This kind of owner will ignore your call and even turn off their phone to avoid you. Store said open at 10am but good luck coming in at 10, he will keep the door shut to avoid your issue. I learned it the hard way. Do your fixing somewhere else.Ps. This business do their best to avoid tax. They will ask you for cash or zelle. Best is to keep your record when dealing with this kind.

I have brought my phone in twice now for screen replacement. Fast and easy service. It shows the owner truly cares about their clients. Fair and reasonable prices. By far the most reasonable place I have yet to find. Honestly there is no other place I would trust with any of my devices.

I dropped off my phone March 13th to get the device unlocked. It is September 15th and I have not received my phone because they keep sending the “wrong” phone back or other excuses. I keep getting told I’ll have my phone back by the end of the week and it’s always a lie and I have the whole conversation to prove it. Now I can’t get a answer or a call back from the store.

Literally had my phone here since January didn’t get it till October 3rd. I gave it the benefit of the doubt due to covid but after he had opened for a bit I thought he would fix my phone. It was excuse after excuse. Mind you I paid 75 dollars in January and got it October only for the screen to be fixed the phone is still messed up. The LED in the phone is a mess and it’s very disappointing.

Went here with my dad to get our IPhone screens repaired. That was completed but now our phones are not functioning the same anymore. My front camera does not work anymore and I can only talk on my phone whenever it’s on speaker. My screen glitches like crazy when I’m typing. I returned to the store 3 times to have the problems fixed but it got worse the more he tried to fix it. Please don’t come here! I have to buy new phones now. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is not professional at all! I paid to get iPhone unlocked. Umair kept giving me nothing but excuses and he would avoid me at all cost. It took me over 3 months to get my money back! He would tell me “the server” was slow, he would say that the phone would be unlocked and it would lock right back. When I asked for a refund because, Umair would say come on this day at this time, and guess who was never there!!! And he would almost never answer my messages! He would say oh “I’m sick” or “something came up”. So please don’t bother with this place!

My CPU went down and needed a backup immediately. I got a great deal on both a CPU and Dell laptop. This was about 8-10 months ago and I wanted to wait before I gave a review to see how the products held up. They are both still in great working conditions and I havent had any issues. I have been very hesitant on posting any kind of review just because I don’t think any business should be dragged for one bad employee. I purchased an unlocked from carrier iPhone 8+ from RComm in August 2018 never had any issues with it worked great. In the beginning Jan of 2020 I decided to upgrade phone and purchased one from my current phone company and gifted the iPhone 8+ to a family member. At which point when we Inserted the new SIM card I did see that the SIM card holder had a small black SIM card chip below the original wireless phone carrier sim, don’t know what that was used for. Well we tried the new SIM card and the phone had an imaged that displayed Please enter sim, which were I then noticed the phone was not actually unlocked. I went in January spoke to the gentleman at the counter told him the situation and was told “Yes we had an employee that was selling phone’s off the records with the small black SIM card unlock chip we have then fired him, he no longer works here. The. Only thing I can do is unlock it but you will need to pay $50.00”. I went ahead and paid $50 to unlock the phone which was actually from atnt and waited. I would text the number listed under their contact list and was kept being told that the servers were having issues all my calls and text messages stopped being answered in March 2020 I do have the messages still in case you would like to review them, It’s been 7 months already and nothing was ever done. I understand I will not receive a refund all I ask is if I can get the service I paid for.

I am wheelchair-bound so I do not have the opportunity to go out and about very often. When I found R Comm I was very happy to get my phone repaired. After taking my iPhone 6 to get a screen replacement I noticed my phone was not working correctly. It took me about 2 weeks to get the phone back to R Comm because I cannot drive. The screen had lines running down the sides and through the middle I couldnt touch the screen and sometimes it would make calls on its own. A person named Ron took my phone told me he was going to repair it and when I returned an hour later he acted like I was never in there. I tried calling the police department and they told me without witness or video proof that he had my phone I would have to take it to court. Being on disability I do not have excessive amount of money to do so. This happened three months ago and I just now had enough money to get a phone. Do not waste your time taking anything to this man. He will rob you blind.

This man was not nice at all. My mom had to fix her phone because something was going on with it and basically he told us it takes a certain amount of time for the parts to come. And she said OK THATS Fine. He gave us the day that the phone was supposed to be ready. So we came back on that day TO COME TO THE FACT THAT HE HAS NOT EVEN STARTED to fix the PHONE YET. So then he argued with us for like 15min straight then we left and he gave us another day to come back but he still didn’t fix the phone! So we ended up just not fixing my moms phone there. And he was so rude too And he was just not good and he lied a lot too! This place literally deserves 0 STARS BUT we have to give them something because it won’t let us rate without giving them 1 or more So I gave them 1 Star !!! You welcome!
