My experience with this store started out so positive. I had two amazing appointments where I was able to find my dress. The lady helping us was so attentive and helpful, and it was overall just a great experience. Since purchasing my dress however, my experience has gone downhill.The appointment I made to pick up my dress was confirmed by the store, only to find out days before the appointment that they wrote down the completely wrong date on their end (literally weeks apart even though they confirmed the date with me over the phone). They were able to switch back the dates but had to give me a different time which meant I had to rearrange my entire schedule that day to accommodate the new time. When I got to the store they told me they had steamed my dress and it was ready for me, only to find out after I put it on that it was hardly steamed at all, which gave the dress a very lumpy, misshapen appearance. They told me they would steam it properly, but that I would have to come back again to pick it up. Overall Im not very happy with the customer service I experienced after purchasing my dress. I feel like for the amount of money being spent and for how important a wedding is to a bride, they would make more of an effort to make sure everything is done properly. I was so excited to get my dress and I left the store very disappointed.

Beautiful dresses and friendly associates there. However, they showed wedding dresses OUTSIDE YOUR BUDGET. Then, youre told that you canNOT get your money refunded regardless.

AMAZING!! Chandler was great from beginning to end! I loved her energy, honesty and suggestions. I went in thinking I wanted one style of dress and ended up settling on a completely different style and that’s all thanks to Chandler! One word. CHANDLER! She is the bomb.com bridal stylist! I went to 3 dress shops before finding this place and it was the best decision I ever made! I went by myself on this trip and Chandler walked me through the process and gave me her honest opinions on the gowns, and what would work for my body type. I’m sooo happy with my gown decision and I can’t wait to get my wedding dress. Also, please give Chandler a raise! Lol she is a hard worker and made my experience memorable! I bought my wedding gown here back in June of this year and I had a really great experience. However, I came today to order my veil and I called yesterday to make an appointment. The lady told me yesterday to come today. However, when I showed up today, she said she put me down for tomorrow. She told me a different day from what she put down in the computer. Then she said she had another bride she was helping and asked if I could come back later today or tomorrow. I had already driven all the way to the bridal shop today and it was her fault for telling me the wrong day and time in the first place. All I wanted to do was order the veil. Then she said she’d send me pictures of the veils via text messages so I could order over the phone. A total inconvenience and greatly inconsiderate.

Chandler was the absolute best wedding dress consultant. I felt extremely comfortable and beautiful through the whole experience. I also think I have found the dress! Thanks again!!

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATEDI’m sure the shop is amazing, and they offer wonderful customer service and give you a great experience but unfortunately my sisters and I won’t get that opportunity. I reached out to them via their website to schedule an appointment, someone responded to me through their messaging app and told me they had availability on the July 18th at 10 AM and at 1 PM and I messaged back promptly as you will see in the screenshot below that I will take the 10 AM appointment.I followed up via the same messaging thread the next day to confirm the appointment because I didn’t hear anything back and a young lady from Winnies called me and told me that I am not on the schedule and they don’t have any availability for Sunday and that there was nothing they could do to assist me.She was able to see the messaging with me from the previous day and clearly this is an error on a their part so I feel like they should have done something to accommodate me. I’m also particularly upset because my twin sister is flying in for the weekend to help me pick out a dress. I’m very disappointed but at this point what can I do.THE UPDATEA few hours after writing this review I received a call from Winnies stating that the manger is allowing them to honor the appointment and will offer a discount if we purchase with them.Our Stylist Elisha was Great, she sat down with us to really understand what we wanted... The shop is beautiful and although we did not purchase a dress from Winnies I do recommend brides taking a look here because there are some beautiful dresses and the stylists are nice.

I was very excited to finally get a fitting done for my wedding. Did not have the best experience in the beginning. When I was first was talking with Khy, it was warm and friendly till I told her my budget for the dress. She then explain the price range of most of the dress they carried. I then explained to her then my cap for the budget was an extra $1,000. Even after I explained that to her it seemed as if she turned her ears off from listen to what I wanted in a wedding dress. The first 45min were very rocky and toward then end I felt like we started to get somewhere with the dresses I tried on. But I tip for the future don’t listen budget from a bride. Definitely be respectful of the budget but still listen to what the bride wants. For ex: if I dress was out of my budget the appropriate response should have been “I know you wanted to stay in the ___ range but I think this dress might fit your style” yes I want to stay as close to my budget as possible but I’m not going to settle for any dress. And whatever the price was I would have no problem paying for the RIGHT DRESS. And I don’t think Khy did a good job in trying to sell the right dress. Again felt like my budget was too low for her and she stopped listen to what I wanted and just started pulling random dresses.

Winnie Couture is my go to bridal salon for all my brides. As a wedding planner customer service is a top priority for me. The entire staff is fabulous and caters to your every need. Taylor and Megan were the best. Both of my brides said yes to the dress!

During this appointment, I first met Khy! She was super helpful, personable & we clicked instantly! It’s like I’ve known forever! She was very accommodating to my bridal consultant at the time, Paige. Both of them were great! So fast forward to August when it was time to pick up my dress from getting customized..Khy was there AGAIN to see help me see and adore my dress as is! She met my family and it was like a mini family reunion! I love her energy and she definitely made sure that past issues I had with other employees were smoothed out and that I was satisfied! Thank you Khy for making my bridal experience at Winnie that much more special and memorable!❤️

My experience at Winnie Couture was great as far as the consultant Khy! She was great with explaining the process and picking out dresses for me to try on. My disappointment is that this bridal shop doesnt offer a wider range of plus size dresses. From my understanding they have a lot of mermaid dresses for plus size but for me I didnt want a mermaid style dress and was looking forward to being able to try on more variety of dresses. Such a disappointment and I wish they would cater to more figures of women especially since its based in Atlanta where women are different shapes and sizes.

On August 15, 2020 I said yes to the dress💗 It’s totally blissful and overwhelming, it felt like magic, and it can happen when you least expect it. This places decor is lovely as soon as you walk in! We were greeted very promptly and offered champagne while we waited since we arrived early for our appointment. The stylists and staff were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that in order to secure an appointment, we have to put a credit card on file incase we cancel, which at that time we will be charged $25 .

I came there with my best friend a few weeks ago. She is getting married at the end of this year. I will say Winnie Couture was extremely professional. The environment was very welcoming. I recently had my appointment here with Khy and she was extremely warm and friendly! I explained my price point and what I wanted and my venue and she did NOT disappoint. I came in with my mom and MOH and found a dress that I LOVED, I told her I had a few more shops to look at and that I had to bring my grandma and sister but they couldnt know Ive been. The next appointment she was as great as she was the first she went along with everything, understood how I felt being plus size and the struggle it is to find dresses to try on, where others would stop she pressed forward, I ultimately said YES TO THE DRESS here and cant wait to wear my dress down to the aisle!

I’m a little late on my review but better late than never! Nov 22nd 2020, my mom booked an appointment w/ Khy to find her perfect wedding dress (I was the tag along!) I want to start by saying we weren’t expecting to find a dress, because I mean who does on their first time? The boutique was empty, just us and the 3 employees. From start to finish.. everything was amazing. We walked around and picked dresses while Khy picked a few wild cards that were NOT what my mom thought she wanted at all! She made us mimosas and we talked like she was family, her personality was so kind, not a make a sell kind of girl more so a make this bride feel amazing in whatever way and it was everything my mom needed. The very first dress my mom tried on.. Khy picked as a wild card.. and IT WAS PERFECT. The fit, the lace, the everything! (it’s the dress she picked too!) My mom of course tried on a few more to be sure, but we circled back to that one and we knew it was the one. Khy “jacked” it up w/ all the bells and whistles, she turned on my parents song & believe it or not the other super (SUUUUUUPER) sweet employees got up and acted like my mom’s background dancers, you know to make sure she could dance like she would with her friends at the reception. so there we were my mom in this beautiful dress and all the employees dancing around to their song. it was perfect. they all were perfect & I can’t wait to be a Winnie Bride one day too!

The service was absolutely amazing! My soon to be mother in law and I didnt have a appointment, but decided to stop in anyway since we were near by. Erica greeted us with a smile upon entering and was able to fit us in due to a cancellation. Her customer service was amazing and she pulled 4 amazing dresses based on my vision. She gave her honest opinions and was so patient with my indecisiveness. I loved the last one I tried on, but still had a few reservations. I cannot say enough good things about Winnie Couture in Atlanta, Georgia. I worked with Alexa who was absolutely wonderful. She made me and my family feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. Choosing a wedding gown was one of the hardest decisions I made throughout the wedding planning process, it’s a big decision! Alexa was extremely patient and worked with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for! I tried on several styles of dresses and had it narrowed down to two very different gowns. She let me try them both on countless times until I was able to make a decision. I couldnt have been happier with the end result. I am from Charlotte visiting Atlanta and decided to shop for a wedding dress with my sister. Turns out I was able to squeeze into an appointment at the last minute and there was a private sale going on. I was not hopeful to be buying a dress. I just wanted to try some dresses to know how it feels, what are the in styles, what looks good on me. I was greeted by a nice sincere stylist on my arrival. She helped me sorted out some dresses, showed me some styles and tried to figure out what type of dress I have in mind. I told her some of my preferences like no train, and i like the feel of the chiffon material and the wedding is going to be in hawaii so I want it to be simple. Next, she started pulling dresses. She actually recommended me a lace dress but pulled it back after learning about my budget. I tried about 5 to 6 dresses and told her what I like and dont like for each dress and she helped me narrow down to a V-neck with an A-line fit. Then she came back with this dress that fits all my criteria and was in my budget. My sister pretty much jumped out of the chair and said this is the one. Even an observing lady who have been watching my entire process at the next fitting room, said among all the dresses youve tried on, you look the happiest in this dress.

My dress turned out perfect!! I would give zero star if I could. We had an appointment at 4:00, but were not greeted until 4:30. At 4:30, we were told to come to the back where one of the staff put us in the tiniest corner with little room to get in/out. After seated, we were told that it was going to be “a while” until the bride could try on dresses. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to pull our own dresses and started to try them on. We finished trying on the dresses at 5:25 and still no one came to assist us. We got up and left. The quality of the dresses match the customer service...absolutely terrible. The dresses on the floor were stained and ripped. Also, there were not very many styles to choose from. I would NOT recommend this place.

I said Yes to the dress and could not have done it without Erica!So... I finally gave in to my mother to start dress shopping. I made an appointment with Winnie, not thinking that this would be the weekend that I would find the dress and definitely not thinking that I would find my dress at the first bridal shop-- Winnie Couture.I met Erica, who had previously been texting me during the week about styles of dresses I liked and wanted to try on-- we immediately gelled. Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and authenticity were exactly what we needed to make the appointment light, fun, and an unforgettable experience. Like every bride, wedding dress shopping with their mother is special. My experience was special to me because my mother raised me, her only child, on her own after my father passed away suddenly less than 2 years after they were married. I wore one of his old sweaters to the appointment to have a piece of him there.I tried on a few dresses-- some looked good, some looked less than good on me. Erica was honest and fun the entire time. When the dress styles that I thought would look great on me didnt, Erica recommended dresses that pushed me out of the box. Then I put on the dress-- the dress that I wasnt supposed to find that weekend. Its a custom dress-- my favorite characteristics of 2 different dresses into 1! My mother balled. And even Erica cried! (She told me that shed been working for almost 20 years in bridal dress fashion and never once cried!) It was a special and touching moment! I felt like a bride-- I looked great and I know my fiancee is going die when he sees me in it coming down the aisle.The entire Winnie Couture experience was great-- since I said yes, to the dress Ive returned for my fitting and a dress reveal with my best friends/bridesmaids. The staff is so nice and they go above and beyond to make you feel special. Erica truly made my experience fun and memorable! She knows her stuff! She also has a great heart and vibrant spirit.

Winnie Couture is the best! The boutique is so chic and the girls there are sooooo nice and patient. They really listen to what you are looking for and their selection of gowns are beautiful. I had been to at least 5 other bridal boutiques and none of them were as fabulous as Winnie Couture. The entire process was super fun and easy…there is absolutely nothing to complain about. My dress came in perfect no alterations needed!! I couldn’t be happier..thanks so much Winnie Couture!!!

Do not go this store if you are interested in good service (which is half of what they offer and a cornerstone for wedding vendors.Short story - fiance bought a $3,000 dress and wanted to make it unique. The salesperson supported her vision and sold her the dress and the extra lace to make it happen. She also assured her that it was not a problem and that it would turn out as she anticipated.Dress comes in from China with extra lace and the lace does not match the dress. Winnie Couture, however, says that the lace the salesperson ordered was the correct lace and they couldnt explain why it looked different (maybe it had something to do with the salesperson telling her that lace on the floor samples is worn and discolored from being handled and that my fiances lace would not look like the floor sample - which it did).So now we have to pay Winnie Coutures preferred tailor to replace all of the lace on the dress to match the (wrong) additional lace they ordered. They will not, however, own the mistakes of their salesperson (who is no longer there) and refuse to make the situation that they created right. They are blaming the additional cost on the tailor (who they recommended and who is fixing Winnie Coutures mistake) and say that because it is a tailoring cost and not a Winnie Couture expense, their store policy is to not pay for it. (Or, in short, their store policy is to screw their customer who gave them $3,000 for a dress that probably cost a few hundred to make in China and then force said customer to pay another $500 or so to be able to actually use that dress based on the misrepresentations made by their employees).To their credit, they did contrary to their policy refund the cost of the extra lace (a measly $60 a roll).So, unless you plan on having additional weddings, I would recommend that you steer clear of this place because they dont care whether you have a good experience or not. Once they have your money, thats it. Theyre not a value shop and they dont sell anything that the numerous other stores in Atlanta dont, so dont take your chances with this place. Or, if you are interested in crying about a dress, or seeing your significant other cry about a dress, then go ahead and take your chances.

I purchased my wedding gown at Winnie Couture and it’s the best investment by far. I couldn’t imagine not having a Winnie gown. I highly recommend going to Winnie Couture to get the gown of your dreams, they have something for everyone, you even get to customize your gown. The bridal consultants are there every step of the way, I had no problems throughout my experience there. I had the best from the day I said yes to the dress till I picked up the final masterpiece….my gown turned out Perfect! thank you soooo much Winnie and staff!

After getting engaged my first thoughts were about my wedding dress. I could not wait to experience trying on dresses and really feeling like a bride so my first stop was Winnie Couture. On the day of my appointment I was just going to start my search and get a feel of what types of dresses I liked. However, once I walked in I knew almost immediately that I would be leaving with my wedding dress. Alexa was my consultant, and she was absolutely amazing! After giving her a brief description of what I thought I wanted she found my dress. The beautiful dress I wore on my wedding day was the very first wedding dress I ever tried on and I have to thank Winnie Couture for not only making gorgeous dresses but having an amazing staff. I could not have asked for a better bridal experience.

My experience at Winnie Couture was amazing!! I couldnt imagine a more perfect wedding dress. I was sold as soon as I put the dress on- everything about it was high quality, the crystal beading was gorgeous, and it was perfectly form fitting. I felt absolutely beautiful, elegant, and sexy on my wedding day! Everyone loved my Winnie Couture gown!

I went to six different bridal salons before I went to Winnie. It was the last stop of the day and I was tired and had already tried on around 50 dresses. I had a specific vision, I wanted a racer back wedding dress and no one had one. After trying on a few in Winnie I began to get a little discouraged, until they started holding on dress up to another and changing straps and belts. They created my perfect dress! They took a strapless dress, added a golden belt, and golden racer back straps and it was perfect! Everything I wanted in a dress and they put one together for me! We took measurement and ordered right away. Because it was a custom dress, it did take six months to make and when it arrived it was perfect! I picked it up in the salon and it fit so well! My Winnie experience was amazing! Everyone that came to my wedding said they had never seen a wedding dress like mine before! Which was exactly what I was going for! The only critique I have about my Winnie dress is that there were not enough buttons to hold the bustle up during the reception. The three buttons were not enough and it kept coming undone. Other than that it was perfect!

I first came to Winnie Couture about a month ago to try on dresses, I met with Jessica and she listened to what I had in mind and showed me various dresses. At that appointment I knew I found my dream dress, but I needed to make sure. I went to many more dress stores and kept comparing every dress to the one I fell in love with at Winnie Couture. The quality of the material is very good, even trying on other designers that were comparable in price, just did not seem to be as good of quality. I then returned to try on a few more at Winnie Couture and make sure that I still felt the same way about the dress. I met with a different stylist this time, and just can not remember her name! She was very helpful though. I waited a few days after the second appointment to purchase the dress! I cant wait to receive it and finally wear it for my wedding! I recently bought my gown and veil at Winnie Couture and couldnt be happier! I had a great experience, the service was very good, the store is very pretty, well organized and they had plenty of bridal gowns to choose from. I went to this location in February 2019 to search for a wedding dress. This was one of the first shops i went to. They have a broad selection and various styles and is a great place to start at. Though I didn’t say yes to the dress, it was close. Jasmyne was my bridal consultant and was so positive and outgoing. She was able to apply what I was looking for while also offering other suggestions. When i couldn’t decide and was contemplating looking into other shops, she was still honest in her opinions while taking into account my needs and didnt let personal biases get in the way. Jasmyne really helped define my choices with her expertise and i could not have found my final dress (At a different store) without her assistance. She started my wedding dress shopping experience with such great energy; it shined a positive light onto the rest of the process for me. I wish i could have said yes to the dress just because of the amazing customer service!!

I had a wonderful experience at Winnie Couture. Winnie Couture has it all…amazing dresses and amazing service my bridal consultant was so patient and helpful in suggesting styles that I would like. The dress that I liked the most was one that she pulled that I never would have chosen off the rack. She was very attentive, personable and helpful….it was a perfect environment.

The wedding was amazing and my dress was INCREDIBLE! I wish I could wear it every day and one of these days, I will find a reason to! My experience with Winnie, and especially my experience with you Winer, was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, where other bridal shops had made me unhappy that I was a bigger bride and told me they would have to up-charge for a bigger size! The are very deceptive, I hate giving low ratings, be Very careful. For the money you pay, the service is excellent before you make a purchase. After you pay the don’t care. Ask questions please, don’t Trust this place find another place for your special day.

I had such a great experience at Winnie Couture while shopping for my wedding dress! My consultant was extremely attentive and gave great advice. I felt so comfortable there and their selection of dresses seems to cater to brides looking for classic yet stylish dresses, definitely a place for me. I found an amazing dress there and I would recommend Winnie Couture to everyone!

Service was great until they talked badly about us.....The selection was great and the prices weren’t bad. My friend fell in love with a dress but wasn’t ready to buy today as she wanted to shop around. Giving two star because we heard the manager, Savannah, speak badly of us and calling us rude for not purchasing a dress today when speaking to another employee. She also said my friends budget was “too low” for the location. Funny, because at a bridal show we went to, the representatives told us dresses started at $1,000. Everything was great up until that point. Really disappointed in the way we were treated when they thought we couldn’t hear.

Gorgeous shop with a horrible front desk person. I flew in from Miami to dress shop and they were one of three. Apparently they had notes in the system I canceled? Whatever. Double, triple check if you go here. They have no care unless your appt is in stone.Update after owner’s response: I understand, however, to see no effort in your staff, at all, to try and accommodate is what upset me. Your guidelines are understandable and make complete sense. BUT when someone flies in for an appt, you would think someone would come out and try to see if something can be done. However she was quick to ask if my appointment was with David’s bridal, while you might have many that make that mistake, I’m not going to make an appointment at a franchise that is near my home. Also, I’m curious if Winnie Couture is owned by Lori’s Bridal or Bridal by Lori. That is the shop I spoke with and canceled my appointment. If you guys are owned by them, then this would all make sense. So, for anyone booking with this shop, be sure to check many times before coming out. They are willing to miss a big sale.

I absolutely love the Buckhead ATL location. They were my last appointment and I’m so grateful after 6 different shops the best was last. Words can not express the wonderful experience I had at Winnie Couture. I went during a sample sale, and caught a steal of a dress! The customer service is truly bliss. Jessica, my bridal stylist, was very patient. I think I may have tried on at least eight dresses, before I even started to narrow down what I wanted. I will recommend this bridal salon to anyone I know who is getting married, renewing their vows, etc.

The dresses are gorgeous and great costumer service. The shop is also well kept. I defiently recommend this place.

Buyer beware. The employees were friendly and seemingly helpful when I was there. I bought a dress and they took my measurements to customize it. When the dress came, it fit everywhere but in the bust - I was so big (Double DD+ when I am a B) that my bust was not even making contact with the dress and could see clear down the front of it. I called and they assured me that a seamstress could fix it by taking in the sides. I had it altered and while better it still looks pretty ridiculous. I called Winnie and it took they several days to call back (even though I am now weeks before my wedding) and did not seem to care AT ALL that I feel like a clown version of Pamela Anderson in my dress. Dont succumb to the day of discount. Leave and think it over and definitely make sure you have a plan with them if it doesnt fit - Or better yet go somewhere else that sincerely cares that you look and feel great on your wedding day! What a waste of $4000!

I had an amazing experience a Winnie Couture! Allison helped me find and try on a number of AMAZING dresses! I absolutely LOVED the top of one dress and the bottom of a different dress. My soon to be sister-in-law asked Allison if I could put the two pieces together. She said since it is all the same designer it would not be a problem. Allison and I custom made the dress of my dreams! I was over the moon!About a month later, I went on their website and there was my exact dress in their new collection! I was in shock! It is beautiful. However, I was a little upset. I did not get any recognition of the design, nor was I notified that they had this new dress that may possibly be cheaper then my two dress pieces put together! I emailed them right away. I got a voicemail from Allison after stating. we didnt have that dress when you came in, or I would have definitely showed it to you. Well OBVIOUSLY you didnt have the dress yet, because I custom designed it! Then she says kinda cool though, you obviously inspired the designer!I have yet to call or email back about the issue. I absolutely love my dress and think that Allison is truly amazing! However, I would like to compare pricing and see if there is difference or if I am able to get some money back, etc.I will see how the situation is handled from here on and post a future review! :)

I was looking for the perfect, unique dress for my Fairytale Wedding at The Biltmore Estates. I went to all the bridal shops in Atlanta and just could not find that IT dress. My best friend emailed me a flyer from Winnies on their 20% off Easter Sale Weekend so I figured I would check them out. I love the ambiance and the decor of this beautiful boutique that makes you feel like a princess when you first walk into the door. My bridal stylist Jessica greeted us at the door w/ bubbly champagne to start our search for this amazing dress I was looking for. Jessica pulled 3 dresses out and this 1 particular dress stood out the most but there was just something missing. Jessica informed I can customize this dress just like the way I wanted and surely we made it work! No trip to Kleinfield was needed cause I literally fell in love with my wedding dress. I wore my dress for my ceremony and reception and nobody could not tell it was the same dress. The straps I added was detachable and I added a beautiful rhinestone wedding belt for the reception. The hospitality of these team of stylists especially my bridal stylist Jessica was the best! Thanks Winnie Couture for making me look like a princess on my wedding day. My experience was unforgettable.

I went wedding gown shopping in Atlanta. Prior to coming to Winnie Couture, I had a horrible experience. At my last planned wedding gown stop of the day, I experienced such horrible customer service that I left in tears. Due to this, one of my bridesmaids searched for another store in the area. Winnie Couture is the store she found and contacted. Caitlin was the consultant that answered her phone call. Caitlin spoke with my bridesmaid and myself and told us to come straight there. The store and gowns were absolutely beautiful and the experience was even better. Caitlin and the staff made the terrible ending of the day into the best ending possible. She helped me confirm what gown was the one for me.

Our wedding day was better than Id always dreamed! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful in my amazing wedding gown! We were married at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church. It was a full mass and our priest added some humor to the traditional ceremony to lighten the mood!

Absolutely an amazing experience at Winnie! We were met quickly, provided champagne, and my group was able to pull multiple dresses for me to try on. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Jasmyne was the most helpful and was so accommodating of a big group with lots of opinions. Although I tried on several dresses she was amazingly patient and you do not get that at most places. I cannot speak more highly of this place or of Jasmyne. Can’t wait to pick up my dream dress when it arrives in the next few months!

It doesnt get much better than this - I dont know quite where to begin. From the moment I stepped into this Winnie Couture gorgeous store (conveniently located in Buckhead on Peachtree), the experience of finding my wedding dress was a true delight.The store itself is gorgeous, with dresses hung by silhouettes (but not in a cluttered way, like in many other stores), accessories on the different display cases (truly gorgeous and classy ones, none of the tacky tiaras youll find in other stores), and four personal dressing rooms. The variety of dresses was impressive, and even more impressive was the level of taste and class.The woman helping us, Winer, is one of a kind. She truly knows her stuff, picking out gowns that I never in a million years would have tried on, but which I ended up really liking once I had on. She understood our budget and didnt try to push more expensive stuff on me, and seemed sincerely interested in helping my find a dress in which I would feel beautiful.As a comparison, I went to Bridal by Loris right after going to this store, and the quality of service didnt come close. Of course the dresses there were okay, price range is about the same. Also, the woman helping me didnt seem all that interested in making sure that I found a dress I loved, but rather just getting me in and out. With that said, I ran back to Winnie and made my purchase in tears.Im so happy that I found my dress at such an incredible place with such kind, caring people helping me. If that isnt service, I dont know what is.Go there, go there, go there.

I had been to four other bridal stores before I decided to come to Winnie Couture. I had made an appointment with Winnie but decided to cancel because I didnt know if it would be worth wasting the salesgirls time when my budget was $2,000 and under. Rickli advised me I wouldnt be wasting her time but I canceled the appointment anyways. I ended up not finding any dress that I liked in the other bridal shops so feeling tired and overwhelmed I called Winnie back up and explained my situation. I was able to come in right away and had Rickli help me out with finding the perfect dress. She had picked out four for me before I arrived and out of those 4 I chose the one I loved the most. All the girls were sweet and helpful and I appreciate that. Now I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can finally relax now. Great customer service and amazing gorgeous dresses you wont find in any other store! The best part is that my dress was within my budget and its the one!

Winnie Couture was the 2nd store that I visited for bridal gowns but I was not ready to buy yet. All that changed half way through my appointment, I instantly fell in love with the 4th dress I tried on that my consultant chose. It was absolutely gorgeous I knew it was the one. There was no pressure to buy but I had too, I knew that if I walked out without purchasing this gown I’d be disappointed. I couldn’t wait to pick up my gown and when I did it was even more beautiful than I remembered, it came in perfect fit me like a glove.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER; save yourself and visit Bridals by Lori instead:-incompetent staff who give misinformation on dresses available; was told off the rack and rush order dresses available for 20% upcharge only to then be told thats not the case-inconsiderate specialist wholl make you wait 45+mins only to never be seen; arrived 15 minutes early and 10 minutes into scheduled appointment told by staff that it would be 5 additional minutes. 30 minutes later asked if I could wait 5 more minutes. In expressing my displeasure at the gross delay in my appointment I requested if someone else could start with me only to be told no one else available, but I observed at least 3-4 other staff persons throughout the store who did not appear to be occupied with customers-My family and I left the store after waiting 45 minutes and I was able to make a last minute appointment at Bridals by Lori where I received the perfect service and found the perfect dress!!!!!When life hands you lemons make lemonade!!!!!!

Winnie Couture was heaven sent! I had a broken foot and was on crutches. After visiting four bridal salons, I was ready to stop looking until I could walk again. We were riding down Peachtree Road, and my mother saw the name Winnie—also the name of my deceased grandfather. Declaring that was a sign that “was meant to be”, she turned the car into the parking lot to see if it was open. It was December 26th, my last day in town,and I had no appointment. Alexa welcomed us like family. Within an hour, there were two dresses that we loved. I combined elements of both and now I have the most perfect dress….just how I dreamed it would look. Thank you, Winnie!

WINNIE is the place to be literally winning ! So my friend is getting married and because Im the on time friend I arrived first. and I was greeted with a smile by Chloe. and then directed to Erika. we had small chat and proceeded with the group once they arrived. Erika made my friend feel like an amazing bride. she cried and of course when they cry you know its THEE DRESS lol Erika really knows her stuff she knew what was good for her body type she knew what didnt look good but still gave options so the m,other of the bride could have a choice. the fact that Erika listen is whats most important she didnt over talk and she listened to all of our ideas. she was Fun but professional I love the fact that Erika was very personable Erika girl you were the bomb ! thank you for making my friend and my experience so amazing. I cant express enough how wonderful this place is! I was recommended by a co worker and decided to make an appointment. The first thing i noticed, as i walked in, was the beautiful decor. The chandeliers, the pink drapes, to the wall decor, made me feel like a princess. As we waited to be attended, the receptionist offered us wine, which was a plus for us.Shortly, Winer came around the corner and greeted us. She was fantastic. We had told her about a bad experienced at another bridal store and she did absolutely everything to make our experience incredible. I must say she absolutely did. All the staff where fantastic, professional, and understanding to my wants.They have a great selection of dresses, that are all incredibly beautiful, and range from different price ranges to fit a brides budget. The dress that i fell in love with was a strapless gown with a beaded top that ran all the way to the back. Breathtaking! I simply love love love my dress and my husband did as well! i received many compliments from friends and family and i cant stop looking at the pictures o my dress. I have four other friends that will be getting married soon and two that have already purchased dresses from Winnie. They all agree that this place is awesome. Thank you Winnie,Winer, and all the staff for helping me find the perfect dress and making my day magical.

I will say it again, I absolutely LOVED my dress, and only wish I could actually where it again. The beautiful back was my favorite party, and in it I felt beautiful, sexy and fashionable; honestly, I did not want to take it off at the end of the night.

There wasnt enough variety to choose from if you are skinny looking for more graceful, flowy and comfortable dresses but the service was really great. Most dresses here are typical mainstream tight in the body dresses.

My bridesmaids, mom, future in-laws, & I had planned a big weekend in Atlanta for wedding dress shopping. We made many appointments at major bridal boutiques in the area and began our journey early Saturday morning. However, our appointments were not what we had imagined - combing through all kinds of dresses and being herded around in hot, crowded stores & cramped dressing rooms - not to mention trying on your potential wedding dress with about 30 unwanted onlookers did not neccessarily make for the intimate, exciting experience Id dreamt about. Suddenly, I began to think that I may never have that moment so many had talked about and that maybe this was only something that happened to a few people - mainly on TV & in movies. Worn out and unimpressed, we found ourselves out of appointments and began to Google bridal stores in the area. Winnie Couture popped up on one of our searches so we called and they happened to have a cancellation late that afternoon! We took that as our first sign and all hopped into the car and headed over to give this wedding dress shopping thing one more try for today. Little did I know, I was about to walk into the PERFECT place to find my wedding dress.

Well, my wedding finally took place a couple of weeks ago on April 25th. I have to tell you, I received so many compliments on my dress. But no one loved it more than me! I got married at Callenwolde Fine Arts Center, its a 1930s Tudor style mansion; so, the elegance and drama of the wedding gown accented the venue perfectly. From the champagne to the personal and professional service, I had such a wonderful experience working with Jessica and all of the other Winnie Couture Associates. I also had a wonderful experience working with TK Alterations; so, thank you for the recommendation! Great styles, great people, lovely place to shop!
