Good gelato, decent seating

DisappointedFirst the place has bad smell. Then I surprised that woman who prepaid the coffee didn’t wear gloves and took of her mask under her jaw and breathed inside the milk pitcher to check the status of milk 🤢🤮. After that she gave me cold coffee and she didn’t fill the cup 3/4, which I can prepare at home better than what she made

I just signed up as a member so far so good. Food is solid, was able to park, atmosphere is good. It definitely has a work in progress feel but that does not bother me at all. If your looking to get out of the house to work and want to be able to print and have a few amenities it is worth it.

Great gelato served by a helpful and happy staffer and a comfortable and inviting workspace in which to enjoy it.Staff offered many samples and gave an ample serving of the delicious gelato. They were attentive, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their work.The restaurant has ample seating in many diverse styles to cater to nearly every seating desire. The workspace is open and airy and well lit with natural light.It was an enjoyable experience from the minute I entered until I left. I never felt anything but welcome and wanted while there.Highly recommend and will most definitely return.

Great coffee and awesome spot but they turn the music up way too loud. 95% of the people here are either studying or working, I have Bose noise -cancelling headphones on and I can still hear the music. Its like they have no basic understanding of their customers. Would be the absolute perfect place if they played more chill music at a bearable volume.

Cosy place for remote working

Heartbroken, I loved this place with the cozy lounge feel, tv playing old music videos, etc. but it recently changed hands and for some reason the new owner decided to remove everything good about the place and now it has a corporate cafeteria feel. What a disaster, I used to be a weekly customer and I won’t be back again.

One of my favorite places to get work done in Arlington. There is a lot of space, comfy seating and outlets. However, it is a little dark, and the wifi requires periodical reconnection. The coffee is decent, the baked goods and gelato are excellent.

This is one of the coolest, laid back places I have ever been to. Will definitely be going back.

Great atmosphere and a fun location. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Awesome place to work. Love the neat furniture and ample plugs. Downside is the wifi is S L O W. Streaming videos, and music is very hard. Mostly plays relaxing music/smooth jazz which is occasionally too loud.

Vegan ice cream and great coffee. What more could a guy ask for?

This used to be my favorite gelato spot but the new ownership has completely gutted everything great about this place and turned it into some awkward “co-op” type establishment. Horrible.

This is worth the xost of membership. Great location. The co-work area is spacious and has a bohemian vibe. The phone rooms are small but I have used it to meet with a client and it was adequate. I have had hot tea there and the last time I was there I ordered Jamaican Jerk Beef Empanada - fantastic! There is gelato available but I have never had it. My colleague, who I have met there several times, claims that it is the best.

Ive been coming here off and on to telework for a few months now. Ive never received friendly or warm customer service from any barista here, but I enjoy the cozy and spacious environment and find it easy to concentrate.

First off, I was surprised that the space has been divided even inside the cafe according to whether you have a membership or not. Segregating people by the money seems to me just another way of greedily getting more money with poor tactics. Furthermore, the cup that I use was not completely cleaned. I ordered a tea. Where did this coffee spot come from? This is going to be my last visit to this cafe. Bye.

Latte had way too much milk and way too hot. The place is freezing. Everyone is sitting there in their coats. I was wearing four layers and it was still unbearable. WiFi is spotty

I use it for client meetings from time to time. Very pleased w/ the service and have recommended it to others.

Got a Wifi code with purchase, and it stopped working after 15 minutes. Was supposed to work for 90. Frustrating. Gelato was tasty though. Just dont count on the wifi.
