Dont waste your time or money, they never have any time to work on anything. Purchased the rotation and tire warranty, they say we didnt. I have the paperwork to prove we did. Dont loose any of the paperwork they give you or it will cost you again. Called for a rotation appt. which should take 1 hour said couldnt get to it for 4 days. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I would give 0 stars if possible.

So once again I waited till the last week to get my inspection. Not a problem with Dobbs on Jeffco. Sure well get you done. So thankful, and got a ride back to work as well. THANK YOU!

Went there for a possible flat repair. Found a chunck of metal in the rear tire on my wifes 2020 Tiguan. I asked Jason if they still had time to do a flat repair if possible, and he said yes. Told him I needed to pull the questionable culprit out to see if it would leak. He was nice enough to spray the area down to see if it was leaking. He told us to come back later if it was leaking and theyd take care of us. Good shop that will get my business down the road when needed. We had a lucky day and went on our way. Thanks again Jason!

Called Dobbs in Arnold MO and told them we bought a tire online and Mounted. They told us to come in early and they would put us in the next day. They never said anything about not being able to install it if it wasn’t bought online at a Dobbs store. Totally ridiculous. Went there and they wouldn’t install the tire. Will never go to Dobbs again.

At 5:15 pm on Wednesday evening I discovered I had a screw in my rear tire and it was leaking. I searched the web for the closest tire centers. Most were closing at 5:30. However, Dobbs was open until 6:00. With that said they couldnt guarantee they could get me in before closing.When I got there they were extremely busy. I explained my situation which was I live in St Peters and had no way home. They worked me in and had me out by 5:45.Yes, it was $30 but considering my situation Im counting my blessings. I had a dealership charge $90 on another occasion.A big thank you to the staff for working me in a tight schedule and getting me back on the road.

Went in to patch rear pass tire. They came back out and said my other rear tire had a nail in it also. I can only remember one tire getting low. Drove off the lot. Went to check my tire, my steel valve cap was replaced by a cheap plastic one. Called them back about it and had to go back for it. Bad experience for a simple job. Will not return.

I had a blowout on the highway coming home from work. Everywhere in a 60 miles radius was closed or refused to since they weren’t doing “service”. The guys here stayed open after I showed up last minute to get me a tire and even install it as well. The price was great and it was refreshing since most places take advantage of these situations. Dobbs earned some business today and will get all mine from her on out!

Need tires? Go somewhere else! I only needed 2 replaced. Set up for pick up, but then something came up and they couldnt come get my car. No phone call, nothing.I called them and got the run around and was told to come in at open the next day. Then it took nearly 2.5 hours for them to change 2 tires! TWO!I have gotten sets of 4 new tires on multiple vehicles in less than an hour at other places!Loss for them because we have 2 other vehicles that I was going to come in and replace tires on. Nope. Never again!

The guy that gave me a quote and the three options for my tires. He colored them in and explained the options. He explained what was covered and that you would cover the holes in the tires.Then when we came to get the tires. He told us about how long it would take and things like that. We went to Long John Silver for something to eat. We got our tires and was glad to get them. There was another guy that told us about the headlight and that they x could fix it but l ask about how much it would cost but he didnt say. Which disappointed me but otherwise everything was fine.

Was a last minute customer hoping to get my tires done that day, they had what I needed in stock and got it done for me. Much appreciated.

The technicians in the back are amazing and did good work on my car.However the manager in the front was not great with cutstomer service and I never received a call back to tell me my car was done. I was told it was going to take hours to work on my car and it was finished within 30 minutes and I never was called. I didn’t get to get my car back till they reopened the next day and all I get was “the person who was supposed to call you back isn’t here right now so I can’t ask him why he didn’t call you.” From the manager.I get nothing from this. No apologies.

I hear people gripe about Dobbs sometimes. I find the service to be top notch and theyve kept my 2002 van purring like a kitten. Unlike other mechanic shops, Dobbs always gets my vehicle back to me same day and the work is done right. Very happy customer.

I’ve gone here for everything I have needed so far and they have done a great job. Just today, I bought new wipers for my car but I didn’t know how to install them and I couldn’t find any videos for the type I needed. I dropped my car off and the next day a mechanic by the name of CJ called me and went over stuff that was wrong with my car. He wasn’t pushy he was recommending things that should be fixed. He went out of his way to find me a coupon. I have a problem trusting mechanics because of the bad experience I’ve had from another places but I was very impressed with these guys here at Dobbs. Between CJ and Jason and the gentlemen that cashed me out they was amazing. If you’ve had problems at other places give these guys a chance.

I came into Dobbs tire and auto for a flat repair and was greeted quickly and promptly by the young lady at the counter. My tire was repaired and the gentleman who repaired it explained to in detail what had caused my flat tire very pleased overall!

Spent over $1000 and hours in the store yesterday for new tires and rims swap on a 2013 Ford fusion. Took the car to national tire and battery this morning on my way driving back to Kentucky because the vibration in the car was so bad. National entire battery showed me the absolute terrible job Dobbs did balancing my my tires and rims - they use way too many counterweights and they knew those wheels weren’t balanced in my opinion.

Called on Monday morning 1/14 and asked if they had time in their schedule any night this week I could come by for an oil change. The girl on the phone said that they do not take appointments, but come by that night and they will get it done. I arrived at 5:20 after work, they close at 8, so almost 3 hours should be enough time for an oil change.The guy at the front counter told me I would have to leave my truck and they would hopefully get to it on Tuesday. I told him I cannot leave my truck and explained to him that the girl from earlier said they could get it done tonight. He said no. He then asked me to schedule an appointment. Once again I find myself explaining what I was told earlier. He had no idea why she would have told me that. He then told me Tuesday night would be fine, so I scheduled the appointment. Again I showed up on Tuesday night at the same time, and waited 2 hours for an oil change. So, 2 trips and 2 hours of waiting for an oil change I could have gotten cheaper at the dealer. Never again dobbs.

I had a great experience at the Dobbs in Arnold! Paul gave me a great deal on wheels and tires. They were able to get me in and out in a timely manner, even though they were busy. Also the tech who worked on my truck did a great job. He also loaded my old wheels and tires into my truck before I left.

I came in for an emissions test. It took a fairly long time. My car was pulled back out and parked for over 20 minutes before I was allowed to pay and leave.

Went in to get an alignment on my jeep. They told me 2 hours and were done in 1.5. Everybody was nice and i felt safe letting them do the work.

Spent $160 on a new tire. Couldnt take the time to air up one that was low though. Its cool guys I got it on the way home. Thanks.

Nice workers.. Service took way to long. I had an appointment at 9AM for just safety and emissions & IDOD and didnt get out till little after 10:30. I was told over the phone the day before it would take only 15-20 minutes.

Decent prices for tires. Bought their Cordovan brand and seem to be as good as any. They broke a Toe bolt when aligning the tires and fix it at no cost. My car is 15yrs old so they could have blamed it on age and deterioration but didnt. Polite and friendly staff. There is a waiting room and a bar height table in front to work from if waiting.

Took my Van in because it was shaking when applying the brakes heavily on downhill slopes etc... turns out my rotors were warped. Jeremy showed me the problem and replaced them quickly and cheaply! (I called around and they were the cheapest by quite a bit). He was right the problem went away!Took the Van back later to have the tires replaced because of how happy I was with the service! Don’t purchase tires here if you expect them to be covered under warranty because anything accidental is not and you may end up having to pay another $84 for a brand new tire ONE WEEK after already purchasing a brand new tire from them. A little ridiculous if you ask me! I won’t be returning as a customer.

I havent been there in years and I dont anticipate going back anytime soon. I had an appointment for an oil change and still had to wait over an hour. For about the same price I could have done it at Jiffy Lube in half the time. Price quoted was low but after adding Mickey Mouse fees (disposal fee shop fee Etc) to pad the bill. In years past I would argue for the couple of extra dollars they charged but its not worth the aggravation so I just wont go back.

They did the tire replacement and front end alignment very well and quickly. I would refer them to any of my friends.

Recently moved to Arnold, had a tire needing a plug. Shop closed at 8pm and I drove up at 7:30. They happily took care of the plug and I was out the door by 8:15. Fast and friendly service, much appreciated!!

This is a great place so far on getting tires and the way they take care of you. They even took me out and showed me and explained everything. I would definayltely recommend them. I will be more app to try and use them for other things besides tires in the future.

Had a flat tire and had to keep working from a restaurant. Had it towed here to see if the tire could be repaired. Work was delayed over an hour because they couldnt find the wheel lock key. It was well hidden in plain sight in the passenger seat.They said my tire had to be replaced but didnt have my tire size so they had to order it and wait until the next day. Understandable.I asked him to call me to explain my options. The next thing I know I get a call saying my car is ready.They put a no name tire on there ... For $103. That would have been fine if I had agreed to it ... but there was no communication.I wont be back.

I started using this Dobbs location about a year ago. I have had multiple cars in for oil changes, brakes, and tires. On my first visit for a brake job I asked them if they could please rotate the tires they said sure no problem, no mention of a charge. When I got my bill for the brakes, they charged an extra $40 dollars to rotate the tires on a car they had to take the wheels off to do the brake work on anyway. I discussed this with the shift manager who would not remove the charge, even after I pointed out two shops within 5 miles that rotate tires for free with a $25 oil change. I let this one go, I figured I should have asked about the charge. Lesson learned.Had two oil changes and a single tire replaced no issues and happy with the work. About 2 months ago I had an emissions test done on one of my cars. It passed but they told me my tires were worn out and I needed new ones, I asked for clarification and was told they were tread worn down. This was a complete fabrication. The tires on this car were done at another shop 11 months earlier and they are 60,000 mile tires with about 18,000 miles on them. They still look new for Petes sake. I guess they were banking on me not knowing the condition of my tires. So anyway I let this slide, maybe they got the car wrong or maybe a bad tech.Now just this last week I needed both a safety and emissions inspection on my other car. I had a headlight out and needed wipers so I did that work myself 3 days before I took the car in for inspection just trying to save a few bucks. When I get the call from the shop they tell me the emissions passed but the for the safety inspection to pass I need new wipers. I guess they wore out sitting in the drive way for three days? They also told me my struts and shocks were needing replaced. They quoted me a normal price which was almost double what several reputable auto repair websites say is the absolute maximum you should pay for strut and shock replacement and then said they where having a special on labor and they quoted me a sale price, which was about $50 more than the absolute highest you should pay. At this point Ive lost confidence in this shop. I will be looking elsewhere for my automotive work.

Got me in almost immediately, only had one tire type for my car in stock, I hate having a European car, but I needed the tires. For the warranty and services offered I really couldnt beat the price and went with them. Quick and this service. I will come back here in the future.

The Arnold Dobbs is the best shop in town, nice friendly faces up front, who are always ready to help in any way that they possibly can. I’ve not had good luck here, ‘Fixed Forever’ just means forever returning to get it fixed again. I had a ‘90 Chevy Beretta that was well maintained & in good shape. I started going to Dobbs in ‘95 because they were close to home & they have this Fixed Forever warranty. I had multiple trips to repair alternators, brake overhaul & a camshaft trigger sensor. While most were covered under warranty from the initial visit it was a huge pain in butt to arrange alternate transportation to & from work constantly. It was the camshaft trigger sensor fiasco that cost me the most & ultimately ended my relationship with Dobbs.

I cannot speak any more highly of Jeremy Hutchinson the store manager and his group of techs plus Heather at the counter. I have been getting tires and service work from Jeremy since he was the store manager at the S County Mall location and when I found out he was in Arnold now, I followed him there. This most recent visit was a welcome one from Heather when I entered, to Jeremy and his techs taking excellent care of me which also means my 10 yr old co-pilot too. Thank you Jeremy and Team Arnold Dobbs.
