Really Really Really enjoyed my experience wedding dress shopping at Suite Bridal. From the initial phone call to walking out of the store, everyone was exceptional. Suite Bridal is a small shop but has a massive selection of very reasonably priced dresses. Carly was my consultant and she was great and open to any idea I had. I found a drop dead gorgeous gown and it was only $950. The prices and selection were the best part. Also the entire staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. My best friend had an appointment to try on dresses with Raven. She had a strategic technique to help pinpoint the perfect dress. She listened to the brides likes and dislikes and took that into consideration with each dress that she pulled for her to try on. Our only critique is that the start of our appointment was not very informative in terms of what to expect before getting started. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience, Raven even gave us amazing recommendations for a bridal veil.

Out of all the bridal shops I went to, this one was by far the best experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a Disney princess. Their selection of dresses is absolutely amazing! They had some of the most beautiful and unique dresses I’ve seen. Although I did not get my dress at Suite Bridal, I nearly did! It was an amazing experience throughout. I am not the most confident bride, but Carly made me feel comfortable in my own skin. The whole staff was SO delightful, I truly loved them all. And the shop was huge with what felt like an endless selection of stunning gowns. The set up of trying dresses on was so comfortable too. There is literally nothing anything bad to say about this place. I would take everyone I know to look for a wedding dress here if they lived nearby. Going to Suite Bridal was such an amazing experience. We had the chance to meet Carli and she was all I could dream of in a stylist. It was as if we had the place to ourselves. She explained the process and the types of dresses on the floor. We tried on everything that I wanted and she even picked out a few that complimented my body type and style! Carli was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and was the best cheerleader to have during this process. All I can say is wow! I love this place. It has a very relax atmosphere and beautiful dresses. Carissa was my bridal consultant who couldn’t have done a better job in helping me find my dream dress. She actually suggested a certain style of dress I was unsure of but it ended up being perfect for my body and style. I also had help from Sara who was very pleasant and gave the finishing touches for my finally look which ended up in me saying...Yes to the dress!

First, I would like to say that Elle was an amazing helper and saleswoman! I came in as a last minute appointment after an unsuccessful trip to Davids Bridal, and the moment I walked in I had a feeling that I would find my dress there. The place has a boutique vibe with something for everyone, especially a nontraditional bride like myself. I knew what I was looking for and she worked with my pace to get in and out of dresses that I didnt like. Surprisingly, she suggested a dress that was a little different than I originally planned but it had all my major boxes checked and it was PERFECT. Rachelle is the sweetest at Suite Bridal! All the girls were so helpful there. I was in town for a convention and happened to check out this boutique before flying out. Got my dress here when I was visiting my mom in GA (I live in WA). As a gay woman from a liberal city, I was initially concerned about going wedding dress shopping in GA. But imagine my surprise when I got to my appointment and got paired with another queer woman (Elle) who helped me pick out my dress! We had been to a few other shops before in Atlanta, and nowhere else did I feel so welcome. Furthermore, their dress selection was a tier above anywhere else we had been, with great deals for off the rack dresses. Elle was honest & quick to point out when there was a hole in my favorite dress (which I got anyways) & was so knowledgeable about all the dresses in the shop! I was the only one in the shop during my appointment, which I had made the day of because another bridal shop wasnt open for my appointment (frankly, outrageous)! Shopping here was a fantastic experience all around and Im very happy with my dress.

I recently bought my daughters wedding dress from this shop. The staff was super sweet, and the attention the consultant gave her was top notch. Five stars for that part of the experience! However, we chose this place based on the fact they had the one dress my daughter really loved. Of course, we didnt expect it to be in stock, so she tried on the larger size and then was measured for a special order. It was to arrive by the end of three and a half months. Suite Bridal does not have alterations on site, so it is not a complete, out-the-door experience. Therefore, we made an appointment elsewhere for alterations based on the expected delivery of the dress. When it did not arrive at the appointed time, we had to follow up ourselves about it. I understand that a delay at the manufacturer is not the fault of the dress shop, but communication could have been better. When the dress finally arrived, a couple of weeks later, the bodice was HUGE. Alterations were a nightmare. My daughter says that she was measured, but then it was suggested she order a size up, because they never order dresses that small. Also, the spaghetti straps were much too short and had to be completely replaced. We could have literally bought something off the rack somewhere with all the alterations we had to do. Sending it back was not an option, because of the time frame. My suggestion is to give yourself plenty of time for orders to come in and then be fixed if they are not right; Im disappointed we were not able to trust the expertise of the shop on the sizing of the dress.

I visited the shop this past Friday. This is the first bridal shop I had ever been shopping in and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The shop was very organized and and pretty straight forward when youre shopping for a dress by style. The girl helping me let me browse through and pick out the dresses I wanted to try on as well as suggested dresses I might like. I wish I could remember the girl that helped me because she was very attentive and seemed genuinely happy to help me. They had a decent variety in small & larger sizes. I had spent my entire weekend looking for my wedding dress and although I didnt find it here, this was the best experience I had. Go here, you wont be disappointed.

Suite Bridal was recommended by several friends and I love visiting the Virginia Highlands neighborhood. So, we got brunch next door at Atkins Park and strolled a couples doors down for dress shopping! Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time. I met my mom and sister in Atlanta a couple weeks ago to find a wedding dress. I made an appointment with Suite Bridal for Friday afternoon. I as the only bride there Friday so we had the place to ourselves. The shop itself is beautiful and they had an amazing selection of dresses. I was so worried about finding a dress that I would receive in a short time period, in my size, and at my budget, but my consultant, Victoria, was so helpful and knowledgeable that none of those things were a concern. Victoria has the most fun personality and seemed genuinely interested and invested in helping me find my dress and making the experience enjoyable. If the other consultants at Suite Bridal are half as good as Victoria you cant go wrong with anyone there (Courtney was also there Friday and was just as helpful and great as Victoria!). I fell in love with the first dress I tried on (and ultimately bought it!), but wanted to keep the appointments at other stores, just in case I found something better. I went to a chain store and two warehouse type stores. None of them hold a candle to the selection, price, quality, and experience at Suite Bridal. I would recommend making Suite Bridal your first and only stop for wedding dress shopping, even if it means driving (or flying) a couple hours like we did! I cant say enough about how great the experience was with Victoria and Suite Bridal!

I had the BEST experience at Suite Bridal. Sara and Maddie were such a treat. They were welcoming, helpful, and I never once felt pressured. They paid attention to my needs and Maddie was the one who ended up picking my dress based on what she was seeing that I liked and didn’t like. I found a dress but I’m a processor so they encouraged me to go get a bite to eat, think about it, and come back later. That’s exactly what I did and I felt so much better about it after stepping away for a couple hours! I came back and they let me try on the dress again and I officially said yes! The owner was so nice and helpful, and wanted to help me get exactly what I wanted for the lowest price possible. I wasnt finding exactly what I was looking for and I told her I wanted to try out Suite, and she called ahead to get them set up with what I was looking for. Everyone at Suite was so supportive and respectful. They gave me the perfect balance of privacy and help when trying on dresses (unlike other bridal stores I went to). They were extremely patient with me and did everything they could to give me a picture of what my actual dress would look like. They worked with me for customizations for a more modest dress, so if you are looking for that you should definitely try Suite. Cant wait to see my dress in person!

I said yes to the dress! It was a JOURNEY that lead me to 3 different cities and 8 stores. The way dresses are sized brought up a lot of body image issues, and it was hard to find something I could try on in a silhouette that I wanted... Im 510 and a size 16 with wide hips. After visiting my first bridal store ever just outside of Atlanta and being pretty disappointed, I drove by Suite and decided to just see if they had any potential openings or if I could just even browse some dresses because the first store wouldnt let me look at dresses (they just pulled some for me) so I called Suite and they were SO nice and SO accommodating and even though they didnt have any openings on a busy Saturday (as expected) they fit me in the next day and even let me walk in and browse dresses that day if I wanted which I did! And I am so glad I walked in, they were just as sweet in person as on the phone and made me feel so welcomed and even just being able to walk around and look at gowns made me feel so much better than I did that morning. I ended up having an appointment elsewhere the morning before my appointment at Suite and found the dress of my dreams but I had to share how amazing Suite was to me. I am sure I would have found a dress there as well!

Suite Bridal is amazing!This was the first place i visited for my wedding dress journey, and I ended up buying one of the 7-8 dresses I tried on.Rachelle worked with my mom, sister and me and she was just AMAZING! She exuded positive energy. We picked out so many dresses and she didnt complain once, which was nice. Whenever I asked her for her opinion on a dress, she gave her HONEST answer, which I really appreciated. In my opinion, Suite Bridal cares more about being personable and building a genuine relationship with their customers, instead of being like other sales advisors and pressuring you to buy one of their dresses. The experience here was great, and I would recommend this place to any one of my friends!!I love that this is also a local boutique and not a mega franchise. They have GREAT selections, if youre on the market for a dress, go and check this place out! You wont regret it!!

I cannot say enough great things about Sarah! She was funny and sweet and knew exactly what to do - which seems like a given, but I worked with a few girls during this experience and for some, it is not. I also loved how the store was organized - with all styles separated, information on each dress and the price! It was great to know what you were getting yourself into before you even tried on the dress. My final decision came as a total shock and something I didnt even want to try on at first, but Sarah pushed me to do it and that dress ended up being the ONE! I said YES! The most beautiful dresses Ive ever seen! I had been dress shopping 3 times before, but this place was exactly was I was looking for. Each dress I tried on I loved more than the one before. Carissa really listened and made the experience stress free, fun, and magical. Courtney and Carissa were both so sweet and accommodating! Totally recommend to any bride that wants to feel beautiful

What a wonderful shopping experience! My daughter and I were the only appointment and both of the young ladies helping us were down to earth, helpful, positive and made sure that we had all our questions answered! They took the time to explain the way the store was set up which was great! We could look though every dress. Each had a tag with the designer, price and a picture of the dress on a model. My daughter was given 5 or 6 clothes pins which she attached to the tags of her choices to try on. The ladies made me comfortable and helped in the dressing room!They truly listened to my daughters comments on each dress, offering suggestions, veils and hair pieces, and treated her with respect and her decision with excitement! I highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for the perfect dress for your wedding!

I just left Suite Bridal and I couldn’t be more happy! They were sweet and quick to find what I loved. They’re selection was wide and greatly priced! Rachelle was so helpful and sweet. They asked questions and made it so easy and relaxed! If I could shop again I’d go here!

Maddie and Azmeena were the absolute best for finding my wedding dress! They were so helpful, and once I found my dress, they let me stay in it for a few minutes longer because I just never wanted to take it off! They even went out of their way to go across the street and get my mom a sprite because she wasn’t feeling well! Seriously the best and very well priced! Go see them!

5 stars is not enough. I need 10! After many fails at other locations, Suite Bridal was like a breath of fresh air. And Azmeena was AMAZING! Seriously could not have asked for a better stylist. She made the experience incredible for my mom and I. There were so many options and she helped guide me in the right direction considering I had no idea what I wanted. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and loves her job! Definitely would recommend!

I didn’t end up finding my dress at Suite Bridal but had to write a review just because of the INCREDIBLE experience I had there! It was my first time trying on dresses and Courtney was an incredible consultant!! She made me feel so comfortable with my first dress experience and really understood the style and look I was going for. I had a great experience back in November with Suite bridal. It’s taken me a few months to get to this bc, you know....wedding planning needs all your brain cells. I believe it was Carissa who helped me and it was a breeze. She helped me out a lot and definitely envisioned the a certain type of dress for me and helped me pursue the best one. The price was very do-able. Especially getting the 10% off if you buy the dress the same day, which I did. I had 4 people with me - my mother, my future mother in-law, one of my best friends, and my twin. They usually don’t allow too many people, but they were very accommodating and everyone had a place to sit. I honestly didn’t think I would fine THE dress, but I did there. Thanks, again!

For several months I drove past Suite Bridal looking at the perfect dress in the window. Time and time again I told myself I would go in to check it out. After much debate I made my way into the shop with a dear friend.Upon walking up I noticed the dress was gone. I was in a slight panic, but held out hope THE dress would be there.The ladies welcomed used, asked us our names, and really made us feel comfortable window shopping. They asked if I was in search of something specific and I confessed I was looking for the dress in the window, that was no longer in the window. Heres the moment where I fell in love with the shop: she knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me all the details on the dress. From the moment the ladies lit up chatting about how gorgeous the dress was I never went to another shop.The intimate setup is perfect for someone like me who doesnt want a show while trying on dresses. The ladies gave their honest opinions about what worked best for me. They knew what complimented by shape, which I found amazing. When everyone else had an opinion on my style (trumpet, mermaid, etc.) the ladies ignored their chatter and focused on what I wanted, that beautiful dress in the window.The ladies are professional, kind, and very sincere. I enjoyed every single moment of the journey to find the perfect dress. I had such an amazing experience at Suite Bridal, and absolutely loved my consultant Victoria! You could really not ask for a better experience finding a wedding dress. I tried on a few dresses that I loved and asked Victoria to pick out one more dress, which ended up being the one I ultimately picked! Victoria does a great job at getting a sense of what the client wants in a dress and finding what meets that criteria. She will immediately feel like a new best friend, and make your wedding dress shopping experience the best! I cant recommend Suite Bridal enough! A great experience and a great staff.

I made an appointment to try on some dresses after being engaged for only a few weeks. This was my second stop for the day, and after a lackluster appointment elsewhere I wasnt very excited about the prospect of trying on dresses with more fake sales people that didnt care about me. Well, boy was I in for a surprise. I met Sydney and she was AMAZING!!!!!!! I can not say enough good things about her. She was enthusiastic, listened to my needs, understood my style and most importantly was genuine!! I love love love this shop and both Sydney and Sara were incredibly helpful. The best part, I found THE dress! MY dress! I will be going back with my mom so that she can see the dress and will purchase it at that time. I will leave another review after I do. Victoria helped me and was so personable! She makes you feel like you are shopping with one of your best friends not just a stranger. Going to Suite Bridal was my first time trying on wedding dresses and Victoria and Liana made it the best wedding dress fitting experience I could have hoped for! I have only positive things to say about Suite Bridal! I tried on dresses for the first time in November, and Carissa was so helpful! I came back again in March when I was really ready to purchase, and Azmeena found me so many stunning options! I ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere, but there were several dresses that I would have been proud to call mine at Suite Bridal. I was looking to buy an off the rack sample, so they were incredibly willing to work with my budget, and they never once made me feel pressured to make a rushed decision. I will definitely be sending friends and family here in the future!

My mom came in from out of town to help me find my wedding dress. After searching what seemed like everywhere for the perfect wedding dress, we were running out of time and my final appointment was at Suite Bridal. Due to an scheduling error (our fault not theirs--we wrote it on the calendar for the wrong day) we showed up and they didnt have us scheduled. Nevertheless, they took us right in and Lorraine herself helped us. She showed us around and told us how they had sample dresses off the rack as well as many newer dresses we could order. We picked out several to try on and Lorraine added to the collection. Then I went to try on the first one--a Mikaela v-neck ruched gown--and as soon as I stepped out of the dressing room, I knew this was it. I cried, my mom cried, we knew our search was over. It was the perfect dress. I cant imagine getting married in any other gown. Lorraine and her team were so incredibly helpful. They knew exactly how to pin the dress so I could envision the final product. They have INCREDIBLE prices. I walked out that day with the perfect dress, at the perfect price, in my hands with no wait or concern about ordering. I couldnt have asked for a more wonderful experience. And on my wedding day, when my now husband saw me for the first time, it was perfect.

Had the best experience with my sister in law and finding the perfect wedding dress. Our consultant was Victoria and she was the cutest. Very helpful, bubbly, knowledgeable and fun! She worked with us past our appointment time to make sure we found the right dress and answered all of our questions. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I tried on at lease 50 dresses of all styles before coming to Suite Bridal. I showed late to my appointment because of traffic, but Daesha was the BEST. She was so informative and helpful. She helped me pick out the silhouette then after that I found THE dress, and Im in love with it! She calmed my nerves and really was the best stylist. I have been recommending all my friends that just got engaged to go here! They have a fantastic selection and wonderful employees.

I attended an appointment to try on dresses with a newly engaged friend today. I was greeted at the door by the owner who without so much as saying hello, told me to watch where I rolled the wheels of my babies stroller. She then proceeded to tell me that she doubted there would be room for me and my baby back where my friend was trying on dresses. I have never felt so unwelcome at a place in my entire life. Her employee saw the situation and said of course there is room and ushered me back to where my friend was trying on dresses. Further into the appointment my friends mother and I found two dresses that the mother of the bride wished her daughter to try on. When asking the owner to pull the dresses for my friend to try on, she essentially refused and said that its the brides appointment and these dresses would not get in on time for her to even consider them. On questioning how long it would take for the dresses to come in, she raised her voice and yelled at me. I told her not to speak to me in such away and to lower her voice. My friend ended up purchasing a dress that day that was very much like one of the two dresses I asked the owner to pull. I am astounded that someone so lacking in the very basics of customer service is able to have a business at all. I am a business owner myself, and I always try to make my customers not only feel welcome, but listen to their requests and do my best to fulfill them as efficiently and as politely as possible. If youre looking to make the experience of dress shopping a special one, I would absolutely run from this store. The very spirit of the owner breeds contention, which should be the furthest thing from such a momentous and joyful day.

I found my dress within the hour of my appointment and this was my first time trying on dresses. I came here with my best friend when she got married and was so impressed by everyone that worked there. My now sister in law also went there and found her dress. I knew it wasnt a question that I had to go there when it was my turn. Victoria was amazing and has a knack for figuring out what youre looking for (even when I did not know for myself). My top picks were the ones she picked for me. It is an overwhelming process to say the least and Victoria made it fun and laid back which I appreciated so much. It was a painless process and now, I have the perfect dress that also happens to be reasonable! Awesome place and people!

I have received horrible service. They would keep promising to call me and wouldnt. Finally received a call saying my dress was there and they were going to call in two days to confirm the address and ship it. Never received a call. Over a week goes by and I call. They were always very confused on where my dress was and said that it would definitely get shipped tomorrow and they would call to confirm the address. Three days go by and I hear nothing. So I call again and am told that it shipped already and would be here today. Surprised to find that that was a lie through tracking and that it wasnt shipped till that day. Just bad service and a lot of unnecessary stress - am now under a time crunch because it took over a month of them having the dress to ship it.
