Dylan Harper, was incredible. He was so persistent in getting me what I wanted & needed. I’ve never had better costumer service in my life. He did absolutely everything in his power to help me. Without a doubt dylan is the hardest working Verizon worker. I had to go to three Verizon stores today & as soon as I came here he helped with all the stress of the day already by making sure I was taken care of. Not only did he take care of me but also sold to the other person with me, great salesman, very helpful, & dedicated. He did more then he had to to help me. I am forever grateful. As a business women who needs her phone, i was very impressed.
I needed help setting up my new phone and Tyler helped me out. Showed me how to go to my Gmail account. He even put a screen protector on that the other Verizon store on 250 denied putting one on for me. When they said they would. I give Tyler 5 stars for being so polite and helpful. Michael redeemed my bad experience at this Verizon location. He sold my my Galaxy S21 Plus. When I had questions, I tried to call the toll free number and received absolutely no help. I then returned to the store and Michael was not there that day. The store manager was unfriendly and seemed very disinterested in helping me or answering my questions. I was told repeatedly, theres nothing I can do about it. And was basically ignored until I left the store. I went back on a day when Michael was there, he listened to the problems that I had, came up with a solution, and fixed it within 15 minutes. I cant say that I suggest this location, but I will recommend Michael. He is located at the Ashland Road store in Mansfield. I believe it is worth the trip if youre from the Ashland area. Thanks again Michael.

The guy who helped me was fantastic, he was even new to the company but he was great, . But the acting manager is very very rude, and he lied straight to my face and did not let my 5 year old daughter use the bathroom, and we spent over $2k on update and spent over 2 hours there.

This location has great staff with excellent customer service skills. If there is something they don’t know instead of making promises or telling lies, they contact the appropriate people through the appropriate channels and they find the answer! They transfer contacts, activate phones, and teach people how to use their devices. When I bought my phones they explained in detail all my billing information and was spot on with all my estimates when my first bill appeared! Seeing as to how I’m a veteran Verizon person myself, I have to say, the service is quality here! And the reviews from everyone else says just that! Thanks Bryce and Braden!

This store is a rip off. My husband uses his phone for business and needs to have it working where ever be goes. The store would not guarantee my husbands phone past 14 days. My husband purchased a new phone before vacation and the charging port was bad and they would not replace the phone. He talked to Verizon on the phone and they would mail him a phone if he pays off the bad phone first. If your phone goes bad, you still have to pay for it if you are past 14 days, before you can get another phone. Do not buy your phones at this business. The service is poor and Verizon rips you off. I am glad that I purchased my phone at Sams Club out of state. I received a much better deal and my phone works!

I had some technical problems with a Apple Watch. I went to this store to see If I could get help. The associate (Andrew) was very patient with me and was able to trouble shoot and solve my problem. I can highly recommend this store and especially Andrew with your wireless needs.

Being a student at the local university with no car the location was great with a 20 minute walk. My Sony Z3V stopped working and I needed a phone fast. When I entered I was greeted by Brandon who was so helpful and patient. The phone selection although limited had phones ranging in prices from $5 to $30+ a month with contract so there is something for everyone. I loved that no one was forcing some kind of bundle on me or some needless fee. They gave me what I needed and was out within an hour which I wish the corporate stores would do. Best service Ive had at Verizon.
