My favorite gas station. Big Joe keeps it poppin

The store is convenient and the easy to get too. The atm is outside and exposed and this can make you uncomfortable at times.

This place is closed every weekend I stop by for work with the workers standing behind the register

Ive been here on several occasions and was treated pretty poorly by the staff. You can tell they absolutely hate their jobs and just act irritated by the customers. Tonight though there was a taller white guy working with long blondish hair and I just wanted to say hes always super nice and respectful. And there was a black lady with glasses working as well and shes also super nice and respectful. They should truly be commended for their kindness it goes a long way when so many of your other employees tend to be rude. (Not all of them but a handful for sure.) Evening shift of august 31st.

This location is listed as open 24 hrs and yet theyve denied me entrance on numerous occasions while claiming to be closed and not even having the cashier window accessible. Either you guys are falsely advertising your schedules on here or you need to fire some people, starting at this location.

The clerk decided to call me a racial slur and the refused to give me ANY gas service. Had to end up leaving because I LITERALLY WASN’T ALLOWED TO GET GAS. The manger on duty ALSO did not let me get gas because he thought asking for GAS from the clerk was disrespectful. NEVER I MEAN NEVER COME HERE FOR GAS.

This factor distracts me because I told her I want to change money 20 ...You say bad words to me. She expels customers She tells me very bad words my gosh

To bad service, the employs are so rudes, and work in bad mood, I never came back to buy gas there, and Im telling every one I know to not go there

There is an overnight employee that shuts down the store around 6 am because shes the only one in the store. July 13 2020 As I walked in to the store she told me I can only help you if youre getting gas or tobacco im the only one here.This is the 4th time she has refused to help her customers and has locked the doors in the past.

Terrible customer service! Sassy and her friend heavier set light skinned girl needs evaluation. You can go right down the street to the other race trac, cheaper gas and wonderful people. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t have one. I definitely won’t give them another dollar of my money. Never know what type of day people are having and they didn’t want to even take people because “They’re getting off!”

No joke it’s been a month they been out of their drinks. It’s getting irritating.

Rude ladies work here. They seem to be more interested in smoking outside than doing their job. Getting paid to smoke, stand around and give customers an attitude. Dont visit this location. Youre better off going down the street to a different gas station.

The person below has just made a complete ass of themselves online. You just stated that you tired to buy your bf cigarettes cause HIS license is expired. If you just asked a few questions in regards to why they werent able to sell you the cigarettes, youll understand that no one is trying to lose their license over some ignorant child. When I saw license, yes, they have to have a TABC license to sell cigarettes and alcohol. Look it up before making stupid comments online that you clearly have no knowledge of.

This store is closed right now and it doesnt open until 6am due to safety reasons. I really hope and pray all is well.

Late night staff is rude, and makes you feel as if you are inconveniencing them and in their way. All three times I have visited, they have been unwelcoming and unhelpful. I will not be back.

Convenient location, friendly staff, not a fan of the gang graffiti in the restrooms though. (Must be the local hoodlums trying to be cool)This place is usually busy though so please remain vigilant.

Staff was very nice and worked quickly to get people out.

If I could give 0 stars it still wouldnt express how terrible the service is from the night shift. SASSY, who was not even the clerk helping me, came around the counter and looked at the change I had set down to buy cigarettes and said are you paying with ALL those quarters with a look of utter disgust on her face. She said unless they were rolled she couldnt take them. I had 7 quarters.... She told me to go find dollar bills or she couldnt help me. When I asked her name she replied with go ahead Im not going to get in trouble, its Racetrac policy. I dont work as a cashier at a gas station, but I9 going to guess insulting a customer and being so lazy you dont even want your co worker to assist me over 7 quarters is not a policy. I would also say accusing someone of stealing in gront of everyone in the store just because they walk out without anything isnt policy either. Ill be sure to follow every chain of command until this little girl can no longer treat individuals like trash.

Lady wouldnt sell me tobacco because my bf s id was expired.....ive literally been going here for FOREVER (3 years) and never had a problem. He is 25...looks like 30, and Im 23 with a valid licence. I didnt even get to finished my sentence and she said I cant help you, I watched you get out of the car with him.as she waved her hand up and looked away... I was in the car a few moments after he got back in (on the phone) which means she just sat there and watched us (I have terrible anxiety so thats very creepy to have someone watching you.) She was rude huffed and puffed once i asked for her name. I NEVER have a problem here but she....oh she, she was rude. Im not coming here anymore i went to shell up the street they are very nice, and dont watch you get in your car once you leave...Name: Chiquita ...this happen about an hour ago

The big girl w the awful weave needs a customer service class. Unprofessional, rude, always smelling of musty armpits, never smiling, almost as if she hates Racetrack itself. Attitude is a constant with this man or women. Needs to be removed.

Mens room was out of toilet paper, so I let her manager know. I went and got a drink I refilled my water went back to the bathroom it was still out of toilet paper so I had to use the ladies room. Then I go up to the counter and just told him I got some water with a refill and they charged me for it. So I wont be going to that racetrack again
