Had a great experience last wed.. looked over my ac ..charges it great rates... But today is one week later and my ac wont blow cold anymore.. and now one will answer the phone

I had my speakers replaced and sub/amp serviced on my first visit, they did an excellent job. I was so pleased with their professionalism, customer service, and value that I went back within the week and upgraded my radio head unit. Again, I couldnt be happier with the products and services offered here and their staff couldnt get any better. I will go here for all of my future car audio/accessory needs in the future.

They ignore you when you first come in. Its almost impossible to get an inspection because its all so chaotic. Serving people who show up after another whos been waiting for a while isnt cool at all, yall.

Rented a uhaul truck from this gentleman. I can honestly say this was the best uhaul experience Ive ever had. Cleanest truck weve ever used. Well maintained. Service was quick and drop off was super easy. Felt safe leaving our vehicle for the day . He also has an amazing stock of off road vehicles in his store. Will be a return customer.

Friendly service. I take my company truck there for the last 3 years. Always, Friendly and they service all kinds of 4-wheelers. Also, have top of the lineccar stereo systems. And they install as well.

Was given the run around for two weeks on when my quad would be repaired. Price for repair increased every time I called to check in on the status, and was never called back when they said they would. Would not give a definitive price on parts when I asked for a breakdown on why they were charging so much.

Went for a state inspection, and was told that I had to install a third break light on my truck to pass inspection. I informed them it never had one and was told someone took it off and filled the holes, removed the wiring and did a ton of body work to make it disappear. Sad to have people like that trying to take advantage of hard working Americans. Took it the another shop, and passed with no problems.

This place is the only place in town that carries the special sized and type of tires my vehicle needs. The parking at this location is terrible. They simply dont have much space. Overall the service there is ok sometimes Ive been there were better than others. They usually have a lot going on and there are a lot of people coming and going.

When your door says that you open on Sunday at 10:15 AM and you’re not open there’s a problem. There were eight people out here waiting for you to open and no one showed up it’s 11:02 AM now and still nobody. Also, there’s no sign stating that you’re going to be closed. Signed, upset former customer.

Very kind people. With a wide range of products and services. As well as an excellent tire repair service. One of the only places in Athens that will do flat repair, without trying to sell you a new tire.

Dont know what kind of scam these people are running. Go in and ask a simple question to the person who I assume is the owner (about something I was about to pay for). He starts panicking, slamming things, cussing and getting irate. Excellent customer service. This place is a joke. The other reviews around here about this guy are not coincidences.

When I lived in the area I ALWAYS came here to purchase tires or basically anything short of major repairs on my car. It is family owned and operated. Being a single woman I NEVER felt like they cheated me at all. I tell them what I am looking for and they would show me the choices. I made the decision and not once did they try to upsale me. Not to mention the fact that they always seemed to appreciate my business.

Mechanics broke dipstick. They dont want to replace it. $59.53. I paid over $450. If your mechanic wasnt drunk. He could have told u price he gave me.

Dealt with the Owner who was very rude and called me a liar then tried to turn it around with the representative we were speaking with. Had a flat tire on a loaded car hauler through Uhaul and called this store (was 2 blocks away and this place is also an authorized dealer for Uhaul) while also on the phone with Uhaul Roadside Assistance. Roadside had directed us to check if this site had a trailer to switch us out with or a tire to replace. Was told it was not true by the person on the phone and when I relayed this to roadside they then requested the persons name and number. The person on phone informed me he was the owner and his name was Singh and then he hung up on me. All this after I specifically asked him to please wait so I could find out from Roadside what they needed us to do. I can understand there may be limitations due to their contract as he mentioned they could not change tire, but there is still the expectation of customer service when operating any business and this person could have cared less. Roadside was atleast very helpful and thankfully did everything they could to get us taken care of.See comment below for more proof of great customer.

I came here on a regular basis to buy parts and accessories that I put on my trucks myself. And if thats what you want- to buy parts that you will install yourself- then this place is ok. If you plan on having them do ANYTHING mechanical to your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE!. I brought them my truck on a Thursday at 8 am, which was when i was told by the mechanic AJ to bring it in and that they would have it done that day. It was nothing but a leveling kit. Its something that I can and have done on my own in my driveway in about 3 1/2 hours. But that day I was moving to a new house and just figured itd be easier to have them do it while I used my other truck to move. Later that day I drove by and they had not even started on it. So I called at which point AJ told me the first of many lies by saying that he wasnt gonna be able to get to it today but that he would have it done for sure by tomorrow at noon. I work on an oil rig in west Texas and told him that I had to be at work at 8 PM the following day so that i needed it for sure by noon so that i could at least possibly be close to making it on time. He guaranteed me and gave me his word it would be done by noon the next day, which is Friday. I had rented a u-haul trailer from their buisness next door to help with moving, so I returned it at about 9:30 the next morning after moving everything all night with just one truck. So then the guy at the desk, I believe hes Singhs son, tells me that it will be done for sure that afternoon even though they still had not even started on it. Another lie. So next day comes, about 12:30, nobody has called me so I drive by and my truck has not only not been worked on at all, but theyve moved it to the parking lot next door where the u-haul buisness is. So I called. AJ the mechanic once again lies to me and said man, just give me one more day. And I said i was now missing work time because of their procrastination but that I would give him another day if he could give me his word as a man that it would be done by noon the NEXT day. He promised and gave me his word. Another lie by AJ. So I drive by today about 10 am and it is still parked next door, not started on, with a dead vehicle parked behind itYou cant do a leveling kit in 2 hours, idgaf who you are. So I went in and demanded my keys. They didnt apologize or offer any explanation for all the lies, just handed me my keys. Then they went over to move the truck that was behind mine so I could get out and couldnt find the right key. So they jammed it in neutral and pushed it out of the way so I could get out. So they had my truck almost 3 days, didnt touch it. Gave me their word 3 separate times on a finish point and had not even begun to work on it any of those times. Horrible customer service, horrible horrible mechanic named AJ, dont believe a word that comes out of his mouth, horrible organization (none at all actually.) Again, its a decent place to wall in and buy stuff that youre gonna put on on your own. But never, ever take them anything to work on. Huge f****ng headache and nothing but lies. I have nothing bad to say about Singh personally because he doesnt handle the mechanical side, AJ does. But its a mess up there as fast as that goes.
