(& Yes, Ive been charged at others for the Mag!)⁴Super friendly & nice, Ill definitely be coming back to THIS GameStop. Ive had some really AWFUL experiences at other GameStops...but this location never lets me down. 2 thumbs up! 👍👍....& a BILLION thumbs down to half of the other locations around town that constantly have me leaving dumbfounded & frustrated with how indifferent & uninterested they are to my feelings / ANY sort of Customer Service!👎👎👎👎At this store though you can count on ALWAYS having a good experience! I forget the gentlemans name (noon on 1-27 @ Arbrook), but hes by far the best rep hands down! I went in freaked out about my defective xbox one console, and left happier than I can imagine! He kept calling other stores until he found one that could actual resolve my issue... this experience will keep me coming back for sure!

You would think Been to One Game Stop, been to them all. Not the case. My daughter and I use GameStop as a bonding moment. Talking, laughing as we browse through the games and unique merch. Our favorite GameStop is located @ 3810 S. Cooper St. Arlington TX 76015. Been going there since our WII days. Highly knowledgeable staff. Just the right amount of helpful. Clean and organized store.

Stopped in to purchase a console. They had empty boxes on their shelves, which isnt unusual when purchasing a high dollar item. Stood around for ten minutes while the employee answered a million questions for the guy ahead of me. The clerk finally acknowledges me (the guy in front of me is still asking questions) to inform me that the item isnt in stock. Why have empty boxes with prices and a skull on the shelf if the item is out of asock??? I couldve been in and out in if those hadnt been on the shelf, instead of waiting for an employee to have time to help. Made no sense to me at all.

Just a bunch of rude lazy nerds. Don’t waste your time.

Every time I come here, I am always helped if I need it and always come out with more information than I came in with which is great. The cashiers, when you buy a game, tell you about it, which I love because i may not know something about the game and then they tell me! Great job Gamestop!

Dont buy anything here. I bought a PS4 with warranty (extra paid for it) and the console doesnt work, they just want to return 40$.

Worst visit. Jonny assisted me with a question on if my 19 inch funko came in answer was no. Then I asked when the promo ended buy 2 get 1 free ended he didnt know so he pawned the question off to he co-worker who was already helping someone...while jonny started helping someone else. I WAS LEFT THERE STANDING!! Rude!! I just wanted to see if I could get a raincheck on the promo since my order was late. Ive been in customer service 17 yrs. You dont Leave a customer till Your done helping.

Its okay sometimes youll purchase a new game but they give you a used version so make sure your on top of that. Also, most of the time the people behind the counter dont know much about games and so the only direction that they can give is to a parent buying the child a game etc. (you know).

Never pre-order here again!!! I will start to look somewhere else for games. I understand there is a limit for gamestop to do a midnight release on a game but at least give the customers a courtesy call to let them know they wont have one after employees had confirmed one already. I also asked one of the employees if I could pick up at a different location he flat out said no because they closed at 9 and wouldnt transfer my credit to the other location until tomorrow. Gamestop what kind of solution is this for customers, hard to find places where they go above and beyond to keep customers happy!! Wont be taking business there anymore

I have never had a good experience at this GameStop ...they have switch boxs on the wall but dont have anything in them or the store ...and Im talking about accessories ...however the girl with red Pokémon shirt the day I went in was very cool and helpful to a fellow gamer (young girl and mom) ..so she gets a thumbs up!
