Phillips got me in quickly and did an excellent job replacing my front and rear brakes and rotors, and a headlight replacement. Great customer service, great work, quick turnaround, and a great price. I found a new go-to business for my automotive needs.

I went today as a referral from a friend and they were wonderful!! It was a simple minor problem with my car and they took it right in and had it fixed in 10-15 min and was fairly priced. I was very happy with my service. Thank you... I will be going back!!

One of the worst places

Mike and his staff truly went above and beyond on my wifes Toyota. They dealt with hard to find parts and difficult insurance like champs. They were always pleasant and easy to deal with. Her car came back in better shape than it was before the accident.

Extremely Rude ! Will never go back or recommend ! Tall dark haired young guy started raising his voice and said how many estimates do you need ? ( this was my second estimate, doesnt insurance require 2 or 3 ? ) He than told me I was wasting his time I said ok, sorry, Ill go somewhere else he RUDELY told me Thank you, I dont have time for this. my other est. Was $2200.00 !P.S. IT WONT LET ME POST WITHOUT A STAR !!!! But they dont deserve it !!!!

We took our 2009 Toyota Camry here after a minor collision on the front end near the left headlight. It took the place weeks to figure up the details. After the car was fixed we continually had to take the car back and to this day, the front end pops out of place, and was never properly aligned. Poor experience here, and I would not recommend this place. I will not be returning.

Hit a deer, most damage under the car but hood was impacted as was the grill, they did the absolute min required, had to call the very next day after picking the car up--NEARLY A WEEK LATE---was leaking transmission fluid---I had told them that at the onset---that I believed it had effected the tranny----also when I got the car back---sounded much like the front end was going to fall out from under the car---took back total of 3 times---I was told when I picked up car---they were giving me back the cost of a allignment---because their mechanic was off ill---never dawned on me--they didnt have anyone to fix what went wrong under the car---but I learned a 700.00 lesson- there were suspension items found to be broken---from the force of the impact---dont use PHILLILPS BODY SHOP----oh and now----there is moisture in my headlight---on the side of the impact----I wont bother to take back to them---they would not fix it----VERY BAD SERVICE--
