Ive never had better costumer service! If you are anywhere near Ashland, MA and need body work Mikes Collison is 100% where to go. Mike works hard to provide to the customer what he promised, and even more. Everyone at Mikes Collision proves they care about the customer first.  There were constant updates on where my car was in the process. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me. When I received my car back, it looked amazing! They did a great job with the paint match and everything. I would 100% return if I need more work done again. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Great service, mike and Ange went out of there way to complete my difficult insurance claim, and paperwork trail. Was very helpful with getting me my hertz rental, and did great work to my truck, the shop is out of the way for me 1hr drive, but was worth the trip, would go there again for services, was recommended to me by NALA equipment who sells great trucks, very happy have my truck back and looking perfect again 👍🏻

Came in for an inspection check, the front manager was professional and kind, the other man in the front was just as great. I sadly did not catch many names but the man with the harley tattoos was a great character. All in all it was quick, professional, and a great service. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely great experience with Mikess collision. They fixed fender bender on my Mercedes GLK.First of all I really liked that they took care of all negotiation and paperwork with insurance company. I literally didnt make a single phone call.Work itself is done very professionally - car looks like new! All minor issues like trim scratches, rims rash etc - all fixed.Special thanks to Mike and his team for all the extra work they did for me: Inspection sticker, turn signals fix and car detailing!I usually dont write reviews, but this time Im really impressed with the service!If there was an option to give them 10 stars - Id do it. I have used Mikes Collision a couple of times. The first time was a few years ago when my Honda Pilot had a little fender bender. Mike and his team did impeccable work at a reasonable price. Recently, my car (different car) got rear-ended and I had it towed to his lot as it was undriveable. Mike and his team worked directly with the insurance company to evaluate options for the vehicle. In the end it was totaled by the insurance company, but Im grateful for Mikes honest, expert opinion and all of the work he and his team put in to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Mikes Collision.

I took my car to Mikes collision for repair when I met with accident( hit a tree head on while trying to avoid collision with stopped in the middle of the road during snow day in Jan 2020). Only reason I went there is proximity of the shop and few online reviews.Met with Melanie and Mike and trusted them and signed the documents with out second thoughts. They explained me the options and the process. Even though the option I chose (due to my own personal reasons) is not in the best one, they proceeded with it, with out forcing me to other options.They took care of everything with insurance and repair of the car. When I got back my car I was surprised the work done. It’s perfect.Thanks to Mike and Melanie. I trust them I recommend them.( I’m writing this after 4 months.. my car is still good :)

Highly recommend! I can barely tell a steering wheel from a radio dial so I was very nervous when I needed repair work done. They took care of everything for me and I could not be happier with the results. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car! Definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

I took my car to mikes not knowing what the outcome of my situation was going to be. The car ended up being completely totaled and mike’s took it upon themselves to help me through the whole process free of charge and negotiate with my insurance to get as much money for my car as possible. They did a great job and got me more money than I paid for the car originally thanks to Melanie, the office manager working at the front desk. Mike and Melanie were very helpful when I had an unfortunate situation with a new-to-me car. I found Mike honest about what the work might entail, and appreciated how he helped me weigh the options. He spoke knowledgeably and realistically about the car and the problem that had occurred, which I appreciated greatly in going forward with a decision to repair or not. In a word, these guys are GREAT!! Melanie, Office Manager, was especially helpful in getting me the type of rental car I needed (accident was other drivers fault so his insurance paid for my rental and his insurance was not initially very cooperative with me). Even had the rental delivered to Mikes so I could just drive it home after dropping off my car and left it at Mikes when I picked up my car. And the work is also perfect. My car has never looked better. They even detailed it right before I picked it up. Again, GREAT body shop!!

This has been by far the best experience I have ever encountered with a Collision Repair facility. Melanie went to bat for me against the insurance companies which tried to lowball me with cheap aftermarket parts for my Mercedes. Melanie got them to not only accept OEM parts from Germany but also got them to waive my deductible. Mike and his team then followed through with care and precision. Car looks just like the day I got her off the showroom floor. The repair took longer than anticipated due to additional findings. Rental ran out but Mike and his team were still able to take care of me and my family. They managed to find another rental for me at no cost. Truly grateful for their care and the quality of their workmanship. Thank you all at Mikes Collision. Youre the best.
