Please do not waste your time or your money in this low quality repair shop.Recent reviews on this board support that.Please read the latest reviews over the past 3 months.The guy who works there is rude, unprofessional, and as one customer put it, totally ambivalent once he has your money.Of all the shops at Lee Harrison, trust me, this is the one to avoid.There are better, more professional cell phone repair shops in Arlington.We took our cell phone there to have screen replaced and the guy was a total jerk. He talked down to us. Acted uninterested. Totally unprofessional.Took our phone to another cell phone repair shop in Arlington.

These people really know what they’re doing, I highly recommend this store if you’re trying to fix your phone. The main fixer there - I believe his name was Amar- did a fantastic job fixing two very old phones I brought in. They were Samsung sliding phones, and I had just about given up finding someone who was willing to take on the challenge when I found this place. I had so many people tell me that it was impossible or a lost cause and that they wouldn’t even attempt to fix the phones (I recently found them in a hidden-away place and I wanted some old texts/photos back).But not Cell Depot. They did it with enthusiasm, and I recovered every last piece of precious data. I couldn’t recommend this business or their professionalism highly enough. Ignore the naysayers among these reviewers, they’re just bitter about perceived lack of bedside manner, but who needs bedside manner from their mechanic or fixer? They know what they’re doing and that’s all that should really matter. Just try these guys out if you have a difficult task requiring data recovery or the like since they’ll more than likely get the job done.

This is the place when you need your phone fixed. My phone started blinking out and I was suddenly homeless. Amar knew exactly what he was doing...very experienced. He was a pleasure to work with. Good prices, good communication, and quick service.

Long wait. Disappointing workmanship -- newly installed touch screen only worked sporadically and now has a tendency to freeze the phone several times a day. Management was ambivalent and unhelpful when I brought this to their attention. Wiped their hands once they had my money. Do not recommend.

I personally had a bad experience with an employee at the store and will not do business with them again for that reason. But, once the store owner, Amar, became involved, the issue was handled with extreme professionalism and kindness.Everyone has a bad day and I think I probably caught the employee at the wrong moment.Based on ownerships response to the issue, I would not have any qualms about sending a friend to the business. I have had a handful of repairs serviced here in the last year. All were great except for one which started having issues. This place gets 5 stars for going above and beyond to resolve it.

These are good folks who have helped us on several occasions. I know they are good at outright broken screens, dropped phones, etc, but they have helped with problems with charging ports and firmware issues. Good all around.

Extremely quick and efficient, they had my phone back in 4 hours with a new screen for a unusual OnePlus 5T. Last time they had to order it, that only took a day. Now I need a case ;)

I had my screen repaired here for my Apple laptop. Their prices were lower than what other shops have quoted me.The entire process from start to finish took 2 days. 5 stars is not enough to show myGratitude for the level of service I received.

My phone was fixed so quickly!! The guy who fixed it (I never got his name) was so kind and informative and showed me how everything was still fully functional once my screen was replaced. He even changed how loud the volume was went talking on the phone after he noticed it was a bit quieter than usual. For a new case, glass screen protector and a brand new screen my total was around 135$. For the screen alone for my iPhone 6 Plus it’s was only 99$ to fix. Amzing business would totally recommend!!!

I have received service so honest and genuine. My phone was bent in half. Once diagnosed they were straightforward telling me that it is repairable but still I’ll experience problems with it in the near future. Instead of taking my money I was given honest feedback. Absolutely phenomenal.

Came in at like 10 pm to look around with a friend. Was shocked to see the store was still open at this time though the owner says he lets people in a couple hours later than the closing time. I remembered that I had a completely cracked and peeling screen that was now black but the phone still worked and I asked him for a quote and he gave me a decent price and said he could fix it and have it ready right there in 20 min. Super chill guy, really helpful as well. I highly recommend as they carry Apple brand lcd screens

Apple had a 2-day wait for an appointment to replace an iPhone 6 battery. Cell Depot did it while I waited (less than 30 minutes) for a better price.Amar M., the head tech, took care of me. I have a Samsung s9. Because of the curved screen, It was hard to find a Glass screen protector that fits nicely. They had a special one designed for curved screens, which took about an hour to install. But hands down, this was so worth it.

Great variety of phones. We purchased an iPhone here and so far so good.

They had me come in twice and didnt repair my phone. Communication was very poor on their end. The website appointment is no guarantee that parts are available.

Excellent first time experience. Brought in an iphone that was having trouble connecting with the charging cords. Fast, friendly service. Before servicing, they explained the possible problems, and the relative prices. Asked if I preferred aftermarket or OEM parts, if necessary. Promised job would be done, depending on complexity, in less than an hour. I returned about 90 minutes later and phone was repaired and ready to go. They explained the warranty, and made a few recommendations. Price seemed very fair! Highly recommended.

My Go-To electronic repair shop. They have techs that are specialized in different fields who can fix everything.

Two other places including Apple stated that my device is not fixable. They were certain that nothing can be done to recover my data. All my hopes were entirely eliminated at this point. I cannot explain the excruciating pain I had to deal with solely on the thoughts of losing 4 years of my children’s baby photos. I took my device to have it looked at with zero hopes of recovering. It took some time as I expected but Cell Depot was successfully able to recover every bit of data from my dead device. The only hurdle at one point was that I forgot my lock screen passcode which they needed in order to recover my files. Luckily I had written that passcode down. They will not be able to recover your files without the lock screen passcode.I no longer need my therapist to help me through this ordeal.

Amar knows his stuff. Hes an expert at diagnosing problems, taking things apart, and putting them back together Phone fixes arent always easy or straightforward, but unlike what you might get at an Apple store, hes a problem solver and is willing to put in the work to fix whatever issue you may have. He can work fast, but understandably there is a limitation in terms of the accuracy of a time estimate he can give you--hes the only one working, and theres no way to predict the amount of business hell get at any given time.That said, it was refreshing to have someone take the time to actually fix my phone, instead of suggesting that I just buy a new one (as Apple does). The issues with my phone, which started with a broken screen and battery problems (quickly fixed), ended up being much more complicated than either of us expected. Despite only paying for the initial repair, Amar was determined to get my phone back to me in perfect condition. After many hours of labor, my phone is as good as new, and Amar didnt charge me again. He also took the time to explain what was going on to me, and remained in communication as the timetable to fix my phone changed. If I have problems with any electronics in the future, I know where to go--and I know where to send my friends.
