I came to get 3 new phones for my wife and in laws. I worked with Richie and he was amazing from start to finish. Some of the best customer service i have ever had. He was incredibly nice and very professional. It was a long process because my account was flagged for fraud but that was not his fault at all. It was mine. He did everything he could to fix it and kept me updated through the entire process. His communication through the whole visit was great. He made sure i knew everything that i needed to know about prices and transferring our phones. He apologized over and over for the wait but i know it was not his fault at all. Im very satisfied with my visit there and being able to work with Richie. I absolutely will come back to his store whenever i am ready for another upgrade!

Richie provided the most amazing customer service. He supplied us with the information we needed to make the best buying decisions. Make sure you keep EVERYTHING if you’ll be using a promotion. I was told I’d get a second phone for free if I opened two new lines so I did. I was looking through the app and saw I had a balance on the free phone so I called Verizon directly. The free phone was added to my account at full price. Luckily I still had the flyer from the store. VERY shady sales tactics from Marquis who seemed like a good guy otherwise.

I had a great experience at the location. Marquis, the representative, was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the phones. He helped me filter thru all the different choices and i decided on the Pixel. He also helped me set up the phone and answered every question so when it was all over, I was very comfortable with my new purchase. Plus even set up a tuturiol meeting with tech to help me learn all the ins and outs with the Pixel. Overall Marquis was very professional and stayed past closing to ensure everything was correct.
