I recently moved to a different county and called Ashland County AAA to let them know. They were very courteous, kind, and helpful. They called my current county residence while I was still on the line and switched everything over. Thank you!!!

Was so sad to hear our local AAA office in Mt.Vernon Ohio had closed due to the Pandemic. However I would like to extend my joy in knowing that Ashlands AAA office has the same home town feeling I am so use to. Special Thank You to Jody who made my experience, exceptional and personal.

Just went in to get AAA plus, the lady who helped me went above and beyond to help in any way she could! She was having problems with her printer, she didnt let that phase her or her attitude. Aways kind and smiling. The other lady who wasnt working with me....not so much, she was having a tough day. I recommend going there ..

Easier to get through in Ashland...they sont like answering phones here!
