Went in for an appt. book and was immediately assisted by an asdociate named Jesse. They didnt have any in stock and it was uncertain they would carry them again, so Jesse offered to call the other store for me. I sincerely appreciated this exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this location for excellent customer service.

Jessi (jessy? Jessie?) I’m not sure of how to spell it however I do know that he is excellent at knowing his color wheel. where the hair color chart should go on your yellow or red hues. if you ask him he will also be able to guide you towards the right color for a long lasting color and condition of your hair. let me tell you my hair it turned out to the most perfect blue I have no green shades even with my bad bleach job. I have nothing in my hair that I didn’t ask for and I love every part of it and I will be back by to show him the color of it shortly however he nailed the color and he knows what he’s talking about if you can find him he will fix your problems

Sales associates are both so nice and helpful. They have a lot of knowledge about products and even showed me some new ones... But they dont pressure you to buy things. Especially if they dont help and arent necessary. As Im blonde and want to maintain a white blonde, IWill DEF be going back as my regular store.

Wonderful store! Very clean! Well organized! The store manager is very helpful and her employees are always smiling and seemingly happy to be there. What a great store and a great team. They almost always have my products and if the dont they always order them for me and call me as soon as they get them.

Voicemail at the store and Google both say the store opens at 11 AM on Sundays, yet doors are locked and an associate told another customer that they don’t open until 12. It isn’t difficult to update voicemail and/or Google and/or put a sign on the door. Not the associate’s fault but Sally’s ownership should seek to rectify this.

OK, Sally Beauty is a nationwide chain, what they have is the pretty much the same no matter what store you go to. The difference is the employees and their customer service (or lack of it). Last night my teenage daughter asked me to take her to get some blue hair dye, of course later in the evening, because everyone knows there is no better time to dye your hair than on a whim at night. So we rush out because we can just make it to Sallys on Patton before they close. We get there with 5 minutes to spare, but the door is locked and the 2 employees inside refuse to open it, even though technically they are supposed to still be open. They tell us to go to the other Sally on the other side of town because they are still open. OK, thats not cool, but not worth a bad review.We go to the other store on the other side of town. The cashier is awesome and helpful and also has blue hair so gives us some recommendations even though she is very busy. She tells us to not to be afraid to try and product in the store because Sallys has a money-back guarantee if you dont like it, even if you used the whole thing. So, we bought 2 different colors and felt good about trying them. Unfortunately, they didnt work correctly on my daughters hair since it wasnt pre-bleached. We decided to bring them back to the Sally on Patton since it is much closer to our house.The cashier looked at the tubes and said you used more than a strand test out of these. Im not going to give your money back. Its against company policy. We explained what the other cashier had told us last night. She told us to take it back to the other Sally store then. We read the back of the receipt. It says you can bring the product back if you dont love it, and strand test is recommended but not the determining factor. We drove all the way across town to the other Sally store again. We walked in and were given a refund, no problem. Super helpful again.So, my recommendation: avoid Sally Beauty on Patton, go to the one on River Ridge instead. I know I will. (If you are the manager of these stores, my recommendation is to give that blue-haired cashier at River Ridge a promotion and give the cashiers on Patton a warning and send them to a class on customer service, or send them packing.)

Can’t rave enough about their staff. Always been helpful about being brave enough to color my own hair. Tried bleaching it myself today, and their employee jewel made me feel confident doing it myself and got me the right products. Thanks!

I usually have an excellent experience at Sallys but today was not the case. I asked one of the staff if they carried a brand that I was looking for. She ignored me at first and I had to ask again. Her response was very short and rude. I walked out and will not be back to this particular Sallys again. I would rather drive further for politeness. I work in retail and we do not treat our customers the way she did me.

I was quite disturb with how the CSR treated me at check out. My transaction was complete. Waiting for receipt she took it out from the register and proceed to go to the other register next to the one were I was and handed it to the customer who apparently was having issues with her purchase. I was patiently waiting on my receipt. I spoke up saying that is my receipt. If she had been focus on her business and not somebodies else my experience would have been better. NO APOLOGY just a dirty look. Very sad!!

We pulled a box off of a low shelf (3 inches off the ground) and didnt get it. We accidentally left it right beside the shelf. The lady working there started yelling about how people need to put things where they came from. Very hateful and awkward.. We couldnt wait to get out of there.
