They sale a lot of returned merchandise. I purchased, with cash, something with out testing because it was large and in a box. When I got home it didnt work. The next morning I took it back. Receipt says all sales are final and test items before leaving but will try to work with you. They issued a full refund! Test all items before buying or return within 24 hours if not working. Extra fee if using a card vs cash.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the lady working there was very nice, but I had been messaging someone for a product and when I got there the person I messaged wasnt there and he wouldnt pick up the phone when the lady called him to ask about it.

BUYER BEWARE - sold me a broken nail gun. I had a buddy pick it up and when I got to testing it, nails wouldnt drive all the way. Online it was advertised as like new, which also wasnt the case when I got it. After some back and forth they agreed to possibly replace but not refund. I didnt need another worn out broken nail gun to replace the one I had. I live in North Dallas and the drive there and back again was not worth it. 2 stars for offering something I guess.Beware of bait and switch tactics and test before you buy. I am left with and expensive paperweight and after I fix it, would have been cheaper to buy new.
