What an informative and surprisingly delightful experience! Researching new appliances can be daunting and confusing; however, Rick made it interesting, never once pressured me and is so knowledgeable it was actually enjoyable!

When we were rebuilding our home, we had an island cooktop and needed a venting system. I couldnt get the typical venting system and was in search of this new model Best Cattura downdraft. It was just released on the market and I called stores all over the US and no one had it and there was even a waitlist at one store. It was crunch time and the builder had to have it by a certain date for installation. I was able to get a hold of the manufacturer and tried to find out their distributors which led me to Subzero then Rick at Distinctive Appliances. I called and asked him if he could get it for me. He said if I pay for it the same day, he could get it to me in a few days. Luckily he was near my house so I wrote him a check that afternoon and within a few days I had my downdraft and made the builders schedule. Great customer service from Rick! I would highly recommend! Im thrilled with my downdraft...its very contemporary looking and functions very well.
