I wanna start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I feel its the best place for big group hang outs or romantic casual dates! TOO CUTE! ❤ It also has the BEST coffee around! Better than Starbucks in America because its not burnt and not watered down. The one I got was the Sea Cafe and I dont know how they did it but its both strong AND sweet. Now Im not much of a sweet coffee girl (I like my coffee black with a touch of milk but) it was AWESOME! DEFINITELY coming back!I will say some things this place could definitely improve on are the smell of the place and the signs out front indicating where it is. I almost didnt find this place because I was looking for a HUGE Phi sign rather than the food court sign they have. Also, the food smell hits you when you walk in and stays with you until about 15-20 minutes into your visit at this place. So if they could get some REALLY good air purifiers and better signs outside (maybe some on the ground? ) then this place would definitely be THE place to be! Thanks for such an awesome hangout spot! Perfect place to hang out on the weekends. They have live music there so you can chill and have fun. One singer was actually very good and Im impressed. Good place for Vietnamese food. Love their snails! All of them! You should try them out when you get there. Just get all the varieties, but the coconut one is probably the best.

Great phood, loved all 3 things I tried and have been back three times. Very fresh food and amazing flavors much better than the standard Pho place. The Bun Thang is almost good as my mothers and its best Vietnamese chicken noodle soup by far. The nem noung aka lemongrass pork meatballs are crispy crunch with a slightly sweet flavor and good amount of garlic. The blend of herbs with mint, basil and green leafy lettuce was perfect and I like it has no rice vermicelli instead it had crispy crunch egg roll skin stuffed inside. The banh bot chien is the best I every has extremely crispy rice cake with a nice crispy egg with deep fried onions with a hints of coriander and cinnamon garnished with sauteed scallions.

Horrible food and customer service. It’s Monday and I pointed to the daily specials menu and the girl still charged me the regular price. I ordered Mi Quang and Bo ne. Both are just WRONG. Mi Quang NEVER has this much soup it’s almost like Pho and the crispy rice cake they added were mushy by the time it’s served. When I almost finished it they brought out the Bo ne for my friend. I was shocked to see it. Bo Ne with broken rice? Excuse me?!? I mean really? The steak was marinated with a weird sauce and nothing in the dish was good except for the fries. The waitress never asked if we’re ok just left the food there and turned away immediately. Sorry but I won’t be back.

I’ve came to this place a couple times and I really love the food. However customer service isn’t the best. The people at the counter don’t seem to understand English very well. And aren’t the friendliest. I always walk in and order the same thing a meatball pho soup and grilled pork spring rolls and the person at the counter is unsure or confused. They don’t really go and check on you and ask if you need anything. But I am still giving this place a 3 stars because the atmosphere is great the music is nice and love the food.

Drinks are delicious and the best, order the Saigon milk tea with boba and it was so good 20/10. The place is aesthetic which is perfect for pictures too.

I dont know why they have been doing bad business currently. All the food we bought from them somehow they were not fresh. My siblings had stomach aches next morning and had to skip work after ate their food. I immediately checked other portions in the fridge and it was bad as well.Never spend any money there again for sure.

Amazing hangout in a place youd least expect. Cool vibe, plenty of hideaway spaces and open areas for bigger groups. Food hall style with only PHI open when we visited. Some food options, but we opted just to have drinks and talk. Coconut milk with coffee smoothie was all charged up but after swirling it to blend with the icy coconut milk, I was drinking it down super fast.Iced green tea smoothie with boba was strong and delicious.Everything perfectly sweetened and tasty. We loved it here as the best end to our date night.

Not really friendly unless your Vietnamese/Thai. My second time getting food from here. Counter people kept pretending to not see me when trying to order something from the lunch box counter. Nice old grandma had to yell at them in Vietnamese to help me. Then they pretended to not know English (these were young, maybe 20ish), so it’s almost impossible they didn’t know any. Not to mention the first time I came here they spoke just fine.

Been a customer at this restaurant for a while but it get me disappointed this time. That day I ordered takeout “Pha lau” at Phi for me and my brother (“Pha lau” is one of my favorite foods here). When I got home and checked, the texture of the “Pha lau” was different than usual. It was slimy and was not tasty at all. I felt weird but then I just thought they might have put extra cornstarch or something like that to the food so it happened, but then I couldn’t stand the texture and the mild taste so I just trashed the entire container after the first spoon, but my brother he still ate his “Pha lau”. Later that evening, my brother started to get bad diarrhea till the morning after. He couldn’t even go to school. At that moment, I realized it was the “Pha lau”, since it was the only thing my bro ate that night. The food got slimy becuz it got spoiled. Really bad experience this time, why do u guys still sell the food to the customer even though it was spoiled? It makes me feel like Phi just wanna put their profit on the top, they don’t care about customer’s safety. You should reconsider your business ethics.

To say this is a hidden gem would be like saying the Mona Lisa is a small painting by an obscure independent artist.You guys really need to turn your music down though, it’s so obnoxious to not be able to have a conversation.

I ordered Bún dau mam tom yesterday and so disappointed. The tofu was not eatable. The Bun was so dried. :-(

I only got a drink there, but it was quite good. Will have to check out the food sometime.

Strong and tasty viet coffee place

They had a unique assortment of foods and beverages that were absolutely delicious!

Tables are not kept clean nor plates and other stuff left behind by customers are kept as soon as customers leave. Thats my observation for months now. Food is just ok but not that great.

Place looks very nice for the most part. I don’t blame them the location is large. Would give more stars but the service felt impatient as it was my first time. Coffees are really good. At least the two I ordered. Also got the spring rolls and a pho ga. The spring rolls were missing flavor and the pho ga smelled bad. If I return, it’ll be for the coffee and aesthetic of the location.

Wow this place has so many good food options. 3 genres of food inside. Lots of seating and several sets for hangouts, groups, photos. A few areas with TVs. Most areas are seated arranged for food, some areas are good for meetings and studying in a relaxed atmosphere. They stay open late and its not packed at all in the weekday. Less food options but still access to all rooms and areas . Food we got was great for the price!

Really good Pho and Bahn Mi. Fair pricing for the large portions as well as bahn mi. Good boba and traditional tea as well. Amazing atmosphere and seating that you have to see. Not the best boba in the world but still great and recommended.

This place has mediocre grilled meat, the rice was dry, and the egg wasnt even seasoned. The food isnt that great, but its saving grace was how great their smoothies are. Their berry mix and strawberry taste amazing. Their avocado smoothies are creamy, unlike others who are watery. Phenomenal smoothies, mediocre food.

After being a huge fan of the new Houston location, this place was a dull comparison taste wise. We ordered a large number of drinks for the road trip back home and were thoroughly disappointed at how mediocre everything tasted. The recipes for the location are definitely not that same. I wont be returning the next time Im in town. Id rather visit a different tea stop that will most likely have better tasting drinks than this location. The decor is pretty and trendy, the store is conveniently located in a grocery, and there is a good sized menu.

Ive finally found a place to get mi quang! Its not the best Ive had, but theyve got the market cornered. Ill be back to try their other dishes (looking forward to the sticky rice) and hopefully turn this 4 star review into a 5 star.

I am here for the first time and the ambience was amazing. It is just such a cool place to hang out and eat with friends. The boba tea was so good as well and service was excellent. Trust me this is a must go to place in Arlington.

I Order bahn mi sandwiches. The young lady preparing the sandwich wore gloves the whole time. Never once took it off. She put the sandwich in the conventional oven. She picks up her cup to drink, touches the counter, opens the fridge, gets a container with what looked like strawberries, decides she wanted to do change something on the computer with the mouse, then she gets my breads and prepare my bahn mi. All the while wearing the same nasty gloves. I glad she didnt need to go use the restroom.

The food here is either bland or over salted. I decided to give this place another try, after shopping for groceries, but never again. Save your money.

I had actually walked by this place before and ignored the menu because I thought they only served drinks. So, the business name is a bit deceiving. They have a full menu of sandwiches and dishes too!We ordered 3 Banh mi sandwiches and a Thai Green Tea with boba. They tasted good, but my combo sandwich was a bit light on ingredients. I opened the package and spun the sandwich around and couldnt find the opening. Granted they only had one of the combo meats available and we came after the lunch rush. But, other Banh mi sandwich places stuff so much that you see the meat and ingredients sticking out where the bread opens up. Id like to try this place again to try other things.The interior is completely remodeled and has a nice atmosphere.

Yummy food and boba tea drinks. Would give 5 stars if they were consistent in their inventory. Came here several times, and they were always out of boba or food- or even discontinue things that were still on the menu like the salmon, italian soda... I am OK with it happening during holidays but sometimes it was during the slow weekdays. It was disappointing, but Viet food is good here! I wish they would bring back the fried Banh Bao; that was my favorite.

Good tea and coffee. Its always my stop before shopping next door. They have decent bahn mi that I always get.However on my recent trip, the same one that prompted this review, they were out of bahn mi so I went with the pho.I think the reasoning is clear. Here in South New Vietnam Arlington, they dont have to cater to American taste.Let me tell you, their pho is awesome. Its meaty, unapologeticly fatty, and they give you so many of the sides. I now rank them up there with the best pho I have ever had.

I come here to drink often, but every Sunday the water maker makes a mistake. Once I ordered 2 cups of milk tea, you made the tea and then poured the milk in for me to drink. I have never had a milk tea like this. Today, my boyfriend bought a friends coffee that was as sweet as sugar water. I hope the shop will review your way of mixing water because I wont be back like this. Thanks
