She was just as excited as I was! Also have to add that I had zero clue that Lori was on Say Yes to the Dress. She was very involved in all of the girls there, and she was super supportive and helpful!! The entire crew made it the experience of a lifetime. very happy that I found the one and that I chose Lori’s!!

I said “Yes to the Dress” a year ago and I just had my wedding on 11/7. Boy ohh boy was my dress a hit!! But going back to my visit here, it was everything I could have asked for. From the hospitality to the cleanliness. However, I have to give a huge shout out to Marta!!! She asked what I was looking for and delivered! She even took the time to send me a card, which is still on my fridge till this day. My mom, my cousin and I flew in from San Antonio with one goal in mind and because of Marta, we reached it. The suits and everyone except Sandra Riley were incredible. Each time dealing with Sandra she was passive aggressive and continually made me feel bad for not following her process. My suit was returned on time in their dropbox, but she wanted my name on it. Am I supposed to use my label maker to make her job easier? Each garment has a barcode, look it up.Each of my groomsmen had measurements from out of state tailors. She complained because each measurement wasn’t done in a uniform fashion the same way. So all groomsmen in different states were supposed to use the same tailor for fitting?Bridals by Lori staff was amazing, Sandra needs work. TLC or no TLC, I won’t be back if I have to deal with her.

I don’t even have the words to describe how great this store was! I could not have had a better bridal experience. The store was organized well and I loved being able to pull some dresses on my own. My consultant was Megan and she was amazing! I am happy to say I found my dream dress here. I brought my mom and special needs brother with me and the staff was so nice I couldn’t stop smiling. Tomorrow will make 1 month since I married the man of my dreams (literally)! Bridals by Lori helped me find the gown of my dreams almost 10 months ago! Due to COVID, I only had one weekend to select a wedding dress. Marta and the consultants were so sweet and helpful. After my initial appointment we went to one other bridal salon because I wasn’t 100% sure that I found my gown. When we returned to Bridals By Lori (same day) I tried on a few more gowns and Flo found my gown! She was so supportive. Once I put it on I knew that it was the one. Robin was so kind and accommodating as we needed to stay until closing. I will be forever grateful and I cherish the time with my immediate family and close friend. My Eve of Milady was everything I wanted and more! My husband loved it!! Thank you Bridals By Lori!!

I STRONGLY suggest Bridals By Lori! My consultant was Marta but Robin and Lori also helped me out during my appointment. Marta was very mindful of my budget, didn’t rush me and I felt like Marta, Robin and Lori were apart of my Entourage, they were so supportive and kept it real. It is truly a big family in the shop and I love it. I am a big fan of the show and It really made me happy to know the consultants and Lori are just as nice and helpful as they are on the show! I love everyone .... I also got to meet Robin as well!!!! It’s funny because people been trying to get me to go to other places but I’ve been watching this shows since I was younger and I had to come here as my first choice!!!! I didn’t find a dress at the bridal floor of Bridals by Lori and the consultant at the bridal floor was a bit more hurried as they have a lot of brides through the day. Went to the outlet floor and the sales consultant helping me, Sarah, was AMAZING!!! She was really attentive and super helpful!! I didn’t think i was going to get s dress after not finding anything on the 3rd floor. I was very pleasantly surprised to get something off the 1st floor and much gratitude to Sarah, she is awesome!!!!

Abby is GREAT. She has amazing customer service. Very good listener!! I told her my theme and colors for my wedding and how I wanted my dress to look. My appointment at Bridals by Lori was my very first time trying on wedding dresses and my consultant Megan was incredible! She made me feel comfortable and was so kind and personable. Seeing as my appointment was on a Friday afternoon, the salon was quiet and it felt like such an intimate shopping experience. I came in hesitant to buy a dress at my first ever appointment but the dresses and the service were so spectacular that I couldnt help myself! It was such an incredible experience!

I strongly suggest going to Bridals by Lori. The customer service was phenomenal. Marta was my consultant, but it felt like the entire staff was assisting me in finding my dress. Marta was mindful of my budget, and very insightful during my consultation. I didnt feel rushed or pressured into making my decision. Lori is so sweet! She was constantly checking in on me, and asking me how I felt in each dress. Ultimately, I said YES TO THE DRESS! Thank you to Flo for explaining the sizing, and showing me where my measurements fall on the chart to help me select what size to order. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend dress shopping here to any bride.

Found my dress in my first visit. My consultant was Erica and she was amazing. So easy going a supportive. She was able to help me find a dress that I loved and I was only able to tell her what I didnt like.

When going to the store, I was a little apprehensive because my wedding is only 5 months away. I didnt think that I was going to find a dress that could be delivered in time for the wedding. I didnt want to just settle for a dress, however the first associate checked to see if I could still go up to the 3rd floor to look around for something that maybe could be ordered by my wedding date. Megan was extremely helpful when helping me find the perfect dress. She was there to assist all the way through. I like that the associates are not pushy and they actually enjoy what they do. Megan checked numerous times to see if what I wanted was in stock. The customer service from the first conversation on the phone was great. Megan is a great consultant and she made my experience worth every minute.

Bridal by Lori exceeded my expectations. My group and I came in for a dress fitting. We were greeted warmly upon entering and promptly assisted. Ashley was our coordinator. She was knowledgeable on all designers, material and most importantly what fits your body type best. Her patience and attention to every detail was greatly appreciated.

This salon is absolutely beautiful in every way but what made it even better was my consultant Flo! My family and I traveled from Charlotte, I had already been to just one shop there and had found a dress I loved but felt like I needed to explore other options. I love it here! This was my first bridal appointment. Abby could not have made it more enjoyable or easy to find the dress of my dreams! She helped me get in dresses, choose according to my taste, and pick me the perfect veil for my dress. I love that my mom could look around and look at dresses with me! I can’t wait to put it back on. I went somewhere else later in the day and could not wait to go back here instead!

This was one of the best days of my life! We had so much fun at Bridals by Lori and got the most perfect dress!!! Flo was one of a kind. She was helpful, encouraging, honest, and so thoughtful in helping me decide which dress would be best for me. Like so many other brides, I got something different than I was expecting, but it was everything I wanted and more. This place is great, and Flo (bridal consultant) is AMAZING!!! Flo made our experience SO special. I highly recommend Bridals By Lori - they made my wedding gown dreams come true! My wife also found her gown at Bridals by Lori- Marta and Robin helped us coordinate our gowns to ensure they complimented one another. My wife chose a black satin gown and I a beaded lace champagne and ivory gown - they looked incredible together!! My first appointment with Bridals by Lori I found THE dress but it wasnt quite as edgy as I was looking for. Thats when Marta pulled out the most gorgeous and awesome straps by Waters and BAM! There it was! My fittings were all a dream as well - my dress just became more and more beautiful. What a special time and I am forever grateful that Bridals By Lori was a part of our journey!

I had such a wonderful time here finding my bridal gown with Flo! I got the whole Say Yes to the Dress experience! But the best part was how incredible of a job the alterations department did with my dress. I had a fit and flare style gown I wanted to fit perfectly with a few modifications. Tina did an above and beyond perfect job! She had my dress fitted to my every edge and perfected exactly how I wanted. I was admittedly nervous about getting the right fit on an ornate gown, the Cayenne gown by Badgley Mischka, but Tinas talent blew me away with how detailed and perfect she got my dress. It is worth every dollar to have an expert seamstress tailor your gown - especially something that fits close to your whole body. I cannot recommend Tina and the whole shop enough!!

Marta was a WONDERFUL consultant!! She helped me figure out what exactly I wanted, and stayed within my price range!! It was a spectacular experience!!

My sweet and lovely daughter found her dream dress here. I wanted to give her the say yes to the dress treatment, and they provided that experience. Everyone cried like a baby. Lovely shop and lovely staff. The bridesmaids also found their dresses downstairs. Win, win. I cant post the dress until March. I will update the post then.

I could not have had a better dress shopping experience than I did at BBL! Megan was my consultant and was so encouraging, knowledgeable and sweet! She brought all the right dresses, and shaped them to fit me with clips so I could really picture how each would look in my size. She was also respectful of our budget, and great at accessorizing. I felt so beautiful and excited with her running the appointment.The salon is beautiful and clean, and there are tons of dresses in every size shape and style to choose from. Other places seems to have only more traditional dresses, and I knew I wanted something uncommon and remarkable. Well, I found it at BBL!Also - I did my alterations there, and the tailoring was exceptional and fast. I couldn’t believe the execution of the final dress considering it was incredibly detailed beading and layered lace.Overall, the whole experience was fun and special. Lori even came out to say hello and check on me during the appointment - My entourage was thrilled! The ONLY thing better than the fun of finding the gown there was the way I felt on my wedding day in my stunning Eve of Milady Gown.I highly recommend BBL to outfit allmembers of the wedding party (brides, grooms, mothers, bridesmaids and alterations). There’s no need to go anywhere else!

Just got the dress of my dreams today at Bridals by Lori. Such a surreal experience being there and being helped by people you recognize from television but it in no way hindered my experience. They are all so down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. My consultant Abby was absolutely phenomenal and not only made me feel welcome but completely comfortable in my own skin regardless of what I was trying on. Lori was likewise so kind and helpful with her opinions and suggestions. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Thank you all so much♥️

So, I visited today and it was literally the worst experience I’ve had on the search to finding my dress. I was excited to come to Bridals by Lori, but that excitement left as soon as I made it to the 3rd floor. When I got off the elevator, the front desk attendants popped up as if they were in trouble. I guess they were trying to meet the expectation of “good” customer service. They were on their phones, eating, and gossiping. One lady did approach me and asked me my budget, what I was looking for and etc in front of everyone. It was not very personal. I did not feel special. I’m not sure if it was because of my budget or what, but one thing is for sure if I like it, I will buy it, so no need to be disrespectful. I was assigned a consultant who was busy with another bride even though I set an appointment months ago. I was sent to explore the shop on my own with my cousin and my sister. It was overwhelming. I guess the shop I visited before set the bar pretty high. My cousin was finally fed up and went to the front desk to ask if any one would be with me soon. They cut her off immediately. I was finally approached by a woman who asked me the same questions the other lady asked me before. She picked two dresses and left. I was approached by another woman who picked about one dress for me to try on then she left as well. The next woman picked another dress hung it on the wall and then said “you all can have a seat. We will be with your shortly.” Me, my sister and cousin sat for another few minutes before we decided to just leave and go back to the bridal shop that actually treated us like people. I did not receive a follow up or anything. If you’re reading this, maybe it was just an off day, but definitely an awful experience for me. No need to respond publicly if you all cannot address me in the shop. Thanks.

This could not have been more of a dream come true for me. I watched SYTTD with my mom and my aunt for years. We always said, way before I was ever in a relationship, that we should go down to Atlanta and visit Bridals by Lori. So we did it! When we got to the bridal level, we were greeted by Robin and she explained to us how we could check out all of the designers and dresses and pull whatever we want! After we checked out some stuff to try on we were greeted by my consultant, Megan Lamonica. Megan was awesome!! I think I tried on 12 or so dresses. Megan was so helpful in finding what style I wanted, neck line to shape. She understood that we were looking to have fun too, as we had pulled some dresses just for the comedy of how they would look on me. Megan made it fun and made me comfortable. The best part, I FOUND MY DRESS!!! Eventually I will come back and add a picture to this post but not until after the wedding! :)

In comparison to some other bridal shops I visited, the team here never made me feel rushed or pressured to choose a dress. I was able to find the perfect dress for my wedding. 10/10 recommend!

I have to say my experience blew me out of the water. Alli made me feel so very comfortable in any dress I tried on- White Glove service- from the time you walk in to the time you leave you are treated so kindly. The team is very coordinated and willing to help brainstorm ideas but also willing to listen to your wants and needs and execute ideas accordingly! The dresses are so unique and well worth the price. So excited for my special day in October!

My consultant was Sarah. She was absolutely perfect and made my experience more than what I expected. We had a great time with her and I found my perfect dress!

Dream come true! Drove down from Maryville, IL to shop at Bridals by Lori. We could not have hoped for a better experience. The shop was beautifully decorated, all of the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my consultant Abby was so sweet. I did not feel pressured at any point and felt like my opinion was heard. And the best part of it all, I got to say yes to my dress!

My experience at Bridals By Lori was all that I dreamed it would be. The studio was beautiful and once I walked in I already felt like a bride. . On a mission of course. As a plus size bride I wasn’t sure if I was going to find THE dress at Loris but after an hour of shopping I found myself walking the bridal runway with tears of happiness in my eyes after Finding the ONE. . My dress! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our stylist Marta was so kind! She kept me in my budget and we tried on multiple gowns. She paired beautiful veils, head pieces, and belts to every gown that I tried on. During the process I even noticed that the plus size dresses that were displayed in the rooms happen to be all in or near my size so trying on gowns was a breeze and made me feel confident and beautiful. Lori and her team have a really good thing going and I would recommend anyone to go “Say Yes to the Dress” at Bridals by Lori!! Thank you team!!

Visited Loris Bridals during our 2 month trip across the United States. The folks that work there are just fabulous. Allowed us to tour the stores levels and explained certain facts about the TV production of their show. Even took some photos of the shop and staff. Great shop and folks...

We had an amazing experience! The gentleman who set up my appointment was patient, courteous, and fast without making me feel stressed! Our lady was as excited as me! She listened to what I wanted, was open to my suggestions as well as my mom and godmother’s, was extremely patient, and had us laughing and crying (happy tears, of course)! The selection was so beautiful I had to Say Yes to the Dress!

Loved my shopping experience from start to finish - from looking at dresses online, scheduling an appointment, having my appointment, having a follow-up appointment and picking out my dress! My consultant, Abby, is the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process! I highly recommend her to anyone. Bridals by Lori is the first salon I went to and so glad I did. We were so disappointed. The customer service was the worst of any shop we visited. We had to wait 30 minutes for consultant who was busy with another bride. They asked us to pull our own dresses off the rack. The consultant seemed more concerned about making a sale than finding the right dress. Even though my daughter found a dress we did not want to give them our business. I highly recommend a smaller more intimate shop that treats you like it is the most special day of your life.

We came in without an appointment and received the VIP treatment. Kiana was our consultant and was wonderful at suggesting bridesmaids dresses for my daughter’s age snd body type. We walked out with a dress that was both flattering and gorgeous! One that we would’ve never envisioned if it wasn’t for Kiana! I highly recommend her!

Megan LaMonica is THE BEST! I had no idea what wedding dress style I wanted. Megan made me feel comfortable, helped me try on various styles, and narrow down what I liked best. I highly recommend working with Megan! She helped me choose my wedding dress, veil, and ordered the lace so I could customize the straps. :)

WE LOVE IT HERE! I suggested to our bride to come here after try and fail at other bridal boutiques and stores. We walked in around 12pm on a Saturday (February 2021) and waited no more than 15 minutes before we were paired with the wonderful Kiana. The staff were all following Covid-19 precautions. Kiana understood that we wanted to have a variety of styles for the bridesmaids. Kiana was clever, energetic and well informed on types of materials, sizing, trends and time restraints. Growing up watching Say Yes to the Dress and being there was amazing even if you arent the bride. They have a plethora of colorful dresses to choose from for bridesmaids and even special occasions. After one visit we all chose our dresses. Coming here was nothing short of magical and fun for the whole group!

Excellent service at Bridals by Lori! Really just stopped in for the fun experience as I had already determined that they did not have the designers I wanted to try on, but I was in Atlanta anyway, so why not. Well, to my great surprise I found my dress anyway! First one I tried on, just like their website says is the case with most brides that give them a chance.

Best experience any bride could ever hope or dream for! Like most brides, I had always dreamed of what it would be like going wedding dress shopping and had always wanted to come to Bridals by Lori with my mom! We never thought it would be possible, but we were able to schedule an appointment and come in (pretty quickly too)!The receptionist in the front was very kind and cheerful and made you feel right at home. Going up the elevator to the Bridal Department was a little nerve racking, but we were greeted with a genuine smile and a cheerful attitude. My consultant, Megan, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for even when I couldnt put it into words! The gown she pulled for me was beyond anything I could even dream of.Thank you so much to everyone that helped my mom and I, we had the best experience possible!

My daughter came to this store. Bought something they said there was a 24 hours cancellation window. They needed to cancel 2 hours later.. but..... what a surprise!!!!There were a cancellation fee of $125!!! That no one mentioned And not happy with that the store will be closed the day after......What a deal!!! We feel really cheated

I had such a WONDERFUL time here. They have every kind of style and feel of dress you could hope for. My consultant Marta was so helpful in pulling things that were consistently beautiful. She was so patient and kind, as it took me a long time to overcome being unable to decide between all the options. She ended up being right that Eve of Milady was the perfect designer for me. Marta, if youre reading this, I cant imagine having gone with any other dress...cant believe it took me so long to settle on it!

Hannah was the most helpful down to earth person, we have ever met.From start to finish the experience was amazing!She tailored the experience to want I had in mind and what made me feel beautiful. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was so nice and friendly and the shop is beautiful with so many choices even for us curvier girls. Flo was my consultant and she was the absolute best!! She listened to what I wanted and helped me find my perfect dress and stayed within my budget. The experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment that I SAID YES TO THE DRESS 🥰 was absolutely everything that I envisioned when dress shopping. ALL staff was polite and greeted you with a smile. My consultant Abbey was the best!!! She was very knowledgable and made my time all about me. I am on a weight loss journey and Abbey made me feel so comfortable and sexy. Great customer service!! I went in with my Maid of Honor (sister) and we were greeted by everyone who saw us! They were all very friendly and welcoming!! Im a very anxious person and they all strove to put me at ease.My consultant was Erica and she was very patient with me and understanding as I didnt really know what silhouette I even preferred. She was even so sweet to comment on my engagement ring and then listen to me go on about it lol. After a couple of misses from the gowns I picked she brought in her pick and its PERFECT 😭🥰!! I had my moment several times in that dress (and almost once when it was hanging near me while finalizing lol)! Robin was very helpful and clear in explaining measurements and other info and was very friendly! To top it off... less than 24 hours later I was so deep in anxiety over the purchase that I called back when they opened, without advanced notice from me and with no hesitationon on their part they made me a new appointment that day!! Everyone was STILL super friendly, welcoming and understanding! Erica was amazing again! She pulled more dresses to try and then got me back in mine...I had nothing to worry about! Unending gratitude to the Bridals by Lori team for being them!! 👰‍♂️💜P.S.: Will be updating to 5 stars after the alterations experience!!

The worst service. Our bridal consultant was not friendly with no personality what do ever. Didn’t make it special at all. I found a dress I did love she didn’t even say let me shoes you a headpiece or make it exciting. I rather to spend my money in another bridal store where they show me options and make the day special and exciting

I had the BEST experience at Bridals By Lori. My original appointment was in the outlet section, and I did not find a dress that wowed me like I thought I would. The consultants arranged for me to go upstairs to the Couture department where I was assisted by Abby and Robin. They were both AMAZING and so helpful. They made me feel so confident in every dress I tried on and were very patient when I couldnt make up my mind. I ended up finding the perfect dress and it was truly the best experience I could have hoped for!

High end, expansive collection of designer gowns. Come here for something exceptional with the awareness the gowns are very expensive. Abbi provided great service and had a low pressure approach which made our day way more enjoyable.

AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and warm welcoming! They not only helped me find my dream dress but also our bridesmaids dresses and tuxes! They are so professional and are willing to help with budget at all cost. Also the week of our wedding when we got our tuxes, my dads vest was too big and the shirt was too small and within two days we got a new vest, shirt, and some pocket squares that were missing with no extra charge! SHOP HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

I had such a wonderful time at Bridals by Lori. My consultant, Flo, put me in a few dresses of my choice and ask what I liked and didn’t like about each one. Then she took everything I liked about each dress and pulled one of her choice which ended up being the dress I said yes to. All the consultants have so much advice to give and make the entire process exciting and relaxing.

First of all let me say it’s a beautiful venue. There are tons of gorgeous dresses. I didn’t have as nice of an experience as I wanted though. I feel that every bridal experience should be tailored to the individual. My experience was not. Unfortunately the consultant kept suggesting gowns that were not even close to what I wanted. For example, one thing I absolutely wanted was a white dress. The consultant pulled off white and even a blush color. I also felt hidden away as I was in one of the back dressing rooms. I will say to give the store a chance as while I was there I saw some absolutely stunning dresses on some absolutely stunning brides to be.
