I really like Cricket. For switching my cell number over, I was able to get my smartphone for free, paying just the $25 activation fee and paying for the service (which is really reasonably priced!). Ive had pretty good service. I havent found many dead spots, the worst Ive had is around the mohican area, but I havent found many dead spots anywhere else. Id say Cricket has more value than Verizon.

Came to this location on 10-01-2019. They were suppose to open at 10 in the morning. It was around 10:30 when I got here and they still werent open. Waiting until 11:15 and still arent open. Kind of sucks when you need to pay your phone bill

Store had only one phone we wanted. Clerk ordered the second phone from another store. Clerk called later and said she could hold the two phones for us for 24 hours. Price was $129 each. When we arrived at the store the next day, price still said $129 on phone ad. Rude incompetent clerk and rude incompetent manager tried to charge us $149 each. Completely unwilling to negotiate. TERRIBLE customer service. Visit another cricket store to do business.
