Staff was not very friendly, engaging nor interested in my business as a new customer. I was able to get one of the products I went there for, but I also wanted to bring my lawn equipment to them for servicing. I inquired about their lawn maintenance service but was provided next to no information of what they offered and did not feel like spending time trying to get the guy who I was dealing with to talk to me and give me their service program details.

Great place to pick up any residential or commercial lawncare/tree equipment. Super friendly and knowledgeable. A wide variety of quality tools and products. They even carry a good supply of tree arborist gear which is a huge plus for me. Definitely swing by for any lawn or tree care needs.

Zach was very helpful with my Ferris zero turn purchase. He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and made the process quick and simple.

Guys at Service and Propane station were extremely helpful and kind. Had to get our saw serviced and get refills. I got there real close to closing time just before the holiday. They were so pleasant and didnt rush. I will be back!

Brevard Rd location never replied to 2 different text messages. Hendersonville replied in under 10 minutes.

Glad I bought a riding mower from them. Now I have a place to turn to if the Cub Cadet mower breaks down. Not sure that Home Depot or Lowes would provide the same level of service. Plus my Cub Cadet has a 3 year warranty compared to the 2 years offered by the box stores.

Not happy they close on Saturdays at 12 noon. Had to go to Home Depot to look at Cub Cadet equipment. The person we talked to couldnt have cared less if we bought anything or not. We then tried Tractor Supply which only sold Cub Cadet equipment. So, I took my businees to Lowes where I bought a new lawn tractor and a 3 year protection plan.You shouldnt take your business or customers for granted. Wont be doing business with you in the future either.

It took too long to get in a small part to fix my cub cadet and the employees got irrated at me checking in with them for two weeks.I felt that checking in daily was needed as Asheville had the part there all they hed to do in Franklin store was send for part from asheville

No pressure sales. Went above and beyond to make sure I would get what I needed.

I recently got to try the new Pro X Stand-On. Great machine!! My only concern with this was how my back and knees would hold up mowing with it all day. I was very impressed at how comfortable it was. I was not sore at all. This is a very comfortable ride!! The 3 stage adjustment allows anyone to find the right comfort zone!! If you have one I would suggest upgrading to this machine. If you are thinking about getting one I recommend this one!!

These guys and gal are always friendly and helpful when I stop in. The part we need for our winch is hard to find but they never stop looking until they find it. We are very appreciative for their services.

So I take my mower to get it fixed. I fully explained that it would start, run a minute, then die. I also told them to do preventative maintenance on the mower as well. I get my PUSH MOWER back with a bill of $259.00. They replaced the blade, air filter, plug etc. So I bite the bullet take my 15 mpg SUV to Asheville to get said mower as it’s a 55 mile drive ONE WAY. I’m so excited to get my mower unloaded and to use it! Wait. It runs about 15 seconds and dies. They never touched the mower. They did do the blade etc, but the real reason I took it there was the issue of not running. I will not be back. Ever. Save your money!!!!

We just purchased our second mower from this business and both times they were amazing! They have also done repairs on other equipment and each time it was completed in a timely manner with excellent customer service.The gentleman that helped us today was very kind and informative. I would highly recommend this business!

I worked for these guys for a while the previous late winter before I had to have shoulder surgery I witnessed Someone purchase a new saw & while guys were getting ready to fuel and make sure the saw operated properly Ron the owner was talking with people who purchased saw & after speaking with them Ron realized they would be better suited with a different saw, one that happened to be LESS EXPENSIVE than the one they had chosen! Good People!

This is a great place to do business. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and not annoyed by all of the questions and emails we exchanged. They met all of our home needs from leaf blower, weed eater, tiller, tractor, and accessories.They even serviced a very old chain saw I have which is near impossible to find parts for.We could not be more pleased with all of our purchases as they have all exceeded our expectations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful as we picked out each piece of equipment. It does pay to buy local and the support has been outstanding. You will get a better machine here than you will at the big box store. I purchased a lot more machine from 4X4 country at a great price. It is a shame they get negative posts over big box store purchases. Just shop here. These machines are no longer simple and these guys know their stuff.

Its the most expensive lawn mower repair in town! But they do a good job, and theyre honest about it. You wont go wrong, but it might cost a lot, if you bring your mower here for service.

I have bought 8 pieces of equipment from them and 2 for my Dad. They have always been straight up with their recommendations and never try to oversale, but get you what you need. The service department is excellent and they have always accommodated my time schedule when possible. First class organization. If you buy from a big box store, you get big box service - none. They hire professionals and not weekend warriors. I highly recommend this establishment.

These boys were great, I went down to buy a chainsaw and they hooked me up on the spot. There were plenty of options to spend as much as I wanted - but I was able to restrain myself.They seemed to also have a wide selection of Stihl trimmer tools along with the chainsaw selection. They also made it clear that since you were buying from them they can service your equipment as well.Ill be buying more tools from these guys in the future.

Ordered a carburetor, they said it would be there on Thursday. Thursday comes nothing..try calling several times on Friday no answer. I decide to go in to the store to see what the deal is...they hadnt even placed the order. Then on top of that., Of they ordered it Friday I wouldnt get until mid the next week.....Im loosing money...
