Rodica is not only beyond talented but she’s one of the most kind and genuine people you’ll meet which can be quite rare these days. My sister who just tied the know initially went to an alteration place where her train was cut off for no reason nor was it a request. Rodica worked her magic and was able to add a train that was beautiful and so easy to take off instead of the complicated bustle you often see. Without a doubt, Rodica saved the day and made my sister the happiest (of course I’m biased but I still believe it) AND the most beautiful bride ever!

Great experience with Rodica! From our first discussion on the phone I was comfortable with her — she walked me through the typical alterations process and what to expect and sent me a text with the address to use for GPS (since she said some people have gotten lost before if it’s not typed in exactly right). I shared with her that there was something about my dress that made me not 100% in love with it and thought it might be the cap sleeves because they weren’t super flattering for my larger arms and felt a little dated. She agreed and said she could alter the dress to make it sleeveless! In addition to the sleeves, she took a significant amount of length off of my dress (I’m 5’2”), took it in in many areas, and sewed in some extra chest support since I could not wear a bra with the dress and would be hiking 5+ miles in it for my adventure elopement. Lastly, she added buttons and loops to make it easy for my husband-to-be to bustle the dress (no bridesmaids for our elopement). It took three visits to get everything perfect — I took my dress home on the third visit. Everything happened on schedule, as expected, and with a very competitive price tag! Thank you Rodica for helping make our big day so special — the dress was perfect for our adventure elopement once you did your magic to it!

Working with Rodica was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding. She took my mothers dress from 1987 and updated it to be more modern and fit me to a t. She used my mom’s veil to create sleeves and put my stepmoms veil into a comb. She is incredible - so gracious and welcoming. I’d recommend her to anyone! She made me feel the most beautiful on my wedding day!

You will not regret going to Rodica for your alterations- she did an absolutely amazing job and was such a sweet person to work with. I was nervous about my alterations because I bought a two piece dress that needed to be sewn together and taken in/shortened. She responded to my appointment request immediately and made me feel much more at ease. The two appointments I had were so quick and I have no idea how she does it, but she took a few measurements and transformed my dress into a perfect fit. She really knows what she is doing and I couldnt imagine putting it in the hands of anyone else. On the wedding day, it was exactly what I had envisioned when I first tried on the dress at the store. Even if the bridal shop has other recommendations, I would not pass up an alterations experience here.

I recently moved to Atlanta and went to Rodica based on these Google reviews, and I lucked out and made the best decision. Shes a true professional. I purchased my dress online due to the pandemic and timing of getting a dress in and Rodica was able to make the dress fit my body perfectly, put in boning to help the structure, and secure the off the shoulder look without compromising the style at all. Absolutely wonderful. Her stitching is impeccable and the dress looks like its made for me. Would recommend her to anyone I met & happy to sing her praises in this review.
