Best repair shop Ive been to in a long time. Owner is friendly and professional. The mechanics do great work. You can pay online and pick up your ride after hours. Theres beer in the waiting lobby. You cant beat this place.

BGM was recommended to me by a friend from Oakville, MO last week when my car unexpectedly died on me as I was arriving to work. Had my car towed their shop. Josh told me they were busy but said he find a way to work me to given the circumstances. Before the end of the day, they have figured out the issue with my batter and had it fixed and ready to go. Cost was perfectly reasonable, and he didnt try to sell me on other services my car needed like other shops. I also liked the convenient online payment option. BGM is definitely customer focused and did great work. Will be taking all of my vehicles here going forward and I would recommend their shop to anyone in the future.

He is very polite and respectful as well as his team within that also assists in the repairs... I took my moms car in due to it not passing emissions. A few things needed checked out and fixed... After spending thousands of dollars at Jim Butler Chevrolet trying to fix my Chevy impala and get the check engine light to go off, I took my car to BGM because I had remembered that they did some work on my old car and I wish I would have taken it there in the 1st place, it would have saved me a lot of money! they were knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and timely! I had my car back in a few days and the check engine light was off and it never came back on!! Josh explained everything in detail that they did and he didnt try to charge me an arm and a leg because I am a female! I cant say enough good things about BGM and I wont go anywhere else in the future! I will refer anyone I know to them! They are awesome!!

When it comes to cars, people ask others if they know of a good mechanic. The most important thing people want is honesty and good work when it comes to a Automotive Shop. They dont want to be sold stuff they dont need. They want a fair price n quality work. BGM is that place. I have been taking my cars here since they opened. Even had cars towed here. The guys at BGM have always been friendly and upfront and fixed whatever issues i have had. Its the kind of place i would trust to give my Grandma a fair price and quality work. And not take advantage of her.

I took my highly valued but somewhat beater vehicle to 2 different mechanics shops, an overpriced one and the cheaper one I chose. By the time my fixed car made it back to Arnold, it was heavily leaking transmission fluid. I couldnt drive back to the mechanics and risk ruining my transmission, I was at a total loss. Luckily for me (thanks God), I decided to call BGM Automotive, because they were right down the street from me. THESE MECHANICS ARE SKILLED!!! Within a matter of hours, they found what the other shop did wrong and fixed it, on top of noticing some other problems that I have been trying to get diagnosed and gave me an estimate. I agreed to do everything my car needs and thanked them for really checking over the safety of my car. MY 2002 CAR HAS NEVER DRIVEN BETTER SINCE I BOUGHT IT IN 2013!!! I thought wow maybe I should take my other vehicle to them, that has a fluid leak problem that Ive attempted to get fixed twice now and had given up. Also mentioned to them that my exhaust looks put on goofy, please check it out. By the end of the day the nagging leak was fixed and I happily picked up my car. Nothing was said about the exhaust so I figured its all good. I checked this morning to see if the leak was fixed and not only was there no leak, THEY FIXED MY EXHAUST, INSTALLING THE PROPER STRAIGHT PIPE FOR FREE, NO MENTION OF IT!!!! Josh and his A technicians fix what others mess up or cant fix, he is Honest and his prices are very fair. Im extremely happy all around to have found my new lifelong shop.

This place is amazing! I took my car to Meinike for an oil change and they told me that my front and back brake pads were at 10%. I called BGM to get a second opinion. When I got there, one of BGMs mechanics, Phoenix, showed me that my front brake pads had more than half a life left and my back pads werent as bad as they made it out. Since I was already there, they replaced my back brakes. The guys here are honest and trustworthy. They arent in the business to overcharge or take advantage of customers...unlike other chain places I can think of (Dobbs, Firestone, and Meinike...Im looking at you). Even though I live in the St. Charles area, I will go here for any major car repair. I have already told multiple people about this place and their service!

As usual,Josh was able to quickly diagnose the problem of my non functioning seat warmer. After the new part arrived, the seat was carefully removed and disassembled and reinstalled. All like new, for less than half the dealer estimated cost.Another great BGM experience!

I have had several vehicles repaired at BGM Automotive. The service and price has always been GREAT.

Had a Camry with some rusty old rear brakes. I am a car guy, so I decided to try and do them myself. After taking a closer look, I decided to let BGM Auto do it instead. I have to say they did a great job and the price was reasonable. Their shop gives a small town service station vibe, honest repair service and good communication.

Josh and his crew at BGM do a great job providing excellent service in a timely manner. I brought my truck in around noon on a Saturday with some unknown issues that were causing sputtering and hard starts. He called just a couple hours later letting me know what steps were necessary to begin diagnosing the problem. He kept in contact letting me know exactly what was needed to fix my issues and had me back in my vehicle early the following week. Josh is an honest mechanic and I highly recommend him and his crew. I started going to BGM about 5 years ago, just because it was close to home. Ive since moved, but I still go back. These guys do affordable, quality work. I showed up at this shop late one afternoon, a complete stranger and out-of-towner, based on a referral from a referral, but this mechanic jumped right in to get me the part I needed--a transmission for my windshield wipers--and by about 9:30 the next morning, he got me back on the road to Cape, where I needed to work that afternoon. He was upfront about price and time required, and he even showed me how the part worked and what had gone wrong with it. He is professional and courteous and offers good value for the price paid. I would send any friend or family to this shop in a heartbeat. So glad to know Arnold has such an excellent mechanic in case I ever need repairs again!

He researched it, called the manufacturer and gave us his honest suggestions where other shops may have just insisted we replace the fuel injectors. I brought my car in with a massive oil leak, had it towed to BMG on a friday night. Josh was able to diagnose the problem within an hour, had me back on the road Saturday morning. Havent had a problem since. But if anything does come up this is the only mechanic that will get my business in the future.

I learned of BGM from a friend after being thoroughly rippled off at a local business that rhymed with Alberts. That business was continually failing to repair a problem with my vehicle. I had complained to their HQ and was treated like an idiot. I went to BGM and explained to Josh the work I had paid for at previous shop and together we discovered that much of it simply was not done - or not done properly. In about 30 minutes, Josh had found and fixed the problem that Alberts could not find. I told Josh of another problem that had existed since I owned vehicle and he explained what he could do for me. Once done, my vehicle never ran better. I could ramble longer about the nightmare that he helped me out of at the time, but suffice it t say, I send my friends and recommend to total strangers that they go to BGM. Josh explains the problems in layman terms, offers various solutions and fixes the problem for the price he quotes. Though the team is small, everyone there has the singular goal of getting me back on the road. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you BGM staff.

Took my car in for a blown head casket, told him that the timing belt had been changed within a year and he changed it anyways, costing me money I didnt need to spend. Got the car back and it was shaking really bad. Said it was a motor mount. He changed it complimentary, next day engine light came on...it never stopped shaking and said it was then something to do with the fuel polluting the air. Tell me why in that same month I checked my oil and it was empty after the oil change he charged me for and not even a month later my car wont accelerate and shakes so bad its unsafe. Josh is a crook. He doesnt know what he is doing, he can talk really good but as far as returning vehicles fixed he is inattiquite. I want to give this place 0 stars. I now have to pay 1500 on a criedt card for a car I cant drive.
