I drove an hour to this shop to meet the bride and another bridesmaid to try on bridesmaid dresses. Because the wedding date is 5 months away, we were told we had very few options. Never fear - we spent a couple of hours in the shop and found dresses we loved that we were told would be ready to ship in the brides chosen color. We spent so much time making sure the dresses/colors we tried on were available - asking questions to the associates just to be sure as we went along. They kept reassuring us we had chosen dresses that worked. After all that, the designer doesnt even offer the styles we chose in the color the bride chose. So now we have to start over at another shop. Very frustrating experience all around.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the ladies at Bella ATL! I selected and ordered my bridesmaids dresses during the peak of Covid shutdown. The owner and associates at Bella ATL were SO incredibly accommodating, coordinating virtual try ons to help me choose the style and fabric, and offering virtual measurements to help my maids order the correct size dresses. They kept us up to date throughout the order and fulfillment process. And omg the dresses 🤩🤩🤩 were perfect. Beautiful and exactly what I wanted!! We love the Bella ATL team!!

I loved my experience at Bella Bridesmaids Atlanta. My stylist listened to me when I explained what I was looking for for my 16 bridesmaids (all very different shapes and sized humans, 2 were pregnant), and she helped me pick out THE PERFECT DRESS. All of my bridesmaids were BEAUTIFUL and everyone loved the way their dress fit. It was so nice to go in, have help finding the right dress, and then having Bella Bridesmaids handle the rest. My girls live all over the country and they were able to get their dresses shipped to their homes so that they could have them altered before my big day. All in all, I wouldn’t change a thing. My best friend is getting married this fall, and we will all be going back to Bella for her dresses too. Can’t wait. #bellabrideforlife

The ladies at the Atlanta Bella Bridesmaids are the BEST!!! They are so helpful and definitely know what they’re talking about with sizing / fabrics / colors, etc. Since these girls also work as wedding planners and in the wedding industry, they truly have your best interest in mind and know all the latest trends when it comes to all things weddings.The owner, Britain and her two employees Nicole and Lauren have been so pleasant to work with. Bella Bridesmaids is amazing! The staff did such a good job to help me decide which dress I wanted to use for my wedding in October! They are seriously so good at jobs and so knowledgeable. They did a great job accommodating for all my girls of multiple sizes, who live all over the US. The whole process was so smooth and easy. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Ive had a fantastic experience working with Bella Bridesmaid. I visited ~4 bridesmaid shops before them and they were the only ones to instantly pull dresses I loved based on my initial description. Theyve been attentive to all of my Atlanta bridesmaids, including my girls who are plus-sized and my (very petite) sister with special-needs. Ive been especially impressed with their response time after visiting, including fixing my girls ordering and shipping errors almost immediately after contacting! I also have women coming from LA, Columbia SC, Dallas, DC, and Hartfort and all were able to go in to their local Bella to get measured and try on the dress. Couldnt have asked for anything better!

First I’d like to say no bride or anyone looking for professional dresses should stop here. The manager Brittain is completely unprofessional. My wedding is this upcoming September four of my bridesmaids reside here in Georgia however my wedding will be in another state. Two of my bridesmaids complained about not being able to get through to the store over the phone to make make a payment so that their dresses could be ordered this was months ago. Needless to say we finally got through and our dresses were ordered. Last week I decided to contact the store since it had been over the date I was told the dresses would be in and low and behold two of the dresses were there. Brittain proceeded to tel me that we have a small problem. What she considered a small problem was not so small. After one of my bridesmaids called in for assistance with ordering her dress Brittan agreed to assist her over the phone and she would put the order in “fine” well Brittain ordered the Wrong dress. And her response was idk how I did that since your bridesmaid even went as far as sending me a pic of the dress. When I asked what could be done because we needed the dress she said well I called the warehouse and the soonest I can get the dress would be the first week of August however we would be willing to pay for any alterations. That was her screw up not ours so why not put whatever you think the alterations would cost towards getting the dress back sooner?? She said that’s the best I can do smh.. To top everything off the three other dresses came in bags not on hangers or anything basically thrown in a bag.. how do you treat customers like that who spent over $200 for each dress? Brittain should not be the manager because she’s unprofessional and has poor customer service.. Way to ruin someone’s wedding experience Brittain SHAME ON YOU. My advice don’t shop at Bellabridesmaid in Atlanta..

I recently got a dress from Bella Bridesmaids that I ordered in January. Unfortunately,I was ordered the wrong size. The owner Britain did everything she can to fix the issue. This store was a godsend! I have bridesmaids from all over the country and picked this store on purpose to allow the girls to try on in their local stores. From day 1, Britain (the owner) and her team have been so accommodating. Im a Covid bride, so we started our initial search almost a year ago, and then we had to redo it in the last 2 months. Lets just say theyve seen us a lot! They took care of all of my girls, including my out of town girls. My Maid of Honor lives in Houston, but they didnt carry of of the designers I chose. Britain actually shipped the samples from the Atlanta store to Houston to allow my friend to try them on in person. I cannot say nicer things about her and her team. They made the order process easy and are always very responsive. Thank you Bella Atlanta!

I’m the MoH for a wedding this winter and I insisted our BtB come into Bella ATL because I had the best experience here. They literally have thousands of dresses but it’s not overwhelming at all because the personal stylist helps you pick out exactly what you want for your wedding to be perfect. We found the most perfect, very unique long, blush dresses. It’s the kind of dress you can wear over and over again, not just a regular bridesmaids dress. And our BtB let us pick our own styles (all different necklines) because some of us didn’t want to show our arms. I can’t wait to get this dress!

The team there helped me pick between a big selection of dresses, narrow down colors, and they made it incredibly easy for my bridesmaids from all across the country - and one overseas! - to order. They kept everything organized & stress-free which is exactly what you need while planning a wedding. I had the BEST experience at Bellabridesmaid in Atlanta, Georgia!! I brought 2 of my bridesmaids with me and as soon as we walked in we felt welcome! We worked with Lauren and she was the sweetest ever (and had the cutest outfit on)!! She was very patient with us and I did not feel rushed at all, like some places make you feel! She kept encouraging me to have my girls try back on the one I was loving so that I could compare it to a new one they tried on!!! I ended up finding the perfect dress that I have been looking for for my bridesmaids! And they offer every dress in almost every color possible so that was my favorite thing, unlimited options!! Even though one of my girls lives in New York and one lives in Nashville, they are still making this process so easy for us all! I had such a positive experience working with this shop, and need to brag on them a little bit!! When I ordered my bridesmaids’ dresses back in the fall of last year, the process went super smoothly - they let me come in as the bride and try out dresses, and even helped me find a brand new color that was not yet in stock. They also let me come in and see the new color as soon as it was available. They were extremely responsive and helpful via email and text throughout the process.Then, fast forward to this year when I’ve had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID. Less than 4 weeks away from my new wedding date, I found out that one of my bridesmaids was dropping out of the ceremony, so I needed a new stand-in bridesmaid and a new dress. Love Bella Bridesmaids! I went to a few other places before coming here and none of them could beat the selection, the quality, and the amazing service I had here. If you want the best experience to go along with your dream dress, definitely put this place on your list!

Buyer BEWARE! Do NOT go to this establishment. Once you order and receive the dress, they do not stand behind their own work/recommendations. We ordered a dress for my granddaughter based on the recommendation from the owner of what Jr. Bridesmaid dress would complement the bridesmaid dresses. The owner took the measurements and advised us what size we needed to order and also added extra length (5) for an additional charge. When all is said and done, the dress is at a minimum one size to large, it has a chest area that an 8 year old would NOT have, and the length is 13 inches to long (this is including the 5 they added for an additional cost!) and that is with a heeled shoe. The necessary alterations will require redoing the ENTIRE dress - straps are extremely to long, the chest area will have to be taken out, the sides taken up and the back zipper taken out to make the proper adjustments. There is NO satisfaction after the sale. The owner would not even come out to discuss this issue with the bride, she stood in the back and had the employee run back and forth when my daughter could hear the entire conversation. We had pictures of the granddaughter in the dress to show just how large this dress is.... When I called and spoke with the owner there was no satisfaction and then I received the thank you for your call I can not stress enough - BUYER BEWARE!

I came to Bella Bridesmaids for a bridesmaid dress fitting for an out-of-state wedding. I called to schedule an appointment and left a message. My call was promptly returned and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day! When I arrived with my mom, we were greeted by the shop’s owner, Brittain, who was incredibly sweet. She remembered the details of our conversation from the day prior and directed me to the style of dresses and started a fitting room for me of anything that caught my eye. She helped me through the fitting process, helped with the pinning of the different styles for the best fit, and provided me with a sheet of my measurements once I selected my favorite dress. I received very personalized assistance and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bridal or bridesmaid gowns!

Brides, I hope you take a second and read through the reviews before choosing this Bellas location for your bridesmaids. My friends and I had such a horrible experience dealing with Mandy and her staff. It isnt a coincidence that most reviews are poor and have similar stories. Mandy is more concerned with making profit then costumer satisfaction. A sizing error (due to a incorrect sizing chart) almost left me frantically trying to find new dresses for ALL my bridesmaids the week of my wedding. There was much arguing back and forth with Mandy and her staff with no solution on their end other then tough luck. They even went to the extent to stop answering our calls. We finally got them to agree to send extra fabric (which came with an invoice, however we did not pay for that). Luckily for another bridal shop (House of Brides, Augusta, GA) and a couple really good seamstress the problem was fixed. Unfortunately my girls were forced to pay large alteration bills on top of an already pricey dress. Bellas Atlanta takes no responsibility for their negligence. I really hope that leaving this review saves others from going through the same experience as my friends and I.

I have never given a poor review of a company in my life. In fact my experience was in early January and each time I drive by Bella bridesmaid in Atlanta I think about my experience at the store.My daughters and I stoppped in the store to look at a bridesmaid dress. My daughter was asked to be in a wedding and only had a week to make a decision on the dress. She is from out of town.Upon walking in the door the sales person said do you have an appointment. Not hello or can I help you. We said no we simply wanted to look at the styles of the dresses. The sales person said you need an appointment. There is no sign on the door that says by appointment only. There were two women (I believe mother and daughter) sitting on a couch.I said I didn’t realize we needed an appointment and that my daughter would make one in the Charlotte store where she lives but could we just look at the dresses for a few minutes. As the sales person walked to the back of the store she said yes you can look but don’t remove them for the rack. She said that wouldn’t be fair to the other people. The only people in the store were sitting on a couch not looking at dresses.We decided to just leave the store. My daughter ordered her dress from the Charlotte store. My other daughter that was also with us has been in many weddings where she purchased dresses from Bella in Philadelphia Charlotte and Kansas City. Never was she treated like this.I suggest you put a sign on the door that says by appointment only or keep the door locked. Maybe the salesperson was just having a bad day. One can only hope.

I am in a wedding that used Bella Bridesmaid. I was not involved in the selection process so I cannot speak to the customer service overall. For some reason, the measurements for bridesmaid dresses from the manufacturers are always so wrong. I came to the store to try a sample to get a better feel and get “fitted” for the wedding I was in. I tried on the Jenny Yoo dress in my normal size and it fit perfectly. The associate then measured me and told me I needed to order 2 or 3 sizes larger. I was confused because the sample fit perfectly. She gave me some canned response about the samples stretching and continued to pressure me into the larger dress. In my experience, clothes can stretch but not 2-3 sizes. I’m pretty stubborn and insisted I order the sample size I tried on. She made me sign a form that I had rejected their sizing recommendation. I received my dress and it fits perfectly, just like the sample. If I had listened to the associate, I would be looking at another couple hundred dollars in alterations. The sales associate was nice and the sizing did come direct from the manufacturer. I just wish they didn’t push that size chart so hard, especially when there are samples to try on. If you run into a similar situation I would also recommend asking if they have a less worn dress in a similar style to see if the sample is really stretched out of if it’s just a CYA measure. In the wedding industry I would just say go with your gut and buyer beware.

Bella Bridesmaids was very easy to work with! I purchased my Jenny Yoo bridesmaid dresses last spring for my wedding at their shop. They pulled the different dress styles ahead of time and were accommodating. I purchased the dresses for some of my bridesmaids who live out of the country and they made the process simple!!!

They have a great selection of dresses, but the experience really depends on the consultant helping you. The first time I went, we worked with an awesome consultant. The bride wasnt decided on colors or styles, but our consultant was very helpful - she made great suggestions, and we ended up going with mismatched dresses that looked great! No issues with sizing either - everybodys dresses fit perfectly. The second time I went, we had a terrible consultant who seemed bothered to be helping us. The bride wanted short dresses, but most of the sample gowns are floor-length, so she asked simple questions - like where the dress would fall if we ordered the short style, would we be able to find pictures online, etc. Its a tough decision to order bridesmaids dresses without being able to see them in person! Our consultant seemed annoyed to be answering questions, so we ended up going somewhere else.

After many attempts to resolve the issue with my bridesmaids dress size being tooooo large, within the 14 day policy! I have gotten no where just being left with I will see if another store has a smaller size in stock is all ( Britten) can do at this point.. people be aware that the representatives at many of the bella’s They May give you inaccurate measurements upon fittings, my girls were suggested/ told to move up a size due to the designer chart, when their measurements stated otherwise, now out of 11 girls only 2 girls dress fit appropriately! This is horrible with no accountability for their faults with sizes.Mind you we went to the following locations in Houston Tx, Lafayette la and Atlanta 😒😭😭 word to the wise don’t move up a size they recommend if you don’t actually try on that size in the dress selected!!!!!!!Hurtful for a bride to be!

If youre not a bride, it is extremely difficult to work with this franchise. Brides are told that their bridesmaids can have a complimentary fitting at any location nationwide. This location will only accommodate bridesmaids during the week, when they are open from 10-6. Difficult if not impossible for anyone who works in an office environment.

When your consultant starts trying on dresses for HERSELF midway through your appointment, you know its time to find somewhere else to spend your money. I was also encouraged to order two sizes up from the dress I ended up buying from another store. This suggestion was solely based on their measurement charts. The sample I tried on in the store was a little big and they suggested I go up a size when in reality I needed to go down. I would have spent so much extra money on alterations had I listened to their advice. I also unfortunately used Bella for my own bridesmaids dresses a year ago and I remember our consultant disappearing during our appointment and everyone having to get their dresses taken in a few inches. Seems like they are consistent with both of these issues. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Staff was very nice and helpful! It was a small shop so it wasnt overbearing / overwhelming. They helped really narrow the field. answer questions about material/fabric/colors and gave us suggestions.

I purchased a bridesmaids dress from Bella Bridesmaids, and was informed I could not try on the dress when I got to the store. I took the dress to a nearby tailors to try on, and I found out that the dress was constructed entirely differently than the dress I had tried on in the store. The top of one side of the dress was at least 2 inches higher than the other, and as a result the dress choked me when I put it on. I was forced to pay expensive alteration fees, and when I contacted Bella to be refunded, they refused to pay. Extremely poor customer service, and the dress was incredibly cheaply made.

Walked in and asked if I needed an appointment and was told no. When I was pulling up the details of the dress the women acted as if I was a burden on their day and didnt have time to help me. Told me to call and make an appointment. One of the women opened the door for me and handed me a business card. In 14 years of experience you would think they wouldve gained some patience. Do not go in here without an appointment and have immediate knowledge of dress style and color... So disrespectful.

This store was absolutely disgusting. Upon walking in, I immediately noticed that each designers section was denoted by a piece of white printer paper with the designers last name, folded in half, and taped to the wall. Not a good first impression when Im about to spend $300 at that store.The sales girl was awful. I told her I wanted to try on some of the bridesmaids dresses that the bride had picked for us to choose from. When I told her I wasnt sure what the names were and could she pull the brides personal Bellas website up (the bride registers on the Bellas website and you can see the exact dresses and colors)? She goes well I can.... but it will take a minute. (.......what even is your job, but okay.) So trying not to trouble the sales girl, I struggled for a few minutes to pull it up on my phone. Finally, frustrated, I asked her to pull it up, and what a waste, she quickly clicked through the pictures before I could indicate the ones I wanted to see. They also didnt have 2 of the 4 color options I needed to choose from (not even swatches).***Quick tip salesgirl - pull all the dresses I was allowed to choose from, and if the sample isnt one of the brides chosen colors, find another dress with the same color or have color swatches from the designer available.(Sidenote - I was also told that the same color looks different in chiffon or in tulle. Understandable, but that means nothing to me if I cant see it)I first tried on a convertible dress and asked the sales girl about the different styles and options, and also asked her how it worked (would I need to pick an option and have it altered to the one I liked or did the dress have a way of securing any style it offered?). The sales girl straight up told me oh, I literally have no idea (throws her hands up in the air). It comes with directions and, like, it has things in the back or something.The sample dresses are soooooooooo disgusting. Awful. In laughable condition. Dirty. Ripped. Zippers broken. Buttons ripped off. Slips arent attached to the dress (but should be and are literally part of the dress but have been ripped off). Broken straps held together by the hanger ribbons. The sales girl repeatedly told me that the dresses were SO stretched out, and she suggested I get a size 12 even though the sample dress I was trying on was a size 8 and very loose. What is the point of trying on dresses that cant button, zip, are missing the slips, and are too worn out to even be considered an example of what the real dress is like?Also (and this is just icing on the cake, and yes, maybe petty), the dressing room curtains are basically just regular curtains strung through a metal rod. Normal enough! Except the holes in the curtain that the rod go through used to have metal rings lining each hole. The metal rings were missing in 3 of the holes, so it was just frayed, dirty fabric strung on a rod. And the curtains didnt close all the way. When youre dropping $250+++ on a dress, they can at least go to Walmart and get some new curtains.I would give this place zero stars if possible. Unprofessional, incompetent, dirty, rude.Save your time. Go to Nordstrom.

What an amazing experience! I first used Bella Bridesmaids to purchase my daughters first communion dress. Mandi, the owner, really went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special like a princess trying on the gorgeous selection of flower girl dresses. She even had a cute goodie bag! The dress arrived quickly and was so beautiful! Mandi also kept track of all the other girls dresses so no-one showed up in the same dress.It was such a wonderful experience that I used the shop to purchase 2 additional dresses for myself to wear to summer weddings this year. She was able to guide me toward the best fitting dress for my body style as well as the boho chic look I wanted. The dresses in the shop are beautiful and contemporary and the designers include many exclusives you can only find in a speciality shop.I would highly recommend to anyone who needs either bridesmaids or special occasions dresses!!

Wish I could give this store ZERO stars. The staff here is extremely rude and standoffish...namely the blonde hair manager. I think her name is Mandy (how does she still have a job here?). These ladies arent saving the world, but sure do think they are mighty important. Make an appointment as suggested (very difficult to do since they never answer the phone) or pop in without making an appointment simply to see and touch the Brides pre-selected dresses before spending over $300 on it (did not need the one-on-one help of the oh so busy staff), Ive been treated with little respect both ways. The store is starting to look tired and the dress samples beat up. Go elsewhere since youll be asking your bridesmaids to spend a significant amount of money when buying a dress from here. At least youll know they will be treated with respect practically anywhere else in Atlanta. Yes, they do have lots of choices and styles, but so do other stores. Atlanta is a huge city with many options so dont waste your time at this shop unless its a last resort.

NEVER AGAIN!!!Word of advice: If you insist on taking the risk of doing business here...DONT WORK WITH MANDY!!! Shes rude, not the least bit customer service friendly, and has no idea what it means when retailers use the term The customer is always right. They are only friendly with you PRIOR to making the sale...after that, pray everything was done correctly because if not...youll be getting the We dont give a S**T attitude. She has singlehandedly ruined the reputation of that store and Ive made that very clear to my office staff seeing as how two of them are looking for dresses. IfI were not afraid of jail time or stooping to her level of ignorance, I wouldve been in the store by now to address her personally. Instead Im going to take this dress I paid for and advocate on every website and to everyone I know to stay away from this establishment. When Im not valued or respected as a consumer, I refuse to allow anyone I know to waste their money there.Our entire bridal party was overcharged for the dresses (which I understand mistakes happen); HOWEVER...on top of being overchagred, I was given an incorrect timeline of the ordering process and the date my card would be charged. I was surprised to see the funds taken out ten days prior to what I was told (which also contradicted the contract we signed). Its been about a week since they were made aware and I have yet to get an email or phone call in response. I left a mesage for the book keeper two days ago and still nothing. I finally called back today and was simply told the book keeper wasnt in on Tuesday when I called. Why give me a return call time frame when clearly shes not there???? They contacted the bride last week but its MY credit card so I wouldve liked a call. At this point, it would have been nice if they could have comped us for the inconvenience. Some of us budget our finances quite well and when charges are not taken when they are supposed to be or we are given incorrect information, theres a potential of financial damages to our accounts, which Im sure the store wouldnt accomodate. I also later found all of our dresses on the website a previous person left in her comment below for less (including the additional length charges).The store has a decent selection of dresses and they were pretty pleasant to work with during the initial visit but Im losing confidence in the ordering process and have nightmares of an illfitted overly priced dress that will cost loads of cash to fix. The measurements they gave me put me in a size 16 dress and im normally a 10...so im pretty sure something is not right. Im just gping to keep my fingers crossed and keep a fairly priced seamtress/dress maker on standby.

They never answer the phone

They are difficult to work with if you have an office job! Their hours are inconvenient and you haev to book appointments way ahead for a fitting.

Horrible service, not accommodating, complain about working with wedding coordinators instead of the bride, very impersonal and too busy to help you.
