Well, they have done it again. Again, I have received thorough, personalized service from Chris and the guys at Best Auto Repair Experience. I called and told him what my car was doing and he told me what he figured was wrong but, I would have to bring it in to be sure. He was right. Glad to have my vehicle back SAFELY on the road.

The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, and an asset to the company. Also, they performed the repairs much faster than originally anticipated (4 days, versus the 10 they said it would take). And I believe the dents are gone, but its hard to tell...

Dont walk, RUN away! These guys are CROOKS. To be honest, these guys are lucky I didnt kick both of their arses. I spent all day fixing the car myself. Dont waste your time with these guys. You would be better off to fix yourself or not fix at all. They will lure you in with a cheap estimate then try to jack the price upon you. They will then use your vehicle because they cannot afford their own.

This place was AMAZING!!. A couple of their representatives came by and talked me through the whole process of repairing the hail damage on my vehicle step by step very professionally so I tried them out. They did everything the reps explained to me. They Met me at a rental car facility, where they got me into a rental on the date promised, which they also covered for me and that was awesome. Then we went over my vehicles damages and they took it to their shop and said they would do all the headache work with the insurance. About 2 weeks later they met back with me at the rental facility and swapped keys again. When I saw how good of a job that was done I was so happy ! You could not even tell my car has been through a hail storm. I would 100 percent go with these guys if you have any hail damage. They do all the work for you and they are very professional! I’ll surely see them again if I get stuck in another storm . Thanks guys !!!

I went to a few different shops for quotes and only United gave me one without pressuring me to keep my car their. I decided due to their smooth process to go ahead and have them fix the vehicle. The people here care immensely about their customers. 10 stars if I could.

Their attitude was that we should be grateful that they were even fixing our car because it was such a wreck. I would rather drive a dented-up car around for a year waiting to get into a real body shop than ever do business with this place again. Beware!

They also provided a rental vehicle free of charge, which was nice because I didnt have that with my insurance.

I would highly discourage anyone from using these guys. Communication was terrible and almost everything I was told was incorrect or misleading. And their service of providing a rental is a ploy to charge your insurance company exorbitant storage fees if they get your car totaled while ensuring that you dont take your business elsewhere after getting fed up with their inability to manage the process on their own.

This place was a nightmare from the first day. They would promise the car was going to be done and then it wasnt and we had to call them, they didnt call us to let us know it would be another week or whatever. They even wanted us to talk to their vendors to get updates on our car. They went back to our insurance TWICE for more money after telling us that they never do that.

After a lot of research I chose to let United fix my car. These reason why is I toured their facility and looked at them fixing vehicles. Their shop is top tier and so is their repair quality.

After getting multiple bids from different shops I decided to get the vehicle fixed with United. I expected a good repair I got an outstanding repair

I was told the repairs would take between 10-14 days total and they finished in about 11 days. Speedy, concise, and always have stellar communication.

I was hesitant to get my car fixed because I’ve never had hail damage fixed before and didn’t know what to expect. after the repair was complete I was thoroughly impressed and loved the results.

My car went in February 1st, they worked out the cost with my insurance company and told me they were going to start working. I get a call a few weeks later that my car is totaled. UHP told my insurance company that they needed another $5k to fix my car which pushed the cost to total it. Why wouldnt they check the value of a car before they start asking for more money? I told them that all I wanted was my windshield fixed and I didnt even care about the dents.

My insurance issued me a payment less deductible. I later bring my vehicle back for repairs and was presented a statement for less than the original estimate but was told I needed to pay over the actual cost of repairs! They have my keys and vehicle and tell me if I want my vehicle I have to pay more than the actual cost of repairs!!!

I needed a windshield and my insurance company wouldn’t cover it with the hail damage. So they were able to hook me up at cost minus installation with the insured these guys did above and beyond

If they claim that they can do every restoration, believe them! They are the masters of their field, and I cant find anyone more experienced and skilled other than them!

The car was returned to me in absolutely FIL THY condition. Its dirty as can be on the outside with dust, rain spatters, leaves, and even hunks and strings of dried adhesive that they didnt bother to clean off. Inside the car, there are also little pieces of debris all over the place. It also appears I have new scratches and damage both inside and out. Its minor stuff, but its damage that didnt exist before I brought my car into this shop.

Couldn’t be more please with the quality of repair and the transparency their team provided during the repairs. My hood needed to be replaced and the paint match was 100 percent!

Came to United for hail repair and left with some new friends. These guys treated my like family. Especially Jason and Jeff. They helped me get my car back to new.

I wouldnt even write this review if they had the courtesy to call and let me know before I drove there for nothing. I was told they were and I quote too busy, and because the insurance wasnt DPS or preferred, I would have to have a rep from the insurance come down to speak with them. Word for word. Would not recommend based on poor customer service, no service done. Call to cancel your appointments than being a disappointment.

The owner may be a fraud, Esurance did begin and checked out the tires the body shop gave me, and he could clearly see that they were different than the new tires within the body shops original estimate pictures. Esurance did replace my tires because they felt the body shop had pulled something, otherwise, they might have told me to require a hike.

This shop has fixed multiple vehicles for me and have done an excellent job. If you need a hail damaged vehicle fixed look no further.

Got my hail damage taken care of. Elexus in the Aurora branch took great care of ensuring everything was done right. If anyone needs hail repair give Elexus a call youll be glad you did.

I’ve had so many vehicles fixed with hail damage and it’s always hit and miss. I decided to give United Hail Pros a chance. They exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond what one could expect.

Worst place I have ever worked for. I was a remote telemarketer and my supervisor Tanya made my job mentally draining for me. I’ve asked for upper managements number about 3 times and was never given their number. As an employee, I am entitled to get in contact with upper management if need be but that was never an option for me. I’m 8 months pregnant and of course I’m gonna need to have my bathroom breaks so while I was working, I would pause my calling session for about 5 minutes or so and within a minute of being paused, Tanya would already be texting/calling me asking why I’ve been paused for so long. I wonder if they knock on the door while their onsite employees are using the bathroom too? About 2 weeks ago, i was tested positive for Covid which I had sent Tanya my results along with a doctors note and she claimed it was “fake” so I reached out to my physician and my doctor requested she speak with upper management and although I told Tanya numerous times my doctor wanted their number, she denied me their number and told me I had to work while I was sick as a dog. Super unprofessional and ignorant! I was threatened 4-5 times with losing my job if I didn’t set any appointments with cold leads.. she’d text me every week threatening to fire me and as hard as I tried to set appointments and worked so hard for this lousy company, I was fed up with how I was treated. They pay by zelle, there’s no benefits/PTO unless you set an appointment, you can’t track your hours with a clock in system (she tracks it for you) and I was treated so ignorantly I must say. This company is super unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to consider working for Tanya.

My 2019 car was hit by a car while it was parked. Damage left two punctures in the bumper. auto body shop United Hail Pros assured me that everything would be taken care of, including getting the paint color right (it was a custom color by BMW).

They go above and beyond. They truly deliver on their promises. I was impressed with the quality and integrity of this company and everyone I dealt with. They make it so easy and convenient to fix hail damage. Meeting them at the local car rental office for drop off and pick up only took a few minutes out of my day. They were in communication with me the 3 weeks they had my car, even letting me know they would be out of the office for the Thanksgiving holiday. My car looks amazing. They even fixed some non-hail body damage. And bonus for me, I took a road trip in the rental car saving my car the extra miles.

Realy irritating, requested an estimate for repairs to my vehicle I was simply told: No Thank You. They wouldnt even talk to me.

Definitely one of the worst for sure. They quoted us a price, we came backdropped off the vehicle and he called and told us it was going to be double what he quoted. We came back and asked why and his response besides showing that he did care was. Theyre disrespectful and rude. I will never go there again.

I highly recommend United hail pros. They did an excellent job and made it as easy as possible for us. All we did is drop off the car, and they negotiated everything with our insurance, leaving it stress-free for us. They delivered the car to our house when it was complete, and it looks absolutely perfect.

Gotta give top marks to the folks at United Hail Pros. From the start, working with Steve was great. Easy going, very professional, explained everything about the process of getting my dents repaired and mirror fixed, and even set up getting my front windows tinted while they were at it. From there they made it dead easy. Their office person (I believe her name was Hailey) handled getting the rental car setup quickly and sorting out everything with my insurance. Dean likewise was on top of making sure everything went smooth with picking up the rental and ferrying my truck to their shop and back again once done and making sure when I got the truck back I was completely satisfied with the results. To which 100% I am satisfied. Unless you knew the truck had hail dents in it, its impossible to tell, even on areas that have odd curves and sharp body lines like the nose of my hood, its flawless. Window tint they nailed and it matches the back glass, will make the summers really nice. And the mirror, while not a hard job to replace, they still did it and made sure it was the right spec of part (has auto tint, heating, and turn signal features).Long and short, when your car gets hammered by the hail in Colorado give these folks a call. They will treat you right and get you back on the road fast.

My car looks great and is dent free they did a great job. There were problems with communications and was super frustrating however the owner Jason had contacted me and explained why the process was taking longer than projected (my car was in the shop for 6 weeks). The last parts were expedited for my car the hurry up the process. I greatly appreciate the better communication and the effort for better customer experience in the end.Sales person was nice and explained the whole process. Car rental process- hail pros set it up for you. The reservation had a mix up but luckily the person picking up my car was also returning a rental so I got that one. He was helpful with that process and was very nice. Pick up of my car went smoothly and it looks great!Overall experience- Hail Pros did a great job on the hail damage. The owner values his business and wants customer satisfaction and will work with you to make sure you are happy in the end. The process was long and frustrating with lack of communication from their office staff but once I spoke with the owner there was major improvement. Thank you!

Would not use I used to be very clear that I needed an estimate for my rims before they are doing anything to my car. Unsure why youd think this rim doesnt got to get replaced its but 6 months old and scratched.!!!

I was looking for a comparison quote to repair my van that was hit by hail this year and these guys quoted me TWICE as much as another local shop. I am SHOCKED. Obviously, I will be taking my business elsewhere. They even offered to charge me for parts that I already replaced myself since I had to wait MONTHS to get in to be seen for an estimate. DISHONEST!

Horrible customer service. I went there years ago and the employee I dealt w/ under an insurance claim was rude and stating some of these dents were prior and wont be covered.

My vehicle was hit and I have to take my car to this business as per instruction of insurance company. It drives but it looks horrible. I just found out that they cannot get me in for a whole month..Not happy.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. The rental car that they put you into is a bare minimum and is not equivalent to your vehicle. I got my car back today and there were still tape marks and buffing compounds found all over my vehicle.

Dont work on cars older than 10 years for lack of new parts I can understand that might be true for a few brands but I know for a fact I can buy new body panels for my Subaru and Dodge directly from the dealer.

Steve did an amazing job educating me about the repair of hail damage, and Colorado law impacting insurance for hail damage repairs. An insurance company cannot raise your individual rates for a hail damage claim! From start to finish, my repair went off without a hitch. The team was exceedingly professional and “high touch” - they smoothly managed not only the repair but the rental car and insurance claim too. Give them a chance to repair your hail damage, even if it happened from a prior storm!

Had an adjuster come from United Hail Pros. Very unprofessional. Couldnt even tell where the dents were. She lied to our customer and stated she worked for liberty mutual. Very bad company. Very shady.

My car looks amazing. I was very hesitant to give up my car when I just bought it but I decided to trust Steve with United Hail Pros. I did get a few good dents from hail but I was going to wait before fixing it. I decided to go ahead and trust this company. While it took longer than expected, I was fine with driving a rental basically for free the whole time. I had to pay for gas of course but that’s fine. Steve was able to get me tinting on my car with my hail damage repair which was awesome. They found out my rear view mirror was cracked and also fixed that for me for free which was really professional of them to make sure I was completely satisfied. I’m happy with the service.

These people are frauds. This is one of the most unprofessional business tactics I can imagine. I called thinking someone had witnessed someone tampering with my vehicle and after ringing like 15 times a young woman answered and tried to sell me hail repairs via a cold call.

Not so hot. Was promised more than received. Exp. More touch up than delivered, car would be detailed & well as a few other misc things that didnt happen. It was explained that there was lack of & miscommunication. Just took my vehicle back and wrote it up as a learning experience. Plus sides were they did arrange a rental (on their dime minus the refundable upfront deposit which was explained in advance) while the vehicle was being repaired. The work that was done was done decently.

I had minimal hail damage on my truck, but some were deep and on the trim. They went beyond my expectations, even buffing out a few scratches in the process. Even the interior was returned in better condition than I gave it to them. My truck looks amazing again! Thanks!

This hail shop does the best work out there. I have to say I was a little concerned that this was a little to good to be true. They said help with the deductible, provide a rental car and be done in 10 days. Boy did they do that and more. I didn’t pay anything my insurance did because I pay for full coverage might as well use it because that’s why we have it. To get things fixed like this. I wanted to wait for more hail and I’m glad I didn’t. My car looks so good.
