I spent about an hour in the store and left without a new phone...but I bought 6 accessories for 50% off and worked with a fantastic sales rep!!! I am pretty sure his name was Zeke. He was very knowledgeable and tried so hard to find me a great deal that I ordered online and saved $800!!! I will definitely go to the store in the future rather than to Best Buy like I did the past. Thank you for excellent Customer Service, a very nice store and top of the industry products..

Despite the long wait to be attended, we were treated very well by Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to be looking out for his customers. If his boss is reading this, I certainly hope he considers an extra bonus or a raise.

I love this location. Taller tan gent was amazing from the moment I walked in all the way until I left . Every good comes with a bad unfortunately. the girl with the nose ring is not friendly. She complained about her coworkers right in front of everyone I’m standing there in shock. You can really tell she just doesn’t like her job!!! I give the store a 5 because I’ve never had issues at all and still haven’t but I personally think she needs a different job or learn to love the one she has before it becomes a job that she had.

The young man that was in there on February 18 2021 should get a promotion or a raise or something. Im a Verizon customer and was actually at the dentist right beside there office, unfortunately I goofed and left my lights on and killed my battery. The young lady at the dentist office who did my cleaning her and her boyfriend came to help me but had no cables . I poped my head in next door to see if maybe someone there at the Verizon store may have a set. This young man came out and helped me . I asked if he was a manager he said no . But he was so kind to help that I want his boss to know that they have a very good employee there I am also going to be talking to the people at the dentist office for the help that the young lady also gave me there . There is still good people who do take care of the customer even when they are not the customer . Thank you so much 🥰.

Have been going here for about 6 years usually have a positive experience. This time it wasn’t. The same tech helped me pre order a new phone and then a week later trade in my old phone. She wasn’t very attentive or consistent. She didn’t look at me when she was talking made it hard to understand her. Plus the high five to other techs when I was trying to ask her questions wasn’t very helpful. While trying to look at accessories with her she walked away right when I was trying to ask questions. Plus her phone trade in instructions and promises changed from one week to the next. Then I had to remove a $17 insurance fee I never asked for that was added on my first visit.

The associates were wonderful but the no mask no entry is not always good idea. Elderly people such as my father have trouble breathing and get winded. Could cause someone to collapse in store which could cause further issues

I typically go to the Ontario store they do a good job. They were closed so I was force to travel to Ashland. Then when I arrived I was greeted by a more than professional Manager his name was Gary very polite and made sure it wasnt a wasted trip. This store works of appointment only which I think is a great idea coming from someone who loves to have his time respected. He answered all of my questions then he got me and then the experience got even better with Samantha . Its safe to say that Ashland is my new store thank you Verizon for setting a standard with customer service A+++ 10/10

Recently had to visit the store because we were upgrading two lines on our family plan to smartphones and didnt feel comfortable making the change online. It took awhile to be helped, but we also didnt go in expecting to be served immediately. While we waited, one of the workers brought out some devices for us to look at (as we were also upgrading a basic phone), so it was nice to get that out of the way first.Mallory went above and beyond helping us - bringing out a bunch of cases and pop sockets as well as setting up the Apple accounts for the two new phones. The whole process went as smoothly as it could and while I still prefer online transactions, it was an overall pleasant experience.

Always a wait to talk to someone, always seems like different sales representative every time I stop there. Better service at the Mansfield store. And have found if you buy on line or over the phone, you get a pick up text message when your order is ready.. That was great.. 5 min visit to get my new phone. Ashland store was out of stock. I will use the on line sales next time as well, faster, and you still get to talk to a live person..over the phone.. worked well for me..

This location is good for those who have time to kill and no plans. I went several times and was there 2 or more hours. I’ve had issues with a product and not told the complete truth about it which cost me greatly in data overage. Most of the staff is friendly though but I’ve taken my business to the Claremont Ave location which is hands down 5 star on service.

The phone and customer service is fine, but I just switched to Cricket and like it way better. My family pays less having smart phones with Cricket than we paid having basic phones with Verizon. Verizon does have quality, but its too expensive, and definitely isnt the only carrier with quality so prices shouldnt be so high.

In store for approx 15 minutes. 5 or 6 customers in store and 5 or6 staff. No one being helped. Staff in back and 3 behind counter, NOT taking care of your customers. I did not have an additional 15 or 30 minutes just to move up the que. Take care of your customers!

They were extremely helpful in terms of helping me choose which type of phone is for me. A great thing about this store is their employee. The employees at the Ashland Verizon store dont pressure you into a phone and they do not rush you along which causes the whole experience to be totally stress free.

Well if you have a friend that works there you can get service really fast. I had 3 or 4 people in front of me. I guy comes in behind me and 1 other couple. We are waiting now I have been there probably 20 or so minutes. The representative called the guy right up. 2 people In front of me yet then me and the couple in front of him but he gets waited on . Will never go back to this one again. Hell of it have been a Verizon Customer for 23 years but have never had this happen before

Long story. Days of frustration. My daughter was unable to activate her new iphone (purchased from Apple, not Verizon). We went to this store expecting the worst. We waited less than 5 minutes, and told Luke he had the opportunity to renew our faith in humanity. He was pleasant and personable - and accepted our challenge. He had us explain what was going on; looked up the account and found the problem with the account that was preventing the activation. He fixed the account issue, completed the activation of the phone and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The experience was unexpectedly fantastic, and faith was restored - and then some. Thanks, Luke, for your help, your humor, and your ability to do your job in a manner which probably kept 4 accounts from being transferred to the competition.

Brought in my phone, it wasnt charging properly. After a short wait, a rep tried it on a different charger. It worked fine. She said bring in your old charger and we will replace it with a new one since it was under warranty. The next week I did just that. there was apparently nothing in the notes when I went and they couldnt find anything on it so they sent me on my way without anything. This is typical Verizon.

This is the first time Ive tried this store. In the past 5 years it is absolutely the best service Ive had with Verizon, and Ive dealt with several stores and cooperate. Shaleigh was amazing! Shes an extremely hard worker and very knowledgeable about the products, services and billing. Will also assisted in the setup, transfer of data and application of my phone protection. Fast service, and no Hassel. Trust me this is an amazing store! Dont bother going anywhere else. I personally dont tend to leave reviews but these guys more than earned it.

Employees lie to make sales. Screwed my family and I out of upgrading by 1.5 weeks. Then wanted to charge us crazy amounts of money to return phones and re purchase them. I have been a verizon customer for over 10 years, never had an issue and they were always helpful until now. They admitted to making a mistake and still wanted to charge me to fix it. Going to sprint in the coming days to switch over to a new provider. I will never use verizon again, and I will bad mouth them every chance I get to people.

I have been to this store on 4 different occasions and consistently received poor service. It is the closest store to me, but have finally decided I have had enough and should go to the further one on Claremont Ave. in town. 1st time, I had to wait forever to see a representative (15-20 minutes), but the salesman did find a after a phone I liked (smart phone with long battery life). I encountered 2 problems upon leaving the store. 1.) Specifically asked them to charge only my phone number account on a shared phone plan and they had charged the primary plan holder (not me). 2.) They sold me an expensive Otterbox that did not work with my phone. After 2 weeks of swiping I was having trouble and the reason was the clear plastic on the Otterbox was too thick however it was past their return policy time. 2nd trip, I returned to the store to adjust the charge to the primary phone account holder to my my phone number. They argued with me and said that it could not be done and refused to do it. So rather than continue arguing and having the primary account holder mad at me I paid the phone off with my credit card. 3rd trip, I had lost my phone charger and needed it for a 7 day trip on vacation to a foreign country. I had no wait (in and out in 5 minutes) and they seemed 100% certain they gave me the correct charger. Overseas, I discovered it did NOT work. 4th and FINAL trip, I went to return the bad phone charger within 30 days, but was reminded about their 14 day policy, but they agreed to trade it in. They look and again tell me, No thats the right charger for your phone. I insisted it didnt work and told them to try it and prove me wrong. Redhead tries it and it does NOT work. I say see told you so. She gets mad and starts taking tweezers to my phone. I told her to stop, but she insisted my phone port was dirty with lint. I had tried 2 other chargers with my phone which charged my phone with no problems. Lint was NOT the issue, but she was mad I had shown her up. I tell her and the other associate, I am not sure why I keep coming to this store. She some how slightly bent my port card on my phone so that the stupid Verizon charger did start working. She says, See it works! Dont tell me how to do my job! Well your job is to work with customers who are sometimes angry and not make them more angry by arguing with them. If you hate your job you should quit or find a better job.

Terrible place. Everything they told us about our transaction was a lie. We have had to pay over $800 in undisclosed charges. The additional $400 cash we paid in-store has somehow not been applied to our account even though we have a receipt. The free jet pack they sold us is costing us yet more monthly fees. The people running this store are not honest and should not be trusted.

So today i went to Verizon to help my son return 2 of 3 tablets... however due to complications all 3 were returned... long story short he misunderstood the additional terms nor were they explained to the additional fees that would be expected... young kids starting out thinking they would surprise and be kind to his grandma and mom.. after i explained to the salesman which was the same one that waited on the young adults, my son, that when anyone looks to buy 3 tablets he might want to make sure they see or understand the additional expenses however we did return them which took over an hour and the manager through all wasnt any help until we left where she decided then to smile after me stating she didnt have much of a personality.. and we left before things were straighten out with trusting they would get things corrected and call as they did call. However they had to do a credit rather than refund but thats when thing turned.. i push hang up on my phone but it didnt shut off and this manager.. Janette and her team proceeded to make rude comments an w bad language (f word) how dumb people are and commented our name with a few otherthings being said... this has been a bad year working w Verizon as ive had bad luck with my business account.. however i was restoring my trust with this store as Adam and Trish are awesome however customer service stops w them and i would never recommend especial after hearing the sunday manager Jannette and her team.. kids need to learn things and the lesson my kids learned may have been crazy to your staff but keep it professional and make sure you hang up the phone before you bash the customers..

My mother upgraded her phone and purchased a load of accessories from this location. The representative helping her pushed her out the door so fast that he didnt even OPEN THE BOX OR TURN ON THE PHONE. My mom spent hours figuring out how to activate the phone and transfer her information from her previous device on her own. Not only that, but she purchased a glass screen protector that the rep DID NOT INSTALL... another afternoon spent learning how to do so. The one star comes from the fact that I am a sales rep for Sprint and this low level of treatment comes down to the simple fact of laziness. A paying customer of 10+ year tenure deserves platinum service. Just because she turned down your free HUM or tablet doesnt mean she gets treated like a nobody. With service like this, she should have purchased online.
