Their parts team is quick to provide updates, suggestions, substitutions, and price discrepancies that they may encounter during your transaction. Transparency and fair pricing are key to me, especially since Porsche parts vary greatly in cost across many dealerships, and these guys are extremely professional and try their best to mind what may work better for the customer. They have gone so far as to actually suggest me to order certain parts elsewhere to avoid ridiculous shipping costs. Cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this team.

I ordered torque converter bolts for my Porsche Cayenne. The website froze, charged my card, and never got a confirmation. I emailed them to ensure they received the order and sent screenshots of the transaction. Since this occurred in the evening, the following business day I received an email from the Asst. Mgr Travis that the order was not received at their end. He was reassuring that he was going to dig further into it. He came back shortly to update that he checked with their website host and confirmed that there was an approved charge, but it had not been captured. He later followed it up with more updates that they were able to recapture the charge. He also noticed that the particular ordered bolts were not the perfect fit for my vehicle and corrected then to ensure that I received the correct ones. Mr. Travis was above and beyond excellent with his problem solving, attention detail, professionalism, and communication follow through to ensure the company compensated for the website glitch(es). Thank you again Mr. Travis!!! You deserve a raise. I receive the bolts today and were very happy that he caught my mistake. The shipping was fast and timely. I have purchased from this company before and I highly recommend checking them out.

Shipping charges were incorrect from the original invoice. I was charged an additional 35.00 shipping after the order was processed. I did ask why, I was told there site shipping charges needs to be up dated.

Their website is very useful. It is very easy to search up part numbers and they also provide diagrams of the parts which are also very helpful. They also have the best prices for new OEM parts online. Overall great experience!

Had a problem with some parts I bought about a week ago. (Ended up being the correct parts, but I didnt think they were.) Didnt get his name, but the parts guy was great and spent a long time trying to help me figure it out. He even went back in the shop and brought a service technician (C.P. I think) into the discussion to figure it out. They went above and beyond and were much better than the guys at the other Porsche dealer in Atlanta. Great experience.

Loved the tour! Beautiful building. Amazing museum and history of Porsche. Definitely makes you want to make a big purchase, and convinces you of how special owning a Porsche is.

Parts arrived in one week. All parts ordered were delivered and in great shape. I like that I can find parts that I may not find with other suppliers. I wish I could speed up order with other delivery options. Will order with AP again.

Travis is a rock star. He found a hose for which there are only four in the world and had it to me in about three days. The rapid service and attention to detail is outstanding.

Although their prices are good I sent 5 emails over a 45 day period requesting confirmation that the part numbers were correct for my VIN this inciuded one to the CEO, no one ever responded! Eventually I telephoned the Parts Department and from then on smooth sailing. Honestly,if the price was not right, I would go elsewhere.

The parts department found the one and only black sport steering wheel in the world with paddle shifters for my 2010 Porsche 997.2. Other dealerships failed with multiple attempts.Can’t say enough about their parts service.
