My Grandson is doing his drivers training with AAA

Our 16 year old son took driving lessons through AAA. They were very professional, and taught him a lot about the basics of driving and how to be safe on the road. I would recommend them to anyone

Have had to use the road side assistance services multiple times and each time they have been timely and helpful with solid advice on what I needed to do if further repairs were needed. The reason for my calls was the tires and battery at different times.

I like this driving school but they are struggling to find couple adult driver instructors . There’s so many adults who need help with there license so many adults I pray and hope that they can get 2 adult driver instructors hire for adults so I can go ahead and get my permit to get my licenseWe since I personally have no one to help me . I had my permit once I did really good and almost had my license. I really. Red to get them because I am so limited on Where I can get help to go. So I can move . I pray that they get two adult instructors hired they still have one teenage driver instructors but we really need to do use on getting two or three adult driving instructors for adults who so desperately have no one to teach them. And sadly coaches is permently closed down. If they can hire two adult instructors I be so willing to get back behind the wheel to practice more to be on the road for independence .

And I want to say sorry from a year or so back that my ex posted . I am apologizing for what he posted but I can promise you there will be no more of that . I am sorry what was said by my ex . I was so close to get my license till coaches went out . I really hope you guys will take me back. I am sorry for my irresponsibility for trusting my ex with my phone I am ready to do this I really hope you guys forgive me of my stupidity for being irresponsible I have learnt so much now then I did I am read to start this again . Since then I have not had anyone around my residence since end of 2018. I am ready to do this become a achiever that I can be . I ask my family to help me they won’t help me so please please give me a chance to work with me help me be successful .

I like my instructer but i am so sick of her not allowing me to schedule in july now after i paid 400 for four hours of driving i am very unhappy i need a month ahead for scheduling i am a single mother on a very tight budgetawith a very tight schesule and i have to give my sitter a good notice on watching my son i can onky do tuesdays and thursdays . high school students get hell alot more driving time than adults i can barely get in twice a month or two two hour classes its starting to piss not just me off but my caseworker and my sitter my worker is looking into a new drivers ed school i have absolutely no one to teach me how to drive i am sick of this i have people breathing down my kneck to make my instructer give me more time and allow me schedule before i pay so it be easier on my budget and better chance of getting a sitter and more time in. We all had enough

Took an adult driving class, paid for the class. After the instructor insisted on selecting my choices on paperwork to help the process, my certificate was denied by the BMV Due to him selecting the wrong box. When I called to tell them what the BMV suggested I have them do, was literally yelled at by the instructor to shut up and stop talking I was crying at this point at how rude he was being to me, then was told that he couldnt do what the BMV said, that he would have to refile for a certificate, and that I would have to pay another fee to get another copy of the certificate. And that I would have to come to a different office further away to pick it up. I have been a AAA member since I was 19. My parents have been members for over 25 years. Ive never been so disrespected by a professional in my life. I would not recommend them, for any use.

They helped get my license and have great instructers

This office gets the job done, but the staff are hardly outgoing or particularly accomodating. I needed some maps and was required to visit the office--they would not mail them to me (Im a 39 year AAA Plus member, and have only called for a tow about 10 times over the years). Even the layout of the office communicates a slight we-versus-them, staff -versus-client mentality, because when you come in the counters are all arranged to keep you more or less just inside the door. Granted their space may be a bit tight but it leaves you feeling not like a dues-paying member of your organization as much as some schmoe at the DMV. NEXT! Their parking is usually just enough but is downright dangerous owing to the street layout. You seem to have to drive right through a busy intersection to exit, so it is never quite clear if youre with or against the traffic light. Finally, the TRIP-TIK service provided by AAA has actually gone downhill as a result of the digital age. They have done away with the professional printed multi-color maps, and replaced them with low-rez page inserts that are, quite frankly, more trouble than theyre worth. This is especially so in the age of Google and GPS.

Its been two weeks and I still do not have my drivers education certificate and I have had to reschedule my drivers test twice.
