I try to use AutoZone in Athens as much as possible because I like how they are reward points or set up it’s super convenient but due to one specific employee that works there most of the time if I notice he working I will completely avoid going there and I’ll go to a different auto parts store because the individual is hands-down not a people person he’s not helpful in any sense of the word his attitude is always dry and Snooty. if you don’t know the exact part you’re looking for You can always count on him to not be any help and it’s super unfortunate that he’s this way because AutoZone is my favorite parts store to go to unless this individual is working I’ve tried to address the situation personally with him and it doesn’t help out the matter at hand

Great place to go to for parts and advice. I went there to get my car battery tested, which they did for free. They found that it was bad so I bought a new one and they also went ahead and replaced it. Will continue to go back whenever I need stuff.

Great place for parts. Their prices are better than other auto parts dealers in town.Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If its not in stock, they can have it the next day.Great job AutoZone Staff,Keep up the hard work. 👍

Visiting my parents-in-law and their SUV had a dead battery. Bryan, the store manager, was SUPER helpful in getting it charged up. I really appreciate their expertise and client-focused service. Car works great now and I am GRATEFUL. Would enthusiastically recommend!

A good, clean AutoZone that has plenty of room for social distancing and still does a good job of personal service. My go-to store for parts and tools.

Correctly identifies parts

Met at the door by an employee named Seth, who displayed the utmost professionalism and promptness. I am always worried (as a female) that auto workers will be condescending and assume I know nothing, but Seth was respectful and kind throughout our interaction and even offered extra advice. Ill be back!

Great customer service. Went in to get some RV anti freeze but had trouble finding it. The associate (who sadly I didnt get his name) went with me to find it but we had trouble locating it. As I was about to walk out the door he had ended up finding it and came running over with it. Great service!

My car battery died and I had AAA jump it. He explained that my car would not start again. I took my car to autozone and they had the battery in stock, but said they could not install it because it was to labor intensive and would take half an hour. I then drove down to advanced auto parts, they had the battery for cheaper and installed it in 5 minutes. Dont go here. Drive 2 minutes more down east state and go to advanced auto parts.

Their here for when rockauto isnt an option. Over priced just like any other brick and mortar parts store..

Decent prices. Staff is helpful. They always seem busy and its sometimes hard to get assistance because everyones tied up, but when you do get help the staff is friendly and willing to be of service

I came in yesterday unsure if I needed a new battery or not. Jake came out and tested it for me and ultimately wound up putting in a new battery for me. He knew I was in a bit of a time crunch and was quick to get me back on the road. Couldn’t thank him enough for everything!

Helpful staff and convenient location on East State Street. However, I have had two situations where I have ordered something from here. When I have gone to pick up the part it was the wrong part or when I ordered two of something they only had one. You might want to call and confirm before wasting your time. In their defense, when they make a mistake they try to fix it.

They will lose your stuff then hang up on you!

Ive always received great customer service from the employees of AutoZone.

A good place but usually a waiting line, only the higher staff work harder it seems, but a decent place nonetheless.

Always have exactly what I need

All things considered, such as location, selection, hours, pricing, and staff members, the best autoparts store in Athens. They do have a lot of the usual stuff youd expect (water pumps, fuel filters, lights, etc. etc.) and if it is a wierd thing they can usually get it within a 24 hour period. It can get busy at times, and their prices are a bit higher than Walmart for consumables like oil, filters, connectors, etc. but for one-stop auto shopping this is the place.

They staff is very helpful and if they dont have it they try to get it for you or where you can get it

Well, I ordered and paid for an item yesterday, it was to be ordered and I arranged to pick it up after work today.I arrived as planned and no item. Had never been ordered and yet I prepaid. This is a 20 mile round trip for me. Certainly not convenient.
