Nice little mom and pop diner. Food was pretty good for my first time. I had the all you can eat brunch buffet. The diner had a variety of food options. There were sections for salad, Belgian waffles, fruit, and, dessert. The center section held the main dishes which included bacon, omelets, eggs benedict, sausage, fried fish, biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, ham, roasted potatoes, chicken fried chicken, meatloaf, green beans, corn, and macaroni and cheese. I learned that I could get my one dessert to go, I selected the carrot cake. Some food items were lukewarm, but most were hot. Im happy I got to try their entire menu. If I return on a weekday, I would order the chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken. Both were cooked to perfection and delicious. If your in the area give them a try.
I asked for poached eggs, they brought basted and then said she heard basted. Offered to remake, but that screws with everyone else eating cold food. So I ate the basted hard as hockey pucks eggs. They do not use real butter on the toast, so it was not a great experience. Next time, it will be oatmeal or a fruit plate, if there is a next time.
Great prices and even better food, I hate that this place closes so early because my girlfriend and I can barely go together but when we have the opportunity there isnt even a debate on what else to eat. Even just the second time going I was greeted by the same waitress with smiles all around from all the staff. Honestly the best Chicken Fried chicken Ive ever had its perfect. The pies that they sell are pretty good too. 10/10 I would recommend to anybody even remotely close to Arlington.
Delicious fresh food. Large portions. Excellent friendly staff.
Came here July 5th, & arrived with my sister at 12:45pm. It was an hour before we got food. During that time, no one checked on us or gave any updates. We are pretty patient, & noticed maybe they were shortstaffed. Also noticed the waitresses seemed to not have set tables, as we had 3x different servers attent to us during the entire time. We when got the food, my food was maybe warm. My sisters food (she ordered eggs benedict) was soggy, the ham very watery. Hers was not edible. Mines needed to be warmed up (pictured country eggs benedict). We were HIGHLY disappointed as we couldnt eat our food. They also forgot syrup for the pancakes, which took about another 8 minutes to flag someone down. We spoke to a manager, & she did refund my sisters meal. I took mine home to reheat, which wasnt good of course. The manager told us its because they were busy that took so long, which we understand, but that doesnt explain the cold food (which meant it had been sitting for who knows how long). 2nd star for the partial refund.
My daughter and I have stopped in here 3 times the last couple of months. This place fills her pregnancy craving everytime. We love this place, the atmosphere and the waitstaff. It feels like that hometown restaurant from your youth.
It was a WONDERFUL experience EXCELLENT food. Sunday is my favorite because they do an AWESOME BUFFET probably the BEST Ive had in such a long time. BETTER than some of the high dollar BUFFETS in Dallas! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!
We went on Sunday during the buffet. Everything I had was amazing. I would like to go back whe the full menu is available. Sunday buffet is all you can have when it is being served.
Best diner in arlington. Only open until 2pm. Great breakfast and lunch. Homemade buns for burgers really delicious. Sunday all you can eat brunch style buffet
Good country style place and people. Food was good but can be better. (Cooks bad day?)
While I am not a regular, my buddy and I like to come here often. Pretty standard menu with a mix of different foods. Sometimes they are short handed but they look after their customers and will continue to go. Nice open area, plenty of seating.
Really great Diner, i have only came by on Sundays for their Buffet. Its a really good deal plus you get to take a piece of cake home!
Came here for a quick breakfast and I was very pleased. We received great service, the country eggs benedict was delicious and the scrambled eggs were tasty too. On the other hand the pancakes weren’t too good so I was skip on those. The French toward was decent though. Overall I’m happy with the place, prices, and portion.
The price was very reasonable. The service was really good. The food was tasty. Well be back!
This was the second time we have eaten here. Were definitely never going back. To be fair the waffle was good but by the time it comes to the table I could have personally made a dozen waffles from scratch at home. I always see cars at this diner and I think its the same cars hours at a time because the food is so slow. They say its for quality but the food I received was cold and disgusting. No one wants to wait a long time for gross food. We ate here instead of Skillet and grill because we wanted to give it a chance. Never again will we make that mistake. Skillet and grill has military discount, this place doesnt. Not that its a big deal but it also does matter when a place is nice to recognize veterans and their families. Its tax deductible.
Went in on a quiet Tuesday morning. Seated immediately. Service from that point forward was quick and our coffee cups never went empty. The food as you can see in the pictures is not only presented beautifully but tasted fantastic. Hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Poached eggs were perfection. And the over medium I got over my hash was the perfect texture to round out the dish. Wife absolutely loved her country Benedict. We cant wait to go back and try more of the menu.
Ive only visited for breakfast. During my last visit I ordered the frittata. Its definitely filling and their homemade biscuits are so yummy. Want a country breakfast? This is the place to go.
Greeted and seated quickly. I had the Turkey on croissant with fries. Food came out quickly for 12 on a Thursday. Sandwich tasted delicious and it was fresh. I was in a hurry, but didnt mention it and was happy when I made it in and out in a flash. Will have to stop for breakfast.
My family love this place! They always have great food and the staff is super friendly. I love the omelet station and my kids love the waffle bar.
First breakfast place that offered oatmeal as an equal choice. No extra charge. And I love oatmeal. The basted poached eggs were a nice touch as well.
I cant believe i havent found out about there brunch/breakfast buffet on sundays! Was absolutely amazing and came with a free to go pie!😁 See you all next Sunday.
Great service, very friendly... Updating review bc this is definitely one the best places around & my favorite. The food is amazing, always on point.. Keep up the awesomeness guys!!.
Food was amazing!!! It was a Saturday and they were really busy but still took great care of us. Melissa was our waitress and busy as a bee but she made sure we were happy with our experience. We will be coming back for sure .
Came for Sunday brunch and it was amazing. Tasty food, great service and very clean.
Completely underratedLove this cute place! The people are sweet as well.
Had the Wednesday special meatloaf. Meal was great, service was fast an very courteous. Highly recommend to anyone.
Went for Sunday brunch buffet. Everything was amazing; Trisha was our server, she’s really sweet and gave us a great service.
Excellent service and amazing food. The dessert was incredibly small. I was disappointed in the size of our carrot cake. We opened it when we got home and thought one of the kids had gotten into it. Really sparse. But still an amazing place to eat.
So good. Everything. The customers are so kind as well. Lots of regulars who come to spread kindness
Very good food. Really like the enchiladas on Monday.
Really good breakfast. The service is excellent. Friendly place.
Delicious. I had breakfast tacos with a side of country potatoes. The tacos came with guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, and salsa. The potatoes had grilled onions and red and green peppers. Mom had oatmeal with blueberries and said it was the best ever. Definitely our new favorite breakfast place. The menu had some interesting sandwiches and chicken fried chicken, steak, and pork chops. Definitely heading there for lunch soon. Great service.
Cute mom and pop diner. I had the two+two+two. Bacon and pancakes were great. Nice and fluffy. The bathrooms are very clean and it was nice that they follow CDC guidelines. Not too many places Ive been do. I will definitely be back to try the lunch.
Great meal with plenty to choose from on the menu. I ordered the meat medley frittata and it was fantastic. Our server was Jenna and she did a fabulous job and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend someone to eat here.
Great food. No crowd or waiting in line. Very affordable.
Really good homestyle breakfast. Very friendly staff. Best value cafe on our trip so far
Old school diner. Great service and a breakfast that will get you through till supper time!
Delicious breakfast. I had egg white omelet and it was amazing. Slow service but great food.
Good Senior & Family Atmosphere. Great American food and wait staff.
Very good old fashioned cooking. Excellent service as well. Reasonable priced too.
Least pretentious place weve ever eaten. Seems like a family owned diner that cares more about their guests than decor. Very clean with a friendly staff and great menu options.
Had the Texas Benedict. Was really good. Cant wait to try some more of their delicious food.
Melissa made my breakfast an all around enjoyable experience. Good service, good food. I’m in town just for the day and I’m glad I found y’all.
Amazing place, clean, peaceful, perfect size meals, and kind service with smiles, that really shows they care about their customers. And a young waitress with a sweet and wonderful way of helping.Yes!! A place to visit and enjoy a great meal.🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍
Ive tried the place SEVERAL times in the last month. Thoroughly unimpressed. Today was my final visit though. If the food is so bad that the customer takes one bite and walks away from the table you shouldnt be charged. The chili was HORRIBLE!!!! I couldnt take but one bite. Then I tried the French onion soup. It was cold and topped with sorry bread and a burnt slice of cheap cheese. 15 bucks for an empty stomach. From now on I will just go across the street.
Loved this place!!!! Excellent value. Excellent service.
Delicious breakfast. Felt safe with diners spread out and employees wearing masks. Hand sanitizer available. Excellent service.
Fantastic. Awesome food. We stumbled onto this place and will go back every time were in the area.
The food was very fresh for the Sunday Brunch and the staff was very friendly! Definitely recommend it!!
Excellent (only been there once, may change later)Its like Cotton Patch or Our Place in Mansfield
If you want a great meal and a great place to sit and talk to someone, This place has went out of theyre way to bring you just that . The food is proportioned right, it taste great and the severs were a real friendly group of ladies . If youve never ate here before I suggest you do . Its awsome.
My friend took me here for breakfast yesterday. Got the fajita (chicken) omelette with chicken and it had sour cream and guacamole in top and got sliced tomatoes and an English Muffin. I enjoyed the food and service was great. Definitely felt safe eating here as social distancing was good as well as they had hand sanitizer close to the door. Will eat here again.
One of our go to’s! Great breakfast and lunch - also the Sunday brunch, which has finally resumed!
Noticed this restuarant a couple of weeks ago with my friend,we said wed try it out.So today was the day!!5/6/21,not to busy waitress, melissa was very friendly and helpful.Food was very good, prices too!!! Definitely, will stop again!!! Thank you!!!

Good food, great service and good prices. Clean and friendly. Will be back.
Walked in on a whim to find they had Sunday Brunch, while they dont serve actual adult drinks, it is BYOB. (Note to self, bring a bottle of champagne next time) You can either start at the omlett bar, or at the waffle bar, take a trip to the salad bar and tons of tasty hot options as well. The breaded chicken breast was tender, the biscuits were flaky and Amy, our waitress, was always around to top off our coffee. We were too full to have cake which was included, so Amy suggested we take it to go, which we did.So happy we did too, cause that chocolate cake was another kind of delicious, moist, sweet and sooo good! Will defitnetly be back to try the regular menu, a BIG Thank You to the Division Street Diner team!
Very friendly and great food!
I have tried other places for breakfast, but they dont hold a candle to this place! The food is always hot and delicious, all the coffee you can drink, with friendly service! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and the wait staff is always so friendly. I always get the diner special with 2 eggs, bacon, avocado and sourdough toast. It never disappoints!!! When you get a chance, stop by for breakfast or lunch!
We love this place, food is great and the service is fantastic!
This restaurant is one of the most COVID19 compliant I have seen. Clean, guaranteed social distance dining. They are doing everything right to protect their customers. Food excellent. Service great. I have found a new fave place for Sunday breakfast!
Informal dining, good food, excellent service.
Great, great food! Best breakfast anywhere!
Good food, reasonably priced.
Consistent great service and Grandmas omelete!

Love the breakfast sausage.
Love this place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Senior citizens top lunch spot but are all very welcoming to all. Great southern food. Yummy
Great french toast and friendly staff
Family friendly place with lots of comfort food. We will make this a regular spot
At first this place doesnt look like much until you walk in and feel the coziness and friendliness of the staff. Its decor of black and white check pattern covered table cloth and galvanized tin cover on back wall leaves a feel of quaintness and simplicity. The staff waiting with smiles eager to meet my breakfast hunger. I will definitely go back.
Great service, and great stars from the register to the floor. Ms Estephania your smile, your etiquette, and great attitude, wow talk about an asset to the business.you are good, better than the best and yet soooo humble. we come for your glowing personna, if the breakfast is burnt, the place would still be packed for the sunshine you display in your service. i nickname you ms. serenity you are sooo calm and peaceful, thanks for sharing your peace with everyone who enters
Reasonable prices with good food.
Not much of a menu. Food was not anything special. Will not return

Great food and great customer. Debra is outstanding server.
Absolutely love this place! Great food and they always take great care of us!
I love eating here, I make sure to visit every other weekend. Wonderful staff with excellent food.
Yummy omlet and hash browns!
Some of the best diner food Ive had in a very very long time. I went there on a whim instead of somewhere else; and will most certainly be going back very soon. The service was also very good as well.
