They got a dumb idiot also by the name of Dmitry that works in sales. Idiot picks up phone does not have a clue about Rayco Granning suspension or if they sell it ( i tell him Fleet Pride is the number one retailer of Rayco ) . I tell this man his job what he has to do and he fails even to follow directions or call back with price. Stupid dumb fak was provided part number lol all you do is call !!! and give it to Rayco, they tell you price... you mark it up 100% and call back. Simple. Must have been a Moldavian or Ukrainian, i refuse to believe Russians have such idiots.

Doing business with this company for years..never ever does the right parts come in after waiting days on them. Then down another 4 - 5 days waiting for the right part/s. Terrible customer service.
