I’ve been living at the optimist lofts for years and walked to this location frequently. Today the security officer asked me to leave me handbag in the front. (You couldn’t even fit a small bottle of anything inside this bag without being obvious). There were several white people with bags and even totes larger than my bag. Enjoy being racially profiled🙄😊. A staffer did assist me with my LARGE ORDER into my car while i was outside, he was great.

Tower has fair pricing, reliable inventory, and awesome staff who go out of their way to help such as Jim in the liquor department. An added plus: Ive never felt gouged on bourbon here like I do at many other area liquor stores. Thanks for being a refuge in the storm of inflated liquor prices, Tower.

They have a large selection of beverages and staff who are very knowledgeable. Much of the store is wine followed by liquors but not much cider and cocktail options. Pricing is fair not a steal.

Very convenient location and they stayed open long enough for us to make our purchase big selection of everything you need for parties, dinner or casual drinking.

Love it here. The store is absolutely massive and has any liquor you can think of. This store is also open very late, which is a plus. They offer curbside pick as well. I am never not pleased when coming here. You will not be disappointed

Awesome liquor store with good prices and vast selection. Only downside is the incredibly high Atlanta tax rate of 8.9%, but this is not Towers fault. Because of this I make my larger purchases in Cobb county.

Michael in the Beer department is above & beyond helpful! My parents recently moved, and we try to bring them beer & wine as their stores do not have many options. Unfortunately with recent freight delays, some of their favorite items are out of stock. Michael spoke with the vendor directly AND looked at availability at other area stores to see if we could get the beer for Fathers Day. 🥒🍸🍹🥃 Once again I embarked on a quest to find an ingredient to make a cocktail that I recently had the pleasure of sipping. Its called a Moscow Mule & one of the key ingredients is - ginger beer. Of course the Ginger beer I love is hard to find - 18-21, but Tower B,W & S had it and other tempting adult beverage options. Yay!!!😁😃

I’ve been here twice and on multiple occasions there’s always traffic and drama with some of the staff. There’s an enormous sized cop standing in the front running his mouth about every bodies business as especially tonight as I was completing my purchase I could over hear him gossiping to another associate. Highly unprofessional and needs to grow up!

I went to buy Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale and Kentucky Coffee Barrel Stout. They were both in stock. The staff showed me were they were located.The employees wore mask and had dividers at check-out.

Have purchased 3 separate bottles of scotch from here. All are obviously no good and have either been in extreme heat or some other storage issue. I am an avid scotch drinker and their prices are great but now for obvious reasons.

Tower Beer, Wine & Spirits has been my go-to for wine and spirits for more than four years in Atlanta. The robust selection of both their wine and liquor availability is almost as impressive as their low pricing. I haven’t seen lower prices anywhere in Atlanta, nor in surrounding areas, such as Macon or Alpharetta! Additionally, if you’re looking for a specific brand of wine/spirit, the courteous staff will happily order it for you at (in my experience) no charge! Great place!

Wow...this place has everything....And everyone knows it. Way too many people in here. No one paying attention to the whole social distancing thing. Anyway, if ur lookin for something unique...this is the place. I was looking for something for one of my sons (mechanic) & my gay friend & found the beers right next to each other. Both of which found hilarious. If u dont think funny...sorry it offends. But the people I bought for loved & loved the taste. ❤❤🤩

I really like this place. A very nice selection. I was there for a limited bottle release for the Black Bourbon Society and was able to get in and out without issue. The only issue was parking, but that can’t be helped.

This is one of the best spirits stops in Buckhead/Midtown area! Great selection and prices and the ability to order online and pickup curbside or have it delivered. Caveat: for major boozy holidays, plan ahead, it can get a bit nutty!

This business is run like a well oiled machine. Every employee is alert and ready to serve from their first hello to you.They are not only helpful and answer every question but will either escort you to the item or someone who can tell you all about it, including serving suggestions . Large selection even though they didnt have what I was looking for. The isles are really narrow and you may have trouble bending to look at selections on the bottoms level. Staff seemed friendly.

Shoutout to Tim who a few days ago helped my wife and I pick out some good wine. We came in with the intention of grabbing 4 bottles and left with 12 including one from the fine wine case in the back. That upsell was a direct result of Tim. If hes not a manager, he should be.

Does not sell hard liquor only wine and beer. Enough said. I specifically asked an employee after not finding any and the employee confirmed there was no hard liquor in the store and directed me to a liquor store down the street where I purchased my liquor.

Update: Tower reached out to me after seeing my review and worked with me to ensure theyre aware and address the poor customer experience. Updated from 2 star to 5 .Please fix your website inventory system! I ordered multiple times only to get an email saying my order been cancelled. I had to follow up to understand why and they said the bottle was no longer in stock....yet, every day after the bottle still shows on the site available to order. Recently, I ordered around $550+ worth of bottles and got a confirmation email that my entire order was ready for pick up. After driving to the store they only had one out of many bottles I ordered. Stop wasting your customers and employees time with a bad inventory system with your online site. It better to not have one then to have this horrible customer experience and lose customers that spend upwards of 600-800 a month on liquor bottles. Your loss, my money will be going else where!

Tower is always a good liquor store chain. This location is also a good one. I found what I needed and stocked up. I had a few questions and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This location has a large wine and liquor selection but the beer is a little limited, though not small. I also am not sure exactly of their organizing scheme in the wine section as stuff seemed mixed, so you might ask for help unless you just want to look around.

This place treats customers like they’re criminals, first of all. The “manager,” George, made fun of me to my face. Interesting take on customer service. I work for a restaurant that spends thousands of dollars here most weeks. we won’t be back.

Amazing selection... they really have anything and everything you could imagine then some. When social distancing was heavily enforced they aided by the rules by keeping everyone 6 feet apart and limiting the amount of guest coming in. They even had an outdoor checkout area for time and convenience if you knew what you wanted they would go in and get it for you. The only Con is the parking lot, their is a security guard out in the lot but he doesnt help much with assisting or directing cars. My advise is exit out the back take a right and go behind the other business for a easier way of exiting the madness.
