Jessie was exceptionally patient with me when I called to obtain help with Find My iPhone. He walked me through step by step on how to locate my missing phone. He was very profession, knowledgeable and proficient with helping me. I will definitely contact this location in the future. Ask for Jesse.

I came in and needed help with my phone because I was having some issues and I was helped by a gentleman named Thomas. I believe his last name was Bennett but I cannot Express how great a service he provided! He was straight forward and set me up perfectly! He was very professional and polite and if I was his boss Id say he definitely deserves a raise! If possible please do! Definitely the kind of person youd need in your store!!!!!
We have had set up now 5 phones at this store! It’s fast and all the employees are kind! Highly recommended if you want to set up your new device or if you need any help updating a plan or even to buy something! Definitely one of the best Verizon stores in the area!

While I was there today, two team members were working very hard to decide three clients, two of whom had complex problems to solve. The staff were professional and efficient, even when one particular customer had multiple unreasonable requests. Thanks for great service.
Without a doubt, this store is one for the books. I used to visit buckets that were called Verizon stores before & had horrible experiences but luckily I found this place. Go find some real service here if you’re in need and ask for Feliciano for top tier customer service!

I went to this store on 4 different occasions simply because I wanted to pick up my pre ordered phone. The first time they said they could not sell it to me until the next day even though they had it there. Fine. The second time they said their servers were down, and tell me to return 2 hours later. The third time I return 2 hours later and they are all busy (which is not their fault), with the exception of one guy who is literally just sitting there. The fourth time I go on a Sunday, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00 am. I get there at 10:30 am and its closes. I call them at 11:20 am and no answer. I finally called them at 12:00 pm and get an answer. I ask what time they open today and they sat 10:00 am...Bottom line is that the people are actually helpful when they talk to you one on one. But the professionalism is frustratingly amateur. Ill never be coming back to this retailer again.

Brought my mother to this location trying to switch to another phone provider. Didn’t have a great experience with sprint and showed a lack of patience to my aging mother. She’s not very tech savvy and had multiple bad experience with customer service at other stores. Came on a Thursday afternoon, wasn’t relatively busy. We were lucky to have “Feliciano” to help us, he was patient, caring, and very well spoken (my mother has hearing problems). He made my mother and i feel like we weren’t just a regular customer or another phone sale. She’s now happy with her phone provider and also happy with the attentive care she’s gotten at this store. I also will be coming back in the next month to switch, if you do come here, look for Feliciano!!
I generally prefer shopping online for goods and services, but Im actually glad I came to this store to get my new phone.Feliciano was not only friendly and welcoming, he listened to me and was able to make suggestions based on what I need in a phone. I expected the process to take forever but Feliciano was extremely efficient and seemed really experienced.Its good to know I can come back here for trustworthy service, thank you Feliciano and TCC!
This store is under new management and its a 100% difference from before. The staff is very energetic and helpful. I came in with small children and the staff did a great job of fixing my phone and keeping the kids entertained, which I really appreciated.

I recently purchased a new phone from the Verizon store at Tysons mall, and they literally just gave me the phone still in the box (unopened) and sent me on my way. Their instruction was, when you go home connect to wifi and from there the phone will tell you what to do. Of course, when I got home and tried activating it myself it didnt work properly and I was suddenly without a phone.I found this Verizon store and begrudgingly made my way there. Thankfully, I was greeted by a very friendly rep by the name of Feliciano! He called Tysons to let them know that they gave poor customer service, and was able to help me activate my phone. I was a nervous wreck without my cell, so I was extremely grateful that they were able to help me out with very little difficulty.I highly recommend this store- they know how to deliver excellent customer service =)
I have been without a working phone for SIX DAYS. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE. I went to their office. Unpleasant and ignorant. Still dont have a phone. AVOID VERIZON!!!

As a customer of Verizon for many years, I have constantly been frustrated with high prices for Verizon service. However, after meeting Tom, a sales associate with this TCC branch, and interacting with his dynamic personality and serious drive, he has renewed my faith in Verizon as a service and as a company.
My family and I just bought 3 new phones at this location. I have to say, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional these guys are here! I have had some bad experiences when purchasing new phones for my family with representatives lying and promising the world to only be delivered junk. We thought we knew what we wanted when we came here, but the indian guy that works there, name starts with Ra I think, talked us out of them because he felt that those phones were junk. So glad that he didnt just sell us what we came in for because we LOVE these new phones! Could not have asked for more! Very rare to have someone be so honest about everything! This will be our new store for EVERYTHING! Not going to bother going anywhere else. Just like the saying, if its not broken, why fix it?!

I will not go into the details of my case but give you some basic facts.This store is NOT a Verizon Wireless store although they have done everything to look and sound like one. They have DIFFERENT policies and offerings than Verizon Wireless including a NO RETURNS policy. They may not tell you that before you purchase, but there may be a sign on a counter with small print that you may want to read first. You may also want to contact Verizon Wireless to inform yourself about all of THEIR fees before you sign papers at the store.The business is cleverly called We R Wireless which to me, at least, seemed to be a Verizon Wireless slogan, until (too late) I realized it was a separate business!Worse, apparently Verizon Wireless condones their practices, since they clearly have some kind of marketing arrangement going on!I could say other things, but Ill stop here.

This place is awesome!! I dont know why people hate retailers, I personally would much rather deal with the guys here than the corporate guys in the malls. I actually found out that they gave me my incredible 4g for $50 when it was selling for $100 online. Every time Im at an official verizon store, I always feel like Im part of a cattle. Always rushed in and out with no service. Whenever I come to the store on Lee Hwy and Spout Run they always take their time with me and my family, show us everything we need to know. I know I can go there anytime for whatever reason and will be helped instead of being degraded because I dont know technology as much. They got a new manager there, I think his name is Rahul or something like that, but hes great! Im telling everyone to come here from now on
Best Verizon store ever! Went in there with my girlfriend to get her a new iPhone and the guy there went above and beyond. Every rep I ever dealt with always rushed me in and out doing the bare minimum, this guy (I think his names rahul or rauol? sorry if i butchered it lol) took his time to explain every thing and set up everything for her. Somehow managed to get her contacts from her busted phone too. Very impressed! Definitely will refer everyone here!
I tried to call to ask if they had a phone in stock 20 minutes after their opening time. Both times the phone rang about 15 times, then defaulted to beeps and a hang-up. Somehow I expected more from a phone store, even if they were with a customer. Guess they answered my question by default. I need to take my business elsewhere.
