Called in to ask about Cigarette pricing and they didn’t want to give me the info over the phone. I figured it was because of how low it is. So it intrigued me. I asked before to confirm before driving to location if they really were the cheapest around like they advertise. I was told yes guaranteed. I drove to location and Newport’s are $72 a carton. That is what everyone around here charges. I was expecting them to be in the 60s at least. Not worth the drive go elsewhere.

Greatest spot in Crystal City! The owner is the most kindest and down to earth person you’ll ever meet, best experience ever. On top of that, they have a lot of assortment and cheap prices too. Don’t forget to grab yourself a cup of coffee while you’re there!

I dont give 5-star reviews often, but this place deserves it! Amazing customer service, cheap cigarettes and tobacco. A huge selection of Kratom, honestly the cheapest in the DMV I believe. Good selection of glassware, and also great coffee to go. There are closer places that i can buy cigarettes, but i walk the extra distance just to support this place.

What a great place to buy a cigar for an occasion. The friendly staff there walked me and my military buddies through their selection of high quality cigar. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with a smile. Oh and theres a really cuddly dog there too. Great customer service experience!

I love going by the Burn n’ Brew in Arlington. They have great coffee and a large selection of nice glass. But what I enjoy the most, is the atmosphere. There are days where I’ll go in, grab a coffee, and kick back and talk forever with the guys. Definitely a great little stop in if you’re passing through Arlington!!

Walking in, the small, cozy inside greets you. As you look around the quality glass and coffee catches your eye, seeing brands you have never tried. When speaking to the owner, I felt I could ask him any question and the answer would be pure genuine information about the products. I was recommended by a friend to come here. I was hesitant at first, but Im glad I made the drive. They have a wonderful variety and selection of glass pipes. The staff is great! They were so helpful and knowledgeable.When there, make sure to get the ice coffee!

This shop is the only shop I go to now. Have been a loyal customer for a year +. Never had a serious issue and if there was anything I wasnt happy about Taha was more than ready to make it right. You cant beat the prices or the quality. Plus they do crazy sales what seems like year round. Easy to park in the back and walk around.

This place is amazing. Incredible prices on glassware, amazing stock of tobacco and smoking accessories, knowledgeable and friendly staff who really care and know their business. I dont understand the one or two negative reviews this place has gotten, as every single time Ive been in here, Ive had nothing but excellent experiences. Im guessing those bad reviews were written by people who live under bridges (trolls, get it?). Legit, this is my go-to spot for vaping supplies, cigarettes, smoking accessories, and excellent coffee. Would give them ten stars if I could.

First off this is the only place in NOVA I know of that sells lucky strikes. More importantly the owner, Taja, is super friendly and helpful. He suggested some great coffee to me and my friend, helped us get the cigarettes we wanted, and even gave us a free cup of coffee and beans to take home (for my dad). This place is 30 minutes from me on a good day but I will definitely come back regardless of drive time!

Been here a few times as I live around the corner; super convenient hours and amazingly helpful staff. I couldn’t recommend Burn N Brew enough! The coffee is unexpectedly amazing (def recommend drinking it black), the selection of glass is on point, and all their tobacco/vape/Juul products are priced so much more reasonably than almost anywhere else around. 11/10, would absolutely advise anyone who likes good coffee, good glass, good people, and, of course, good dogs to stop in!

Yoo this shop is dope as ever wow! The owner was cool and very informative the entire experience. The dog being around made it a welcoming and home-like spot. Theirs coffee to warm you up while you browse and their selection of glass is incredible at the price hes selling them for. I cant stress how cool this was and will definitely be coming back as a regular. Heard the good was good from one if my friends. But I have been by here for the third time during business hours and the place has been closed. I think if theyre slow they close. I believe I walked past 3 employees just after they had closed the place. Because they werent over and stud by the company truck. I asked them if place was supposed to be open till 3p on Sat, till 6p M-F. When Im at work. They just said the place had weird hours and walked off. Sense Ive been writing this, four cars have come up, people gotten out of cars and come back looking disappointed. Now 5. I might give thirds place one more try because my friend raved about it so much. Closed again and I move on.

The two gentlemen working were so kind to help me get what I needed by calling and making sure another store had what I needed. So I never been to this store before but I want to buy a copule of cartons of cigarets and couldn’t see the price online. So I called to ask about the price and I’ve been told that the store policy not give the price online or on the phone and that I have to come in person to ask for the price!!!! So please can someone explain to me what is the benefit of this policy?

Terrible customer service by owner (dont know name, is a male). The (female)employee who helped me was excellent and honest, however, when I had a problem with the quality of the purchased product and called, the owner was of no help. In fact, Id called twice; the first to compliment his shop and thank his employee, which he was glad to hear and happy to tell me to review the shop online. When I called later to report my problem his solution was to charge me again. I try to shop local, but his prices are outrageous (I was told one piece was $30 lower a short time ago, and was quoted the lower price, until the sales lady (with surprise) told me the owner had recently raised it by almost double. Its online from now on. Recommend you do the same. Cheers!

Cigarette prices were more expensive than 7-11. I went ahead and bought a carton and then returned it when she said they didnt have matches. A smoke shop with no matches?!?! Went down the street to 7-11 instead. Cheaper and they threw in like 15 packs of matches.

I had a great experience here the other day. Im a newbie when it comes to healthier ways to smoke tobacco. First I got a fresh cup of coffee (literally fresh as in they ground the beans they stock and used a brew-per-cup filter / strainer device to fill my cup). I got a very thorough education on the pros and cons of various tobacco devices. What Impressed me the most was the guy recommended a device that was most suited to my needs, which happened to be $20 cheaper than another device. He could have easily recommended the more expensive one, and I probably would have bought it, but he knew through our conversation that the more expensive device came with too many features I didnt need. He also explained their prices are wholesale and you can get things there cheaper than you can online or even when it comes to cigarettes - they sell a pack of Newports for $1.50 less than the 7-11 a block away. The store was neat, tidy, clean and very well-organized - like OCD well-organized. Friendly, knowledgeable, best prices, good cup of joe... what else can I say? Ill be back!
