The ladies in this store were highly unhelpful with the fall fragrances. I got to my car, called the Asheville Mall store, and those employees were beyond amazing and went above and beyond.

Kyleigh is a rockstar! All of the employees were great, but she went above and beyond- not just with me but with everyone that walked in the door. Her customer service skills were amazing and she was so knowledgeable about the product. I came in looking for 2 scents to find out they no longer sell them (kaleidoscope and comfort), but Kyleigh suggested several scents to me that she felt would be similar, even mentioning the notes that they had in common with what I was looking for, spraying scent cards for me, bringing me alternatives from around the store, and all without being pushy or making me feel like I was being sold to whatsoever. I walked out with more than I had even planned to purchase, and feeling happy about what I chose and my experience there. There are some qualities in an employee that just cannot be taught, such as the ability to connect with a customer and strong initiative. Unfortunately it’s rare to see these days. All this to say that I hope this girl gets a promotion, or at least a raise- she deserves it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Bath and Body works has always been a favorite store of mine. Recently moved to the area and decided to stop by. This store is not super big but offers pretty much everything you could need. I had the pleasure of meeting Cody who helped me shop for me and my two girls. This was the best shopping experience I have ever had. He made me feel so welcome and comfortable while I was in the store. Him and the other associates were so friendly compared to other stores I’ve shopped in lately. He helped me get some lotion for my daughters and I as well as a couple candles and wallflowers. If you haven’t been to this store you really need to stop in! Only Bath and Body I’ll be shopping in now!

I went there today and the woman at the counter was very helpful! I had two coupons I wanted to use, but didnt realize they werent valid until this coming Monday. I was kind of bummed, but then she informed us that there is a current coupon that lets you buy one free item with a $10 dollar purchase. She told my mother and I where to find it but my mother refused to look on her phone so I was kind of SOL. She then told us she had the coupon with her and that we could use it, so I was still able to get what I wanted! Didnt get her name, though! Very good customer service from her! We were in there around 12:30 or so and she was the only one behind the counter :)

Always good, this time was kinda pushy but still bought some good stuff for family

Extreamly rude service. I had to wait for the woman to come up front from the back. Then she wouldnt honor my coupon because I had a code and not the part to scan. My problem was not that she wouldnt honor my coupon so much as she was rude and embarrassing me in front of other customers. I spend $60 at this store and would have returned it all if I didnt love the product so much.

Why the register can’t scan the rewards app? This is why I usually come, to redeem them. The employee wasn’t helpful at all actually a little bit rude.

A salesperson loudly accused me of stealing something and demanded to go through my bag.. which I let her. Of course, there was nothing in there, so she said she was sorry very quietly and walked away. It was so embarrassing. I am still confused why she would have even accused me in the first place, I had just walked in and hadnt touched anything at all, much less pick something up and attempt to walk off.
