This place is the best there are so many flags there, I love flags so much, and the people are so friendly there, this is the best place I have ever been in the pentagon city mall

Stopped in for a few souvenirs for family and came out with two bags full! Super friendly owner and staff! If what you’re looking for is not in stock they will find it for you and ship it anywhere! Highly recommend a visit!

This is a great little souvenir shop its inside the mall but you know some of them are hard to find in those little trucks around DC so theres a few other ones in the city but being right across the bridge in Northern Virginia and Arlington you can give everything you need for all your souvenirs to the wonderful capital of the United States

Bunch of stuff to choose from,,friendly staff and owner was there...he even offered me a free shirt in the purchase of 2, reasonably-priced.

The hours lie it says they are open at 10 but its nearly 11 and they are still closed with no notice, sign or look of being opened anytime soon.

In February, my best friend and I visited Washington DC and went to this store in Pentagon City Mall to get some DC souvenirs and clothing to take home. We were very pleased with their selection and variety of everything I could have imagined. Their staff was very helpful and enjoyable to work with and the quality of their products was superior to everything we had seen elsewhere.

I was looking for shot glasses for Virginia and walked out with shot glasses for Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. That was a home run for me.

They had a good selection but not the one thing I was looking for.

Excellent experience! Plenty of attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff to assist. The store owner was onsite and treated each visitor with absolute respect. Exactly the customer service I desire when spending my time and money shopping. Will be visiting DC and Stars and Stripes again this spring!

This store is awesome! The selection is amazing, the staff is friendly, and they are just all around AWESOME. We come back every year and they never disappoint. THE BEST. I highly recommend them!

Be careful when shopping at the store. Check your receipts before leaving they have items buy 2 and get the 3rd one free but if you don’t double check they’ll charge for it. I learn that the hard way.

Nice souvenir shop. The best thing about it is that the staff is not pushy, they let you browse in peace, and they are polite and helpfull if you have any questions. Otherwise, I expected better selection of souvenirs, something that one cant find in any other souvenir shop, but thats not the case. Thumbs up for the staff and DC t shirt selection.

They are scammers. Legitimately go outside and there is someone who actually sells the EXACT SAME stuff for like 75% off. 40 dollars for a sweatshirt. When you can get it outside for 10. They are taking this money and making unfair profits off of it.

Iyyad Toubali’s experience was similar to mine, I didn’t buy anything from the store because there were better deals outside. Also the most expensive things outside at the little tent was about 20$ Without a bargain really great. Not saying that these guys are terrible but I personally did not have a good experience.

Family friendly with nothin but positivity, definitely recommend for a great selection of fun and trendy DC apparel!

Okay... outside of the store there are the same items but half the price, they over price their stuff. The workers are lousy and will not provide feedback if (in my case) I purchased a womens sweatshirt instead of a mens and she didnt ask me about it, they dont pay attention and only talk to the people buying stuff, if you have a question you have to look like youre buying something. The lady at the desk was a disgrace to Washington stores

Ok, but didnt have any selection of hoodies, mostly t-shirts and the same logo on 2 different colors if shirts..choices were very limited..
