The transaction was fine. I selected a mattress. The problem is with the delivery. I was told my mattress would be delivered today. I was also told I would receive a call to advise me of the delivery time. That call never came. I had to call the store repeatedly to get information on my delivery. Now my delivery is being delayed. I am not happy.

Great service by Kelly. I went in and told him what I was looking for and he showed me what he thought would work for me. I tried a few options, but still came back to the one I bought, felt very comfortable and a great price. He even worked to get it delivered the next day which was a plus because I was sleeping on an air mattress and was very much over that.Thank you for awesome service,Michelle

After a beyond miserable experience purchasing a mattress from Macy’s (and it not arriving after 6 weeks), we were able to purchase the exact same mattress at Mattress Firm, for the exact same price, and it was delivered in 2 days. Kelly was excellent, very informative about the correct mattress you should have for the way you sleep, and was able to undo a miserable experience in about 30 minutes. Outstanding service by Kelly Oluku. He really listened to the parameters of what we were looking for in our bed. He then focused that information to help us select the right product. In multiple occurrences he pointed us to a product noting that there was a product with different or higher level features but that he didn’t believe it met what we were looking for. So he was careful to keep us properly informed but not just attempt oversell. His professional and cordial demeanor was wonderful to work with as well. Overall a fantastic experience and we left with exactly the mattress and set up we were looking for.

I came in to buy a new bed, having a little bit of an idea as to what I wanted but needing someone knowledgeable to help direct me. John was our salesman at this location and was over the top friendly and helpful, with little pressure on us for the sale and him wanting us to be satisfied with our purchase. I purchased a mattress and was not completely satisfied with the product. I decided to go up to the store to discuss my issues and the sales person was willing to help me swap out the mattress for another one and had it delivered the next day! I did have to pay a little extra money but a good night sleep is worth it! I appreciate the sales rep helping me and allowing me to swap out my mattress outside the normal trial period window, Now that is customer services and I will always recommend them to my family and friends. Kelly was an amazing salesman. He was able to juggle three groups at once and close two of them. I really appreciate the level of care he provided me. I normally don’t leave reviews for stores, but I felt that Kelly definitely deserves a shout out. Very exited to get my king Serta and upgraded adjustable frame. I would definitely come to the place to get your mattress. Keep in mind mattress firm will match any price for up to four months. Kelly was not pushy at all. He lets the customer guide themselves to a few beds based on an initial conversation. 10/10!

Customer service was good.They uncharged me a warranty I didn’t want by saying it was included in the base price.The bed I purchased increased $300 in price from the first time I visited a week or so prior despite being marked down for Black Friday sales and clearance.

Promised to get the mattress delivered on Oct 11, so I ordered it. Then the delivery failed yesterday. When inquiring, the staff told it would be re-delivered on the same day. But it was not.Today, I was told it would be delivered next Sunday?? Two weeks more for the waiting!! We already waited for more than one week! The reason they gave is that it was out of stock now!!???? So where is the one delivered unsuccessfully yesterday??Will never buy mattress here.

I bought a mattress on May 3, 2020 I was told that it would be delivered on Mother’s Day but I would get a call on Saturday, May 9, 2020. It is 9:00 on Saturday night and I have my/did not receive a confirmation call. The salesman who sold me the mattress was great, easy to talk to and gave me a great deal. I just wish this level of customer service carried on throughout my experience .

I purchased my king box spring at this Mattress Firm location last week, and it is probably the fourth item my family has purchased from this Mattress Firm. This time we were helped by a young man named John, who was very nice and helpful. He helped me figure out what I needed and the difference between products. He also price matched the product I chose, which left me leaving feeling confident that I had received a good deal. Plus, he was personable and funny. My box spring is being delivered tomorrow and I cant wait. Would recommend!

While the employee I worked with (John) was very nice, willing to answer all my questions and helpful, my overall experience was a bit underwhelming. I went in for a queen and twin - looking to stay under a certain price point (which thankfully was somewhat easy to do). My experience went like this... tried some mattresses, selected and purchased the mattresses, scheduled a delivery and was on my way.However, once I got in my car I took another look at the invoice and noticed I was charged for a queen and a full (not a twin). Go back inside, get this fixed, should be credited. When I was in there I asked about if I could pick up the next day (a Sunday) would the mattresses be there, he confirms a few things but says yes, to call to confirm but should be able to pick up and waive the delivery fee. Sunday comes - I coordinate a pick up, I call ahead and theyve made a mistake and only one of the mattresses is there. They agree to a Monday delivery - waiving the delivery fee of $80. While I appreciate waiving the fee, it was still frustrating to have to coordinate time off work to wait for the delivery, not to mention the coordination I had done to get a truck to pick up myself on Sunday which fell through. Delivery went fine and we are currently happy enough with the mattresses.Overall I just wish the full process had gone a lot smoother. Also - Ill likely be calling back today because I dont see the refund for the delivery fee in my bank account. Id give more stars but overall a simple purchase was a lot more work than anticipated.

This has proven to be my worst customer service experience ever. I purchased a mattress on 9/24/20 and was told it couldnt be delivered until 11/16/20. I was disappointed but was told the backlog was due to COVID-19. On 11/16/20 no bedding was delivered and no one from store initiated a call to me. I had to call only to hear the mattress would not be delivered. This is poor customer service when you sell products you dont have in stock.

Although we didnt buy a mattress here the customer service we received was excellent! The salesman encouraged us to try out the mattresses for comfort. Came in looking for a mattress on sale for the upcoming college years. Kelly was the associate on hand and he was super helpful, since we weren’t looking at expensive ones we had to go to the side where the mattresses are stood up and if you wanna try one he had to pull it off and put it on the box spring. He did this many times for me as I tried different firmness levels. Came out with a new mattress, the process was seamless. Highly recommend

Check the clearance stores first! Needed a specific king box springs from Serta. Went in willing to order and pay full price. Low and behold they had a floor sample set for $100 off list price. They loaded it into my truck for me and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Id highly recommend. Kelly and John were awesome.
