The guys here are absolutely fantastic! I started going here a couple years ago even Midas went under new management and tried upselling everything after I had created a great relationship with the crew. They lost our whole family worth of business and now we go to this Grease Monkey. They are super kind, and understanding. Dont try to upsell anything, showed me my cabin filter and said Dont let anyone fool you, this is a great filter and showed me how to trek if my air filter is bad! Even short staffed and busy, with two cars ahead of me, they got me out of there in less than an hour and were super pleasant. Thank you guys!

Nice people. But I didn’t end up getting work done there. I was told by a different grease monkey that this one had the ability to do tire rotations which they don’t.

Went in for a regular oil change before a road trip and was the only customer there at the time. They changed the oil quick. Problem is that they checked the transmission fluid and then DID NOT put the dipstick back in. So 10 minutes down the highway the car is smoking heavily and I pop the hood to find the dipstick not even close to being in. Now, I’ve got to top off the fluids and clean it because I don’t live near this location. When I called the manager acknowledged their fault and offered to clean it the next day, but I’ve got no time to got back and the damage is done. Surely there’s an SOP for this process that includes returning the dipstick to its correct position. Edit: it’s differential fluid and it’s very low

They wanted to up charge me 50$ for my rv that is a standard 5.4 v8 Ford on a E350 chassis and the same size as a pickup truck... did it myself for less then the up charge. I will never do business with them againI also did not like with my windows up can hear them yelling “it’s 50 more for anything they want” before I even pulled up

Took my car in to get an oil changed. Now it won’t stop leaking oil and they are taking this with zero sense of urgency. What a joke. Go elsewhere.

Grease monkey as always was perfect.

In and out faster than I could get settled in to wait. Identified all of the known issues (Id been tracking a few things until I could get it in for service) and provided good solutions to the issues.I could just be biased based on how bad the dealership service Ive been using was, but frankly it was just a great experience.

I came into this location at a time I felt was last minute, and almost rude. However, the staff here made sure to inform me once at my vehicle, and a second time shortly after, just inside at the service desk, that I was in no way being unreasonable and reassured me that they are open until the sign says. I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel pressured by anyone either. Lastly, I enjoyed some vanilla and chocolate complimentary cookies.

These guys are always the best! They always get my oil changes done like 10 15 mins. And they are all super friendly and nice. I tell everyone to come to this one.

Basic oil change for my Jeep with no upgrades despite being asked multiple times came out to 93.82. I usually go to brakes plus where I get a change for 35 dollars with high mileage oil. I highly recommend brakes plus and will be going there next time.

Great service from the staff here, it was easy to tell that they did know what they were doing checking the fluids and greasing the front end. Even got the windows cleaned and carpet vacuumed!

The place was nice and clean. It helps that the staff really assists with everything with the cars. Mind you it can get pricey there though.

I work at the Fantastic Sams in this same shopping center so the reason I initially came here was out of convenience. However, I keep coming back because the service is fast and excellent. I never have to return with problems after my car has been services, nor do I have to wait longer thatb15 minutes to be in and out. Everything is always done correctly and the staff is more than friendly and professional. Thank you for making my oil chang experience (something I hate doing and always put off lol) the best it can be.
