My husband and I had above and beyond excellent service for our car when we got stuck coming back home to Chicago from our Austin road trip vacation.We had amazing service and hospitality from both Gary and Floyd. They treated us like more than just customers, but like family. Gary was outstanding because he worked as quick as he could to get us back on the road again, get all the necessary parts that would make it safe for us to travel, and we had great conversations while we waited.Unfortunately, we got stuck the weekend where St. Louis was hosting the Olympic Trials, so no hotel could take my family in because every hotel was booked. These two gentlemen waited over an hour after their closing time to be with us until we found a place to lay our heads for the night. They both used their local connections and resources and found us the last room at one hotel, which was great.On top of that, we traveled with our small dog and no Uber would pick us up. Every driver kept cancelling either because of the down pouring rain or our dog (even though we selected pet mode on the app). Regardless, we were stuck yet again. Floyd was so kind and personally drove us to our hotel that Gary found.We truly appreciate their kindness and are glad to now call them our friends. Plus, we have a safe spot to get our car checked for our future road trips!

I took my car here because Midas told me I would need a repair costing over $1000. When I contacted Tire Choice, Gary offered to look over my car for free to verify that there was something actually wrong with it. He found nothing. He told me that hed love to have my business, but that he only wanted it if I actually needed it. I appreciated Tire Choices honesty, integrity, and kindness in working with them and Ill definitely be back!

Tommy, Gary & the Manager were exceptional! Not only was the service top notch and wait time slim to non but the atmosphere and conversations were simply awesome and very welcoming. Gary and Tommy helped me out today, was in a bit of a pinch for time. After explaining that to them, they got me in, and out the door quick with exactly what I asked for a tire repair, they didnt attempt to sell me a new one like other shops. They gave me what I needed, and provided quality customer service.There are also several food choices around, grab some food while you wait or watch a movie.

We called around 11 to get our oil changed they said sure and even gave us $10 off for the wait. They were busy so it was 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min wait. We went to the movies came out and it wasnt quite ready yet but it wasnt a long wait at all. They kept apologizing and even gave us a 50% off coupon for our troubles 🤗. All in all not bad the car sounds happy and it runs great without hurting the bank 👏👏 definitely coming here again thanks guys.

Took our Ford Flex here before vacation for 2 new tires and an oil change. During our trip we had our tire pressure light and our change engine oil light come on. Do yourself a favor and just flush $750 down the drain. It’s a better alternative than coming here.Edit- We tried for several hours to contact the customer service number you provided today. The first call we were on hold and then “disconnected “. Second time we requested to be put into a call que and were supposed to receive a call back. (There we’re 3 calls ahead of us at 10:30 am. ) No one ever called back. Really incredibly poor customer service and mechanics.

The guys there are great. Went in for routine stuff. The guy came back out with a list of things we needed and helped me prioritise what i needed and even showed me on my car as to why. I do drive an older car so i knew there would be some things. But hey, he did tell me the good things first though!!! That made me feel much better that my car isnt a total hunk of junk! I couldnt get stuff done right away but will definitely be back. I am a first time customer there and do recommend this place.

We had a visit today Dec 30th, 2020 - We were mostly alone in the waiting room, which was really nice because of the pandemic currently going on. The man ordered my tires yesterday, and had them available mid-morning which was really quick compared to what I am use to [usually go to the dealership]. The price was fair, and the man seemed very knowledgeable about the tires, and services available. The wait time was about 2 hours for a full 4 set of tires, and an alignment. That seems about average anywhere else you go, and seemed fair as well. Customer service was excellent, the man [wish I caught his name] was very friendly! Definitely a 5 star experience.

Nice friendly people. Very polite and make sure you understand your diagnosis. I would recommend them.

This place is great. The guy up front was friendly, outgoing, and gave my girlfriend a great deal on tires. They have been a little higher than the people down the street but it was worth it. They got her done even though she didnt have an appointment and didnt try to sell her the moon. I am in the market soon for new tires myself and wont need to price shop. November of 2018 I went in and purchased 4 new tires which had good ratings as I was told. Three weeks later my air pressure sensor fault light came on and lost a center cap. I let it go because its a work car. Two years later I have a leaking tire most likely the valve stem. I took it back in they tell me I need new tires and they wont fix the leak. They dont stand behind their work or products. Im done and will not be back. Do not patronize this shop. Look at the bad reviews, thats the ones you want to see. So they give me a number to call as you can see. After getting more mad they tell me its my fault. These people cant stay in business much longer at this rate. Thanks for nothing!

Older truck. Wouldnt do wheel alignment until suspension is replaced. It was all replaced less then 6 mos ago !

This was my first time coming to Auto Tire. I went only because I had an unexpected flat tire and it was close. I could barely turn my car off before the guys got me right in! Immediate friendly service! Mike was the one who took care of my car and he was amazing! He took the time to explain and show me what was going on. He went above and beyond what I even brought my vehicle in for. He was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.Ron at the desk was very nice as well! They seemed very busy and still addressed me when I came in and took care of me from start to finish!Thank you Mike and Ron!!(My name is Leslie, just using my husbands account.) I hope Mike sees this, as he deserves the praise!

Over filled oil by 2 quarts. They insisted they do a two person verify that it had the proper amount of oil. Overheard the manager taking with the man who was helping me say that it did not happen. Had strange noise when accelerating later found that they did not put the air filter cover back on properly. Lucky I found the problem myself and didnt have to go to dealer and pay to find the problem.

Anytime me or my family has needed help Sam and his team have been there with the doors wide open for us. He has helped me learn how my car works and what I need to do to prevent damage. 10 out of 10 recommend him!

The guy working the front counter was great. He was able to get my girlfriends car in yesterday even though they were clearly shorthanded. He even went outside and did them himself. He even had a bit of a sense of humor about him. This is my go to place from here on out.

Since moving to this area, I have bought 3 sets of tires and have used this location for all my automotive needs. This time I found a great deal on the tires that I wanted on Amazon – shipped to store and tires mounted and balanced for under $500.00. I should add that when I called the store for a price check, I was quoted over $800 for the same service. Can you blame me for wanting to save some money? When I showed up the morning of my appointment, I was constantly referred to as “the guy who bought from Amazon”. I was repeatedly talked down to and got nothing but attitude from all employees (including the managers). If you dont want your customers doing this, dont offer the service on Amazon.Before leaving, I checked all tires and none of the valve caps were on so again received attitude when I requested they be replaced. When my vehicle was brought in they were there so I expect it to be returned with same – not being unreasonable by any means. Also, I asked that the better of the 4 tires being removed be mounted to my spare rim. After arriving home, it was obvious that the tire had not been balanced so another trip to the store and of course more attitude. This is not the only time I have had issues with the employees at this store but yet I returned to give them another chance. I am all out of chances with this store and I can tell you I will not be returning. I currently have a car and a Jeep that need tires and I assure you I will be going elsewhere. Shame on you for losing a very good customer who tried to give you the benefit of the doubt several times.

Im going to give credit where credit is due. I first came into this Auto Tire (now Tire Choice) with some potential warranty work and instead of taking the money and doing diagnostics, Ron directed me to the dealership. My next oil change (and tire service), I decided to take my vehicle back to them, since they appeared so upfront and honest. Unfortunately, the bill resulted in a severe overcharging and a tense confrontation followed. Id say be sure to check your receipt before you pay to ensure theres nothing added onto it. Ron did eventually realize the error and informed me that Id need to come back on Monday when Sam the manager would be back, so he could process a refund with corporate. I thought he was just blowing me off and I came in Monday expecting the worst, but surprisingly, Sam was really there and made things right. I honestly still cant believe it all worked out, but somehow after everything, they kept me as a customer and Im willing to give them another shot. Im sure hoping our next transaction will be much smoother!

If you were ever thinking about coming here, DONT. I had tires from Amazon shipped here because they are Amazons Service partner. The manager (Sam) spent 20 minutes in the shop yelling at the guys about Amazon, cursing and telling them that he is cheaper. He came back up and told me I should never use Amazon again. I had an 11 appointment and he told me he didnt know anything about it and it would be a couple hours. I have 3 confirmations on my phone and he still argued with me and went in the shop cursing and yelling. He has been back in the shop the whole time complaining about everything. Someone came in for an inspection and he told them he lost his whole crew a week ago because the company will not pay them right. I wonder if it has anything to do with his extremely TERRIBLE attitude. It took 2 hours and 25 minutes to put a set of tires on and he actually had the nerve to confront me about my Facebook review halfway through. When it was done I was handed a my key and provided no paperwork.

I went to Auto tire and got me 4 tires and a oil change ..the men at the front desk was extremely polite and respectful and knew exactly what I needed for my car ..they were very knowledgeable and gave me piece of mind ..iv been here before in the past and Ill definitely be back again ..the mechanic that fixed my car did a wonderful job and also was very respectful . I will tell all my friends and family to definitely go here for their car needs ...thanks guys ! ...GREAT JOB 👍

I found a suspicious fluid on my garage floor. Drove into the Valvoline. Explained to them what had happened. They determined what was leaking and where from in about 5-10 minutes. Topped off the fluid and I was on my way. All free of charge. All the employees were extremely nice!

This store is great. The new manager there is friendly and has a great sense of humor. Gary and Jason have always helped me in years past. They never sell me anything i dont need and get me in when i need them

Dont know what more i can say. They were busy but still managed to get my wifes car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They took me out to her car to show me what it needed and why. The mechanic was super professional and they were very honest about everything.

Had an appointment made over the phone Because the last time we used the online system we were reprimanded by the desk staff at the store not to do that anymore. Specifically asked for an appointment where we could wait for the vehicle. Which needed A simple state inspection. Arrived on time and my wife was immediately told it would be at least 2 hours. When she asked why it would take so long even with an appointment the guy at the counter raised his voice at her and said you must have talked to Sam. He then stormed out into the shop and yelled at the guys in the shop about how the place is run. She then asked why he was yelling? And in a raised voice he responded Im not yelling. She then said Im just going to take my business somewhere else. So, your customer service person is spending his Sunday afternoon yelling at my WIFE for bringing you business. I expect a reply

I originally went to the store off of Lemay Ferry. Always had great experiences with them. I moved from that area and this location became closer (Richardson location). The first time I went in for an oil change, I was also having another issue with my car. They found the issue and stated the would call me when the part arrived. I never received a call about said part so I Had it handled elsewhere. Also, they didn’t rotate my tires because “they didn’t need it.” I found that strange because at the other auto tire they would rotate every time I had an oil change (I purchase my tires, always, through them for the perk of free rotations). I called a few days ago to set up an appointment for my oil change. The man who took my call only asked for my number and said he would see me at my appointment. I asked if he needed my information and he spat it off real quick. I took my car in for the scheduled appointment early, and they couldn’t find me on the schedule. So, I just dropped it off. 4 hours later I called to check on my car. I was told it was the next one to come in. Absolutely unacceptable. I told them to not even bother with my car. I will never go back to this store. Poor customer service. Poorly trained associates who don’t seem to care about their customers.Update as of 4/26/2020. My husband chose to continue to give business to this location. Why I am not sure? The same exact thing happened today. An appointment was made on Wednesday at 3:21 (the store should check who was working to resolve these kind of issues) for today at 2pm. My husband got there and what do you know?! There’s no appointment scheduled and they can’t get the vehicle in today. I see nothing has changed!

Sam took good care of us. No one else had my size tire but they did and he gave me a good review. The people there are friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs.

Do yourself a favor and use a more competent shop. They had my truck for 1 1/2 days for tire rotation and balance. When they called I was told the drivers side was complete but the passengers side was not due to the 6 lug nuts they could not remove. Was then told to bring it back a week later and then they will take of me. When I returned home I was able to remove all of the lug nuts on the passengers side with no problem. This is what these people do everyday and I was able to do it with no problem. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will now chose a competitor and pay them to do the work they failed to do.I have no time in my busy schedule to deal with this degree of incompetence.

Called the shop right before they closed and asked if they could get my car in the next day 😬😬 Rick 100% made it happen, and finished before 1 pm. I was beyond shocked. The customer service was excellent and the staff was beyond honest about things my car really needed or did not need at all. I will for sure be a repeat customer.

I took my son in laws car there because i sae the other reviews from this place. Ever since i had a bad experience at a near by competitor on the outer road, i have been skeptical of big chain shops. I can say i was not disappointed. They were courteous and showed me what was wrong with his car instead of assuming i would trust them. This is the place i am bringing all of my cars now.

Went to Autotire at the recommendation of a friend for new tires and am so glad I did. Gary and everyone there were so wonderful and helpful. They gave me their honest opinions on which tires really needed replacing and showed me personally. Made me feel very welcome and good about the visit and purchase. Couldnt be happier and will be bringing my business there again in the future.

These guys are top notch. They never come back with false claims of weird things to replace. We had a vehicle that required more monetarily in work than it was worth. We still had them repair it and have no regrets. I dont want to say what they did exactly because I dont want others to make demands of these guys but we were having such an awful weekend they threw us a bone that was not only helpful but solidified my loyalty to their shop.

My mechanic Neighbor recommended this place to me when I had a tough to diagnose issue with my car.Billy from Auto Tire watched a video of my symptoms, told me the up front part cost / labor cost/ time and was very friendly about all of it.My car unfortunately did not experience these symptoms when I went there to show them. Billy performed a system reset, which will hopefully fix the issue.Since it was so quick and easy to do, despite attempting to diagnose my car every 30 minutes, I was not charged due to no mechanical work done.I will come back if I ever have any issues, and I will also bring my wife’s car if she ever has issues. Gary was very helpful. I went in to get my car inspected, when it failed he worked with me to come in the next morning to fix the issue and have the car reinspected. Glad to have that all out of the way! The only critique I would have is to better go over the bill with customers. I noticed there was a charge for road hazard coverage that I had not expected. I am however, happy to have the road hazard coverage, especially after reading some previous reviews. Will definitely be coming back in the future for all of my car needs, thanks Gary!

I drove all the way from Desktop on a Sunday because I couldnt figure out why...they checked my tire, couldnt find the problem... Tells me there is nothing wrong. Later my tire light comes back on, I take it to a local tire place, they find out the computer for the tires wasnt ready when the tired were rotated.... Why could Auto tire figure it out

Dropped my car off lastnight for an 8 am appointment for inspection. I didnt get a call so I called around 2 pm, the guy at first said my car wasnt there, then said its in the shop but the inspector didnt come in today. I was confused why I didnt get a call and why my car would be in the shop then. He then says they were getting ready to call me after they changed the oil; we didnt request the oil be changed.After getting home and looking over the paperwork, the color of car, model, mileage and plate number was all incorrect.Weve been taking our cars there for years and this will be the last time.

The employees here’s are nothing short of amazing. I walked in needed safety and emissions without an appointment. They quoted me 1 1/2- 2 hours and I told them that would be just fine. The two gentlemen at the front desk were great! We chit chatted for a bit and then I told them I would go grab some lunch while I waited. Not even 20 minutes after I left they called to tell me my car was ready to go and to enjoy my lunch as my car will be waiting for me when I got back. Excellent customer service!!
