Miss this place from school days, visited recently and tried fresh donuts, tasted just like old days, coffee was decent

I used their App to place my order and was able to go through the drive thru. Fast and no time waisted and my order was correct when I made it home. Donuts were fresh and no complaints. Thanks gals and guys!

Im very impressed with this location! I came in around 6pm on a Thursday and they were fully stocked with all the different types of donuts. The employee that helped me was very friendly and fast paced. The store was clean and it looked like they had plenty of employees. Will return soon!

Best fresh made donuts. My regular routine to co.e here on my way to work. Drive thru line will be long in the morning. So you have to go inside, to get your order fast.

Just Drove 30 minutes for some original glazed donuts only to be disappointed. They were sold out of original glazed donuts and wouldn’t have anymore available for another hour. I asked to speak to the manager. A young Hispanic guy came to the window to advise they were short staffed and he didn’t have time to make any. I asked is there anything he can do to compensate me for my inconvenience and he’s said no. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR ACCOUNTABILITY. POOR EXPERIENCE. (9-2-21 @ 5:30p)

The night crew tonight at Krispy Kreme was awesome. The were fast, effecient and friendly. Would have been 5 stars bit you could not go inside to look at the donuts, only drive thru was open.

First of the donuts are bomb which everybody knows. But Shalae on the drive thru gives that kind of customer service and hospitality that restores your hope for humanity! I go out of my way to come to this location for that reason.

I asked for the oreo dozen through Uber eats, which is being promoted now,I received only one but I wanted a dozen, so I went to receive my complimentary replacement but they still didnt have any oreo donuts!Im not satisfied and if youre going to promote please have an abundant amount ready.

Always have to stop by Krispy Kreme! This location has some of the best guest service I’ve seen! Super bubbly, even during a rush, and very quick! Donuts were a hit, as they always are. Brought them home yesterday and they still taste so delicious! The new glazed donut coffee is to die for, definitely recommend. An awesome location!

I took my 16yr granddaughter to Krispy Kreme on Cooper Street in Arlington Texas. To redeem her Birthday Rewards which states she can redeem anytime during the month of her birthday. The Manager on Duty Racially Profiled her and refused to honor what the Rewards Program states. I went through the Drive Thru and asked for the manager and Karen got on the speaker and stated she wasnt honoring the coupon as well as refused to give me a refund or her name. I will never patronize Krispy Kreme Donuts again. Ive called Corporate and launched a complaint against the manager and the store. Lost Customer for life will share with everyone I know.

Instead of chocolate bunnies I gave away Krispy Kremes! All recipients were delighted.My only complaint if I put too much glaze on the donuts! When Krispy Kreme first came to Texas they were not that heavily glazed which makes them too icky sweet for me. I would have given three stars only I didnt buy donuts for me.

My order was close to correct, thats why the 4 star review. The donuts were very good on this Sunday morning. But dont get the donut holes. They tasted like last weeks donuts. I ate one and threw the rest away.

Cant miss with the donuts. So good. But stay away from any lattes or hot chocolates. Some places need to stay in their lane. KK is great for donuts 🍩. With drinks they are a miss. We bought 4 drinks and every single one was wrong. No flavor at all.

Picture this, god himself comes down to earth ok, and he decided to work at a doughnut shop ok, and named it krispy kreme. Im convinced thats how this place was made. morale of the story, their donuts bussin.

I wishb there were more franchises because the drive there is a bit long, but its worth it because they have really great doughnuts, or donuts. However you choose to spell it.

At 9pm on a Friday night, when they are open for 2 more hours, they tell me I can’t order coffee because they have shut down the coffee machine for the night for cleaning.

Ridiculously delioucious. Not the cheapest donuts you can find, but if you get the timing just right and catch them when theyre just coming out it makes it all worth it. Sometimes the store will pass out free donuts as samples

Placed an order online only to get to the location and be told they were out of all our donuts. I completely understand being out but don’t let me drive all the way up there if y’all don’t have anything I ordered, I got no call or message notifying me my order could not be filled on top of that they didn’t ask if I wanted to substitute my selections or anything. Two times coming to this location, two times the disappointment. First time (drive thru) donuts were stale. Second time (walk in) asked if the had raspberry filled was told no. Group came in asked for same and got last one AFTER I was told no more. The system for making donuts was filthy. Seriously looked like it hadnt been cleaned at all that day. This was about between 2&230. Shame cause I really like Krispy Kreme. But I will not be returning to this location or I guess any other as this is the only one in the Grand Prairie/ Arlington/ Irving area.

Until know .i have problem to reach the storeit is far from where I live .i wish they think to open in my area .bunch people would be happy to have it fresh with there coffee in the morning and enemy ether time . my complement to all employees.

We went through drive-through yesterday around 4:00 pm and ordered two boxes each of glazed minis and chocolate minis. The server gave us two boxes TOTAL. We reminded him of our order and he assured us that all the donuts we ordered were in those two boxes. We didnt count them at the time because people were waiting behind us. After we got home we found we had paid for a total of four boxes of minis but only received two boxes of minis. We wont shop here again.

I love Krispy cream however they were not open at 830 pm on a Monday. It said store closed but drove through open. There was a car there but waited 10 min in drive through then me and 2 other cars left. Dont know whats going on.

The donuts dont glaze very well when fresh and look deformed. While still very tasty, the general upkeep of the machine is poor. I recommend visiting other locations in DFW for better quality. Getting in and out can also get annoying due to the traffic on that specific street.

They werent hot like the sign said they would be, they didnt have my favorite kind, and the Reeses donut was way too sweet, but I would go again, so...

This location was closed for remodeling this week, but was still showing up on their website as open and taking orders. I placed multiple orders, the doordash employees arrived at the location and the store was closed for remodeling. I did not even know there was an issue until the doordash employee canceled the order due to business being closed. Very bad business!
