Wow. Can I just say wow. This place is enormous inside. I have now found my go-to nail tech facility. Just be aware that this is for licensed professionals only. Unless you carry a cosmetology license of some sort you will not be able to make any purchases. Very informative and friendly staff inside. They dont follow you around and out of courtesy will inquire if you need help. But otherwise, they do leave you alone. It can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of professional merchandise that they carry, but take your time. There is a lot to see. I will definitely have to be back.

There are several answered questions/reviews on Google for whether or not this store accepts cosmetology student IDs. The general consensus was YES, so I stopped by to gather materials for my upcoming semester. They very rudely turned me away at the door. They did not even let me get a foot inside, and refused to answer my questions about why their policy online states that I should be able ship there. Additionally, nobody on staff was wearing a mask, which is very unprofessional and dangerous in this day and age. Please don’t support this business, because they post blatant lies online and are generally rude/disrespectful. I work in the service industry myself, and I am generally extremely understanding of other people’s sour attitudes towards customers. But their behavior was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Buy your nail supplies online, or find another store.

My wifes boss asked us to look for some small latex powder free gloves while we were in Atlanta. After going to several nail supply stores this place finally had some small latex gloves but I didnt like them charging $20 more for a case @$105 than the other places we went to. We called her & she only got one case because of the HIGH PRICE! But we had to purchase them because they had some for my wifes boss.

Terrible customer service! I placed an online order and one of the product arrived empty! When I notified them, Helen was so rude and told me that when she shipped the order the bottle was full. Really? Then I asked her to send me a new bottle to replace the empty one and she told me that I had to reorder it again (and pay for shipping fee) another $9 on top of the cost of the product. On top of that the website states 15% off on your first web order, well from mobile the code is nowhere to be seen and when I asked her to apply the discount to my account she said that there was nothing that she could do about! False advertising!!! ah and the $50 minimum order is not true either, if I have had reordered the single product it would have been much less than that! Awful customer service! I am now returning all 7 products back to them because of her attitude! Do not buy here!

The most pleasant experience in a nail supply on Buford Hwy. I felt welcome and was informed on all the products I asked about. Every girl working there was extremely polite and helpful. I didnt feel singled out or like an outsider like I did at the other nail supply down the street. Ill definitely be doing my business with them from now on. Thank you for treating me like family!

I purchased dip powder and gel polish online. However, I was missing one of the dip powders that I paid for. It was on my invoice but it did not come in the box. I called Nail Mall and left my number and an employee texted me back. First they said the product was sold out, THEN they said they did send it. Then they said they would check the warehouse to see if it fell out but I never heard back from them. I called and texted for two days and was sent straight to voicemail every time. I Will never buy from this company again. You can’t charge people for a product and then don’t deliver it.

My second home! I am not a licensed professional so once I outgrew Sallys (which was pretty fast) as an ameteur nail tech I needed another place to go. They have a great selection of everything you could need. Brushes, polishes, gels, monomer, acrylic, tips, implements, powders, lotions, soaps and the list goes on! Staff is always friendly and helpful.

First time ever coming here in 5 years of shopping here being asked in a rude manner about shopping here today will make me reconsider coming here if I need something as a licensed professional that has a whole account with you all maybe professionally you all need to find a system to verify people before entering the establishment who shop with you and not walk around choosing an individual to pick to ask as if I just walked in I have seen everyone in there including the person who said they never seen me shop there shame shame you guys dropping the ball not a good look for a place I love to shop I never thought it would happen here

Be aware staff does not tell you that all sales are final. You can not exchange or return anything even if you purchased it the day before or the same day even if you havent obviously used it. The receipts even states what they do not allow you to return or exchange (which somethings are understandable) but they will say you cant return or exchange anything even when your looking dead at what the receipt says. I hate rip off penny pinching companies like this thats not how you do business at all. Maybe, if you did returns and exchanges on certain products and tools that (havent been used of course), you will have a better customer base and a good retention track. NO ONE wants to shop at a place where they feel like there throwing money down the drain!

I spent about 30 minutes in the store getting some things because I’m learning to do nails. I have a student license to purchase things but they refused to let me buy things because I was a new customer. I drove and hour just to shop here only to be turnt away. I will not be returning

I came here today simply because of how good the reviews were vs where I had been going. As a licensed professional I must say that the staff member Rosa has piss poor customer service and that’s a compliment because she was far beyond rude and treated me like I was bothering her rather than me being a contributor to her paycheck. I’ll stick to LA NAIL and online nail supplies. This was my 1st and last trip to this rude establishment.

One Asian Girl is always rude to me! I have been buying items from this store for over a year. I went there on 2/28/2018 and apparently now you have to a nail tech license or a student id in order to buy at a wholesale price. Otherwise you will have to pay retail price!!! This was the first time they asked for this documents since before I was able to buy here with no issues. I told her this and she said they started this the begging of the year. I am pretty sure I went there in January and there was no issues. Please remove the OPEN TO PUBLIC SIGN !!!! RUDE PPL! NO STARS IF IT WAS ME!!

As a professional this store is honestly a joke, they are rude if your not an asian (ATL Nail Supply) is literally the only place where race won’t be factored in on the level of service and respect you get. You say only professionals can shop here yet there are people who in your reviews openly admit to not being a professional. But online that jack the prices up on store anyway!!

I want to shop here soo bad because I heard of the good prices but i’m not licensed or know anyone that does have one so I can’t! And I rather not spend twice the price because i’m retail customer. Products here are old and destroyed check all of ur products before leaving the store( brushes, polishes, art tools, etc) seems like they put paint thinners in their polishes. They are beyonddd watery a brush can’t even pick up the polish it just drips down like water. Spent almost $200 here and everything has to go in the trash because it is no good and they dont offer exchanges NOR refunds

DO NOT FOOL YOURSELVES WITH THOSE FAKE REVIEWS!!!I am just a random individual who loves to color my nails by myself.I saw this place is having a huge sale so I went in to get some colors I wanted.After spent almost an hour there, I went to check out.They asked my phone number and I said I am not a member here.Suddenly this woman asked me if I am lisenced. I said no.They said the prices on the wall are only for the lisenced people.The price was like $10 or $6 but since i am not lisenced, the price was like $30 or $20!!!I even asked about the price to one of the staffs!! They should have let me know earlier about this price difference or at least make a sign saying those prices are just for lisenced people.She didnt apologize or anything but just bluntly asked me “so u want these or not”. What a waste of my time!!!THIS PLACE IS JUST SO ABSURD!!!!!!

I visit this location, I shopped here for 3yrs, i’ve witness the manager yelling at them please, but when I purchase a gel polish that oxidized, I went back to the store the next morning to exchange the the gel. The manager was very rude to me and disrespectful. I will never support this company.
