I came into the store thrilled since I just got the Ninja skin in Fortnite! To my immediate dismay, the employees promptly asked me to stop doing the orange justice dance on top of the beds, which was really unpleasant. I guess they’re just noobs…but that’s really not a very good excuse. In contrast, I got a VicRoy at the TempurPedic around the corner and they told me they would give me the Battle Bus discount…your move matress firm.

The quote had all of my information so I felt good about the ordering process. There was an availability issue /reschedule issue. I had to call the store back to find out why I hadn’t received the email with the link to pay. Given the fact that the delivery was going to have to be rescheduled, the store should have called me immediately with the issue and asking for a rescheduling date.

Awful! We purchased a mattress and its base on May 22nd, and it was scheduled to be delivered on June 5th. On June 5th, we didnt receive any notification. So I called them and they told me the mattress is not available, and the delivery is re-scheduled for June 22nd. We were out of town, but on June 22nd I received a note that delivery is complete. Coming back home, the base was delivered but not the mattress! I called the store, and they said the mattress delivery is re-scheduled for May 25th. Again, nothing happened on the 15th, so we went to the store. They said, the mattress is not available and it needs to be re-scheduled for July 5th! I started complaining and asked to talk to the manager, the response was that the manager is off and we cannot call him/her. After a long conversation, the lady in the store called the warehouse. Very interestingly, the mattress was available but they were not happy to deliver it before July 5th (after 1 month delay and 3 times rescheduling). So here was the point, if you want it you can come and pick up yourself. We had even paid for the platinum service ($149.99) which was for installation by delivery and also taking out the old mattress. There was also no way to cancel that! So, at the end I had to go the warehouse, wait for 2 hours, and rent a truck to take that. Conclusion: Dont purchase from them. But if you did: be prepared that it will not be delivered ontime, they will not call you of they change in the delivery date (they just dont show up), you have to call and reschedule everytime it is not delivered, and the only answers that you will hear are I dont know, Im not responsible, and at the end if you complain: you can sue the company!. The worst experience that have ever had!

I had been looking for a bed for some time. I went to the Dump it was horrible. Customer service was awful, no questions answered, no one spoke within the first 20 minutes of being there, it was so many employees trying to close sales I couldn’t take the atmosphere of it all. I checked out 2 other places and hadn’t made my decision. Someone suggested Mattress Firm I was reluctant because of pricing. I went to Mattress Firm Ansley and came in contact with Michael a Senior Sleep Expert. I was greeted with a smile immediately, questioned answered on the spot and taken to the bed I asked about right away and was told he’d come back to me. I tried the bed he didn’t suggest and did not like it just as he said it was a cheaper basic bed not comfortable. While I waited he said lay on a few and tell me if you like one. While he helped other guest I found a bed way more but so comfortable I had to get it. Michael was so honest and upfront about everything cost, delivery, returning, fee’s, and applying for credit. I ended up getting an awesome Serta Sleep bed with a free base. I’ve never been happier spending over $1000 for a mattress. Thank you so much Michael!!!!

I recently came into the Ansley location and wanted to try out the firmness of mattresses for our recently renovated guest bedroom. The manager, Nicholas Whitfield, showed us the various firmness of the mattresses and helped us decide on the quality of mattress we wanted. He explained the boxspring options and the adjustable bed option, which we ended up choosing. He was very helpful and not a pushy salesman. It was great to be able to test the mattresses in person. He was friendly and helpful, and I couldnt be happier.Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Perhaps because of our salesman, Kyle, who is a delight. We came to the store many times over two months. He never pressured us and helped us impeccably to find the mattress that would work best. We squired a bit at the price and he did everything for us to bring the price down. Even the last day when we were about to buy, we ran off to another store first. He was supportive and kind. The mattress was delivered perfectly soon to the time we purchased it and now... we LOVE it! It feels similar to the one at the store, although we were warned that it might not right away. We had gone through three different mattresses from other places and we are so glad we bought from Kyle at Mattress Firm!

The warehouse delivery needs huge improvement l. The delivery did not arrive on time almost 2 hours late.., I will never Order a bed again until I know the delivery has improved drastically.. I will be calling corporate tomorrow the delivery portion of service is so unprofessional it’s crazy. I spoke with a guy name Trayvon something like in the warehouse said they will be there in 2 minutes and they never arrived.
