This is the first place I go to get bobble heads, they have one of the most extensive collection in Arlington. Also, the staff is cool and they are aware of all the ‘geek culture’. The action figures are also particularly interesting. I just wish there was more anime swag in the store, like ‘One Piece’ and ‘Attack on Titans’. Overall, a nice geeky store with all the pop culture swag that you need.

Usually has good stuff not sure if the prices are much better than online but if youre cool with that its a rad store

Awesome store and staff

A lot of cool anime, Marvel, DC universe and Star Wars items. As well as a large selection of Funko Pop. Also Magic: the Gathering and Dungeon and Dragons. In store shopping with a Ten (10) person capacity at a time.

I love this place. Way better than the Hulen Mall store 3x more variety and not overstocked with fortnite an Final Fantasy items.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and even stood and talked with my boyfriend for a good 30 minutes about anime and various store items. A very friendly and niche experience.

Great store. That guy Mark was awesome and so helpful. He help me and my friend while we bought our Lightsaber and Captain America shield, and offered to let us leave the stuff in the store while we continued shopping. So knowledgeable of Star Wars and very enthusiastic. Well definitely go back if hes working.

A little pricey but they have all you collectors needs. They even have gamestop exclusives. So there everytime i go to the parks mall.

Not a bad shop. They have a lot of geek toys. I liked the small section of Magic cards. They also had a good selection of Pops. For the most part a lot of things that would be great to fill your shelves with. To add that little bit or a lot of geek to any room.

This a good place to get all of your fan gear. They had a good selection of Funco Pops and t-shirts, as well as all kinds of other stuff. Today when my daughter and I went there they were having a buy one get one free t-shirt sale, including the clearance shirts.

After a mishap a few years ago, I finally returned to this store and was happy to see a completely new set of employees this time, and they were so much more polite and extremely helpful. The store is cleaner than ever before. My only problem is the pricing. GameStop and Amazon typically have the same items for a cheaper price unless you shop clearance or store deals.

Im from out of town and we dont have this store. I love this store! The prices are reasonable and sales when I visited was amazing. I would say the only downfall is the lack of shirt choices.

Weve all been to the geeky website, but who knew they had a physical store???It was full of lots of nerdy goodness! The only thing I didnt spot from the website (which I would have purchased on the spot) was the titanium spork!

The store itself was cool. The staff not so much. There was an empty box so just to make sure me and my friends told the people who work there. Well snippily the teenager we told rolled her eyes and told us they knew, that the figure was on display in the case. Then as we and her were walking away she snickered to her employee friend how we were stupid for asking what she thought was a dumb question. Its very unprofessional, disrespectful and RUDE to act that way to anyone but especially to people way older than her. You need better sensitivity training.

I enjoyed shopping on the website before it became a store. When Im in the mall, I always have to make a stop at the store. Even if I dont buy anything, I still like to look around.

If youre looking for sci-fi game, movie and series items, this is the place to go. Huge selection. They also have an online store with even more stuff. My kids are always asking to go, they just love to buy that kind of stuff, I just like to look. Its worth going, even if its just to look around.

I love to window shop here. My wife doesnt let my nerd out so its hard to find something that she would allow me to put in the house, but if you love collectibles and anything Marvel/DC this is your place. Great selection of Funko Pops too

Sad for me the prices are to much. But I always see things Id love to have. Occasionally theyll have a clearance rack for stuff. It was buy one get one free so I ended up getting four shirts for the price of two.

Honestly I should give it 4 stars for the long wait but I bought a Kirby shirt in store that was the wrong size so I returned it and got a gift card and was told the guy would call when they have my size.( Its a high demand shirt) However even though he never called I went back in the store around a month later and looked for it. It wasnt there but I asked the lady present if I could find one anywhere she then checked her computer and said that it says theres only two left and that they might be hiding in the back. As soon as she walked out that employee area my day was made hence the final star being earned.

Dont buy electronics from think geek. I had to return an electronic product because it would not charge using its included charger. After they found that none of the other ones they had in stock would charge with their included charges the manager told me she would make an exception on the return policy of giving store credit for electronic returns and that in the future I would not be given this exception if I bought another defective product from them. Her reasoning is that they have no way to return the product to the vender and that they will just have to throw it out. I am sorry but if the product is defective and you can not replace it it should be standard policy to refund the customers purchase and not just give store credit. I have worked in customer service for over 5 years and I would never dream of telling my customers if they have a defective product they can only get store credit in the future if I could not replace it with a working one.

Just passing through, didnt know they had their own store, I always see the ThinkGeek logo on the GameStop website, and they even have some coupons on PowerUpRewards.Staff is rude. When calling about a pre-order, the claimed they called, but said my voicemail was not activated. Both my sisters and my own VM is on and working, jennifer. When I went to the store with my sister to return some items, they had a problem with that, bad attitudes, and was basically yelling at me for asking a simple question. A complete over-reaction to the whole situation, and I wont be going back to this store.

Rude condenscending staff does not let you look at the over priced merchandise... Will keep asking you questions until you leave or buy something... They followed me around and said something anytime I would touch or look at anything. Too ready to make a sale. And way too proud of their Japanese coin op toy dispensers and yell at you if you touch them without a staff members permission... Ruined 3 sales for me on my visit. Belittled me in the store. Will not be spending my money here.

Great shop with a huge geeky selection!

I went to ThinkGeek a few months ago and to my surprise, they sold a JoJo figure, which was really surprising!! I cant believe there was actuallya store in Texas that was not only near, but sold JoJo figures. I bought Josuke, but sadly it was the last one. I asked one of the employees if they were planning to stock in other figures, and one of them said, Maybe. I checked a week or two later but the JoJo price tag was gone. I wish there was more, so I could give them a 10 stars if I could!
