I bought my gown today (3 months before my wedding so I’m on a crunch and was scared I wouldn’t find anything!!) but Sadie absolutely killed it. She pulled every string she could to get me EXACTLY what I have envisioned IN MY BUDGET!!!!! (Which was really small & I am a plus sized bride!)I had dress regret with the first gown I bought from another retailer but coming to Anya was such a great experience . From Tara making my appointment, to be greeted at the door by the lovely ladies in front, to meeting Sadie & trying on my gown selection. Sadie listened to every single detail I asked for, always made sure I was comfortable, and kept it so straight and real with me. It was such a personalized experience because she knew what to pull to fit what i wanted, my budget and my body type! She’s skilled for sure cause I am a tough one & so picky!!! But I did not feel pressured or forced into purchasing a single item. (Can’t say the same for other retailers…) but I could not begin to recommend this Bridal Salon more!!! My goodness! I must give credit where credit is due! I very rarely leave reviews, but Anya Bridal deserves a few kind words, actually more than a few kind words! 😁 The staff was great, but Alice, my consultant, was a shining star! I recommend requesting her; she will not disappoint. Alice is very experienced and couldn’t have picked a better gown selection for me. I described my venue, and she nailed the all around look I was searching for. She “went shopping” for me and came back with about five to seven absolutely gorgeous gowns! People say that you immediately know when you find “the one” dress, but Alice had picked so many beautiful gowns that it was actually hard to decide between three of them (I did come to a decision and absolutely love my dress from Anya Bridal)! Not only is my dress perfect for me; it’s absolutely perfect for my wedding. Thank you, Alice, from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

Ive had Anya Bridal on my list of go to wedding dress shops for quite sometime. Today, while my mom was visiting from out of town, we decided to casually walk in to Anya bridal and browse. I was fully expecting not to be able to get help today without an appointment, and honestly did not think that today would be the day I would find my dream dress.As my mom and I were browsing the clearance section (which had a great variety by the way), the lovely Jo approached us and offered to help us. I showed Jo a few pictures of what I had in mind style wise, and Jo hit the nail on the head! She really understood what I wanted and she delivered. She pulled 4 dresses for me to start off with, and the second one I tried up ended up being perfect and everything that I wanted.I am a plus size gal, and I was so happy that they had inclusive sizing. This was actually the first and only bridal shop that I visited, and I had no idea what to expect. Jo was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable which we really appreciated. She was so encouraging, helping me feel so beautiful! Alice listened intently, worked to find a variety of dresses for me, and also stayed within my budget/finding a deal! She is WONDERFUL!All of the staff helped me feel comfortable, confident, and heard! They were so patient, personable, intentional, and kind (even staying open late for me!) Anya’s Bridal deserves more than 5 stars, the customer service provided to myself & my family was stellar!! I arrived at Anya’s in search of a wedding gown without an appointment & they were booked for the day. However, one of the ladies allowed myself and my family to browse. While browsing I found the PERFECT gown. I took my gown to one of the ladies and they were able to put me in a fitting room. The ladies at Anya were SO helpful that I was able to try on several dresses with the help of two representatives, even though I didn’t have an appointment, before settling on my dress. The manager of the store also checked on us to make sure we were properly accommodated. I LOVED my experience at Anya and recommend any bride looking for top of the line customer service to plan a visit to the store. Don’t forget to make an appointment first!

Although my experience getting the dress was pleasant, this was my first dress that I needed to know my size of. My chest is a size 32 DD and they recommend a size 2 so that was ordered. They based the dress ordering off the waist measurement which is significantly smaller than my chest. Dress came in and did not come anywhere close to fitting so they remeasured me and ordered a size 4 and I personally had to pay a $250 restocking fee. The dress does not fit and I will have to get it altered to the correct size. Know your size ladies!!

This experience was great for me. They had great selection of dresses that were actually affordable. Most dress options seemed to be $500 - $1000. They also had a array of larger sizes. I had Brittany who was great with me, patient, and kind even though I personally did not walk away with a dress for me I would highly recommend them.

This place is amazing, has great dresses at great prices. And ask for Sadie when you go there shes just amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and I really appreciate that when youre just starting out shopping for a dress. Loved her, will go back to her any day! The whole place has a really cool vibe too.

This was my third time trying on wedding dresses, and I felt like Stephanie understood my vision more than anyone else who has tried to help me. She was amazing!! She brought out so many dresses and kept looking for more based on my feedback. While I’m not sure I found my final pick yet, we did find a top contender thanks to Stephanie’s patience and diligence! This store has such a huge selection of bridal gowns to choose from that it is overwhelming in a good way. Jasmine Lewis assisted us and made our experience one to remember. She came with a positive energy that was very warm and inviting. She was very professional, yet still down to earth — it honestly felt like she was a friend on the hunt for a dress with us. We had already visited three bridal shops and Jasmine was determined to help my best friend find her dream dress. Needless to say, she found her dress and it was under the budget.We had quite the experience.

First off, this store has the most gorgeous bridal dresses I have seen at any store so far! I had my appointment with Trinity. She was very sweet, patient, helpful and considerate. She told me at any point if I felt too overwhelmed with the process to let her know and shed take care of it. She was considerate of my budget and listened to what I liked and didnt like. She even allowed me to go over my appointment time some because they were slow. Which I greatly appreciated because its difficult to shop in an hour. All the ladies working there were very pleasant. I am SO impressed with Peggy Albrecht. When I got my dress from Anya Bridal over a year ago, I was in the process of losing weight. Peggy was able to alter my dress down to the perfect fit after losing over 50 lbs! I was so beyond impressed with her attention to detail. I had my fitting and two weeks later I was able to come back and try on my dress that now fits like a glove! I love it! She is so talented. We will definitely be going back to her for cleaning the dress after the wedding. Such a sweet soul. She has been doing alterations for a long time, and knows exactly what she is doing. My daughter is getting married and they have the most lovely gowns that u ever wants to see. I know what u are thinking, when seen one wedding grown u seen them all... Well!! Go and see for yourself. I literally got my dress in a broken box wrapped in tight plastic and then had no way to store it as they didn’t provide anything to store it with. They shipped it to me in a very poor manner. A 3000 dollar dress treated like it was 5 dollars.Horrible service here.My dress was also months and months late and no type of discount was provided.

This was my first bridal store I went to and although I didn’t buy a dress from here, this consultant I worked with was THE BEST. I am telling you, if this is on your list get an appointment with JASMINE LEWIS.After going to 4 stores, she was seriously the best consultant and so knowledgeable. She is ultra professional and made me feel so comfortable. The store has a huge selection! They dresses didn’t work out for me only because I need something extremely boho, they had some options but it just didn’t work out. But many came close. Ask for Amanda!! This was a great experience. There is a huge selection of dresses, even in plus sizes. Amanda was so fun and helpful. She really listened to what my friend and I stated we liked. As the appointment went on she took note of the things we liked and did not like to make more selections throughout the process. She was hands on pinning the dresses, taking photos, picking veils to get the full wedding day effect, and even holding my phone to show the full length view to family that could not be there in person. We bought an amazing dress for $399 that orginally retailed for $1900. Give Amanda a raise!

I had to write and share the great experience we had at Anya Bridal this weekend. Alicia, sales consultant, was very attentive to my daughter and captured the perfect dress for her. This was our first time wedding dress shopping day so my daughter didnt really know what she wanted but Alicia listened and brought many dresses that captured my daughters personality. My daughter found her perfect dress! We appreciate the patience and thoughtfulness that Alicia put in to helping my daughter leave with her dream dress!!

This was the second bridal shop that I visited and I thought that I’d already found my gown at the first place, but I came to Anya Bridal in August to explore my options. I’m so glad that I did! It was a pleasure working with Jasmine. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress and it was in my budget. My wedding was last month and everyone raved about my dress!

DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS HERE!I had a great experience buying my dress at Anya and I highly recommend looking for your perfect dress here. But please do not get alterations here! After my third appointment with Ms. Peggy, the dress was way too tight (wasnt from my size changing, I measured myself), you could see the padding through and she kept adding more padding on top of my already large chest, and the bodice was literally crooked! When I pointed this out, she said MY BODY MUST BE CROOKED! There was so much wrong with the dress I cant even begin to describe it all. She just told me that was how the dress was and there was nothing she could do. Not to mention she gossiped about other customers to my sister while I was changing! They told me I couldnt have my dress (that was paid for in full, including the alterations that I should have never been charged for) until I signed that I was satisfied! I was NOT satisfied! How can you hold my dress hostage like that? I left bawling with a month till my wedding and thinking my dress may be completely ruined. Thank goodness I found an actually talented seamstress who literally un-did everything and was able to fix it and make it beautiful. So I beg you, DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS AT ANYA BRIDAL!!!!!

Anya nailed it! Jasmine made the day super special for me, my mom and sister even amidst a pandemic. She worked relentlessly to ensure I tried on each style to know for certain what I liked. Then she took me through several types of that silhouette to find THE one! I think she was as excited as I was when I said yes to the dress! Min was my seamstress for the alterations. She went above and beyond, even proactively fixing a couple of imperfections in the dress. When I came back for my final fitting it looked like it was made for me. The styles at Anya are super unique and beautiful and everyone is professional and kind. Go there for your dress! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Jasmine and Min!!!!

Lovely ladies working here! I came here to try on bridesmaid dresses and the woman working with us was very sweet. They had ice water and cake slices to snack on while we waited.The dresses are beautiful and they make sure someone is with you in the trying-on process. Just call ahead to make an appointment.You pay for what you get, so expect a higher price tag on these dresses, bridal and bridal party, but you can’t beat the selection. Everything from mid-century to modern to classic doily-lace and everything in between.All in all, a very lovely place and if I ever get married I’ll definitely visit here for my dress. It’s a beautiful experience.

I had a very positive experience with Anya Bridal! I had two appointments with them and both times they were warm and welcoming! They can be all business-- as these ladies know their stuff and can direct you very well. I appreciated being able to ask questions and get serious, well thought out answers.I didnt end up buying from them due to moving, but I used all their guidance when I did find THE dress on the other side of the country.TL;DR: Experienced stylists, big dress selection, an excellent place to start your dress search!

It was the second shop i tried dresses on and found the one (the first being Davids Bridal) The girl that helped with my appointment listened to what I wanted in a dress and pulled some beautiful samples for me to try on. There was no pressure to buy which was a huge plus for me. I also had alterations done here and they did a fantastic job (and were completed quickly)

The entire process (from the scheduling to the purchase of the wedding dress) was just remarkable! I met Candace at the Bridal Extravangza back in Feb 2019. She gave me so many unique ideas for my wedding and we set my first initial bridal appointment to try on dresses at Anyas Bridal for later in March 2019. A few weeks prior to the appointment, I received calls, texts and emails reminding me of the appointment. And on the day of the appointment I was greeted with such a warm and friendly smile from everyone there at the front desk. On that day I had my mom, my aunt, my niece and my Maid of Honor there (only she was not aware until that day...that she would be my Maid Of Honor) 😄😄 I asked the management team there if they could assist me in my SURPISE PROPOSAL to her as I was trying on dresses. Quinn was my assigned consultant on that day and I absolutely love her! She made the experience so fun and so personal. I felt very comfortable with her. After trying on about 6 dresses, I didnt even realize it, but I FOUND my DRESS!!! I wasnt expecting to come there on that day, the first try, and say YES to the DRESS but I did and it all worked out perfectly! I will be back with my Maid of Honor and Matrons of Honor to look for the dresses for my bridal party as well. And I am using Savvi for the Grooms Party. You know how you sometimes feel like AFTER a company has your business thats pretty much it? They are nice to you up until you pay, then they forget about you? WELL THATS NOT WHAT YOU GET AT ANYAS BRIDAL in ATLANTA GA. I am still receiving follow up emails to say thank you for my business and checking on the service I received and they offer you a percentage off if you also use them for the Bridesmaid Dresses. The people that work there are amazing, I bought a dress there 4 years ago and today I had to have help with the purchase....Alicia (Probably didn’t spell her name right, sorry) was amazing at helping me. The dresses are lovely and the customer service is not bad. I had a problem with the miscommunication of their policies. I went to the national bridal sale to purchase my wedding dress. I was told I had to pay $25 to set up my appointment and if I purchase a dress that day of my appointment that $25 will be applied to my dress balance. My $25 was never applied to my dress and I called about it afterwards once I noticed it my receipt. I was told it depends on the bag the dress was in when I exit the store. That was not discussed with me prior to booking and purchasing my dress. I was finally told I will get a credit back on my card and to please allow 3-5 business days and four weeks later. I never received my $25 back. I sent them a follow up email but I never got a response back. I recently called the bridal shop back but nobody answered my phone call. I left a voicemail and asked for a manager but nobody returned my call. Its not about the money but the principal.

Jasmine listened to me and was really invested in finding me the right dress. She took my feedback after each dress try-on, and found me my dream dress! I couldn’t be happier! So I have been really nervous about trying on bridal gowns that wouldn’t fit me or make me look any good. Had a 11am appointment and brought my mom and my best friend. My stylist was Jasmine. At first I was a little hesitant with all the questions she was asking me because I was not sure if they would look good. I have to admit, she knew what she was doing. She pulled a couple of dresses of the style I wanted and even tried to get me to try other style just to get a feel if I would like another design. We both agreed in the rooms which dress looked the best. She truly made me feel at ease and I ended up with 2 favorite dresses. When we finally added the veil and bouquet, literally broke me into tears because I found the dress I wanted. I said yes! To that dress. Incredibly beautiful!! I would recommend this place to anyone and also Jasmine. She was awesome!! The employees there were really nice and sweet. Not sure about the other reviews but my visit to Anya Bridal was great.

Can we just talk about Amanda for a sec?! I came into this store and Amanda did her thing in helping me find the perfect dress for my ceremony thats in less than 2 months. I am so thankful for her, she was so sweet, kind and fun! She helped me find my dress so quickly, it was shocking. AND there is a big sale going on right now and I got a 2,000.00 dress for 399.00... I visited Anya Bridal on 02/23. I had an eleven oclock appointment and was checked in pretty quickly. The place was busy, but not too busy. My stylist, Jasmine was very helpful and attentive. Due to her attentiveness, I was able to say yes to the dress. I would have given 5 stars, but the lady who checked everyone in could have been more warm and welcoming. To be honest, she was borderline rude. I also asked her to take my picture in front of the props. Jasmine, my stylist had been pulled away to help another customer. She told me that she would, but to give her 2 minutes. Unfortunately, she didnt. Small attention to details like this is very important when people are spending their money.

I loved my experience here. They made me feel important, beautiful and valuable. I like how I wasn’t rushed or forced to chose something other than what I wanted.

Let me start this review off by saying that I am a seriously picky bride. My journey to finding the perfect dress has been a long one. I have been to numerous bridal shops always leaving disappointed in the selection of bridal gowns they offered. I wanted something different - something I had never seen before. Girls - trust me when I say the selection that Anya bridal has is UNREAL. They have any and every style you could imagine!! Also, my bridal consultant, Tina, actually listened to my needs and the style of dress that I wanted. She listened to me so much that the first dress she pulled for me and had me try on was MY dress! She absolutely nailed it and was amazing to work with. All of the consultants there made me feel beautiful and like the only girl in the room, which is what every bride should feel like. I could go on and on about Anya Bridal. Absolutely the best care and the best consultants!!

Booked an appointment with them and gave them a wedding date for May, I was given an appointment to come in for bridesmaids dresses. After driving over an hour to get there I was told the dresses won’t be back until the end of June. All I was given was I’m sorry, I don’t know who booked the appointment without giving you that information. That’s unacceptable, I didn’t drive over an hour for you to give me names of online boutiques. Disappointed in my experience, just unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience! If you ever visit here looking for a wedding dress ask for Amanda. She was very professional and funny and fun. she listened to what I wanted. She didnt make me try on dresses that I wasnt interested in. I had been to 2 other bridal salons and tried on soo many dresses that left me confused. I told Amanda what I wanted and the 3rd dress was my dream dress that I chose for my special day. Thanks Amanda!

Amazing plus size selection

This was my second wedding dress experience and it was awful! My bridal consultant was Tina. Throughout the entire appointment, she rushed me. She made me feel as if I was taking up her time. At one point I was having trouble deciding on my top three dresses and she rushed me I was past my dress limit. She was extremely pushy and she didn’t seem genuine. Mind you, I hadn’t had a lot of wedding dress experiences, so I don’t know everything there is to know. She offered no insight. Provided no advice or suggestions about styles for my body type, under garments, etc. I felt like she was trying to get me in and out. I did find the dress that I wanted, however because of her poor customer service skills, I didn’t buy. There may be other consultants that were great there, but Tina was not it.

Such a great experience and Jasmine, our sales person, was absolutely the best!!!!! She took her time with us, listened to us chat and watched the dress selections made to find the perfect dress for the bride!!!!

Highly recommend Anya Bridal, and Sidney especially! I had tried three other salons beforehand and she was the first consultant where I felt like she got what I was going for and she seemed really genuine, which was not my experience with other consultants at the other shops.She did a great job pulling dresses. Anya has a massive collection and I came in with a list of several specific gowns to try on and they had all but two of them - and Sidney was able to pull similar ones. It was a crazy sale weekend, but she was very patient and let me try on the two front runners back to back like 3 times to really make sure I was sure. She also pulled a dress with a nude underlay and helped me envision my dress in the color I wanted since they didnt have it in store. I needed my dress ASAP (visited in July, eloping in October!) and Sidney and the floor manager were working all kinds of options to get me my dress on time. Unfortunately, there was just no way to get the color I wanted as quickly as I needed and I had to order online elsewhere.The experience was super pleasant and I feel bad that I wasnt able to order with Sidney, but I certainly recommend them.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the door! The staff and management were extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. They gave me so many different gowns to choose from and they were each unique in their own way. The lady that helped me choose my dress was wonderful! She was easy to relate to which made me at ease when trying on dresses. I would definitely recommend Anya Bridal, when searching for your wedding dress!!!

Our experience at Anya’s was unforgettable! Our assigned bridal consultant, Olivia, was perfect. She was energetic, positive and most importantly, a very good listener. The staff at Anya’s were able to “interpret “ our desires and matched them to the appropriate dresses very quickly. They even allowed us to video them performing a “Yes to the dress” skit with our bride. You will not be disappointed at Anya’s.

Love this place! We went to find a wedding dress for my best friend and Mekhi pulled about 4 dresses and we all fell in love with most of them but quickly settled for the brides pick. Really helpful in helping you find out what kind of dress you need and it is inexpensive and they applied some discounts for us

I requested an appt from their website but received no response so I called. No one answered (early afternoon in the middle of the week; not a traditionally busy time) so I left a voicemail requesting an appointment. No one returned my call after two weeks so I checked their website where it clearly stated Walk-Ins Welcome. However when I tried to walk-in (fully expecting to be on my own; not expecting a rep to have to help me) the hostess at the door refused to let me in. She was very disrespectful and told me I should have called that morning to see if they would be willing to allow me in.

I had a wonderful experience at Anya’s Bridal. Each time I was there I received great customer service. I’ve gotten two alterations. One was adding the bustle on the dress and well as taking in the back of the dress. Min Kim did a great job on my alterations.

This was the third place I tried to find a wedding dress. I want going to hold my breath because I wasnt confident in finding one. I had a certain look I was going for and couldnt seem to find it. But third time was the charm. They were amazing!

The ladies at Anya Bridal are amazing!! I worked with Jasmine T and A’sha H and can’t rave about them enough. I had been to at least 5 other bridal shops before visiting Anya Bridal, and was starting to feel frustrated after striking out at every appointment. My experience here was the complete opposite. I didn’t come in with a clear vision of the dress I wanted, but had a list of things I did and didn’t like. These ladies completely got me from the beginning and brought out dress after dress that I loved. I liked the first dress they brought out so much that I almost bought it, but then they found my absolute dream wedding dress!! I had so much fun working with Jasmine and A’sha!
