Phone got a new screen, cracked just as easily before taking it up there, 2 days afterwards. Said theyd repair it free and would give a call once the part for my phone came in...been almost 4 months, never got the call

OMG!! When I tell you this facility is the bomb.com.... I mean just THAT!! I couldn’t find any other store that would fix my MK smart watch.... I walked in this store... was instantly greeted so kindly. I expressed what I needed done... and with no hesitation, they got the job DONE!! Price was very reasonable and they made me feel like I was apart of their family!!! Thank you FUBU Mobile... you all saved me a lot of time and money!!! We are now FAMILY!!!

One of the guys there gave me Top Tier Customer service and I can’t wait to go back tomorrow and work with them. Ok, let me start off by saying, Anthony the salesman at this location. Pioneer Pkwy, in Arlington TX!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!! First of all I have never met no one in sales.....especially a cell phone store, to go over and beyond the way he did today! My son took his iPhone to them to fix the screen. So I had to get to work and do a double shift. ANTHONY...offered to drop it off at my home, to my son!!! Like really. He also gave my son a discount!!!! I dont know about anyone else, but as long as that store is open, I will always go. They have awesome plans, prices, and one of the most top notch Customer Services ever.
